About this house rental

Casa Dalì is one of the apartments of an ancient historical residence situated in a panoramic position. The house has 3 bedrooms for a total of 5 beds, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a large panoramic terrace.

Apartment is not suitable for children under 12 years old. It is possible to accommodate babies up to 8 months

It is located about 500 meters from the access to the beautiful beach of Duoglio (Lido degli Artisti), reachable through a spectacular descent into the Mediterranean scrub or by boat from the port, 10/15 minutes walk from the Villa.
It is equipped with all comforts without losing the elegant character of an aristocratic residence, starting from the fascinating cave of access to the modern lift.
It is possible to reach the apartment even without an elevator and through about 30 steps
The large internal spaces, the suggestive panoramic views of the apartments are enjoyable in all seasons, when you rest after returning from nearby excursions (Emerald Grotto, Ravello, Positano, Capri, Paestum etc.), from the visit to the art cities of Naples and Salerno, as well as from the numerous events offered by the entire Amalfi Coast.

It is accessed from two entrances: the first street front with lift access for a convenient arrival, the second at the end of the last terrace which opens onto a pedestrian street

The property consists of 4 independent apartments, plus a detached house, different from each other by type and number of beds, all with great attention to detail

All apartments are equipped with:
Air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wireless Internet connection, 32 ”TV with satellite connection, Equipped kitchen (complete with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, pots, dishes, cutlery, accessories and washing machine)

Casa Dalì is an apartment located on two levels on the eastern side of the villa with an entrance on the second floor. Furnished in shades of red and blue, all rooms enjoy a superb view of Amalfi and is composed of

lounge / dining room overlooking a circular terrace equipped for outdoor dining overlooking the sea and Amalfi;
a double bedroom with an elegant early twentieth century bed and access to the same terrace as the lounge / dining room + balcony
kitchen, with ancient tiles, fully equipped;
a bathroom with shower

Historical villa of Amalfi which is traced back as early as 1867 (Volume Costa delle Sirene).
Known by the Amalfi as the "Palazzo", it was purchased in 1943 by the Marquis Francesco Mottola of Amato and was then structured by the heirs careful not to change the characteristic of the aristocratic residence of the late '800 thus preserving the authentic architectural beauty, the airiness of the rooms, the delight of the senses of the garden.
In 2004 it was declared a "monument of national interest" by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage.

The final cleaning € 130.00 is due on arrival and in cash. Penalty of € 30.00 extra if the house is too dirty and messy and if customers do not respect the rules of the garbage
Heating € 110.00 per week
Refundable damage deposit is due on arrival in cash (euros). Other forms of payment will not be accepted. 500 EUR *, the deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay. Refundable damage deposit not included in the price and is required to access the house.
Extra cleaning on request: € 17.00 per hour
Check in: from 17:00 to 20:00. Check out: by 10.00
Arrivals between 20:00 and 21:00 and Sunday arrivals are subject to an extra charge of € 50.00, to be paid locally and at check-in
