We were visiting relatives in suburban Philly and also wanted to enjoy the city. This spot is perfect—quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants, free parking, easy and close train access downtown. All of the amenities to make a VRBO feel like home. Strong and quick communication. We will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you!

Property itself wonderful. However, unless I missed something, handicapped with cane and above is difficult. No mention of this. We struggled with our luggage up and down steps. No one even peaked out to see us. Air B&Bs I guess are not for us. The beds were hard as rocks. Got about four hours sleep a night. Glenside is beautiful I will say. Came to see Daniel O'Donnell at the Keswick Theater.

Easy access to Philly and surrounding towns. Great amenities within walking distance and plenty of ride share options. We really appreciated having a whole apartment for a long weekend and private parking in a safe location. Host was very communicative and helpful too!

We are from the area and in town for a wedding. This apartment was perfect for our stay and allowed us to relax and decompress in a roomy apartment instead of a tiny hotel room. The location is great, the apartment is very clean, accurate listing and the host and his family are very friendly. I would definitely recommend to others and will keep it on my list of places to rent again next time I am in the area.

I return to the Philadelphia area every year since I moved away several years ago. This year I finally found the place that feels like it can be my "home away from home"! It was a comfortable space, had a well appointed kitchen and everything I needed to enjoy my stay.. I enjoyed having friends over as well as visiting with them elsewhere. Brendan was very responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommended!

Everything was great! They place was very clean. The parking was great since we werent parking on the side of the road. Owner/host was very nice and understanding and was available if we ever needed anything. They also had toys and board games for younger kids!

Everything was perfect for what we needed and far exceeded all expectations . Our family was in the process of moving and had a 3 day lapse between moving out and moving in. The move was exhausting and I can’t describe how good it felt to go back to this apartment and get comfortable, unwind and recharge. It really felt like home and had everything we could possibly need. I live in the same area and it is perfectly located, close to work and school and plenty of stores and restaurants. Brendan, the host, was friendly and checked in just to make sure everything was ok. Other than that, we felt that we had the place to ourselves. Wonderful experience!!

The apartment was great and had everything I needed for my stay. Quiet/nice neighborhood. Not a ton of stores/restaurants nearby, but if you have a car it’s not a problem. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

I have nothing but good things to say. Very family friendly which was very important to us since we have a very hyper 6 year old boy. They had a whole cabinet in the living room just for kids. Crayons coloring books board games etc.. nice desk for getting college work done. So peaceful and the host was so kind and friendly. We will make this our family stay every year for now on!

My husband and I stayed here while visiting family in the area. The apartment is accurately depicted in the listing and was clean throughout. Check in was easy and Brendan was responsive to questions during our stay. Location was convenient and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay. Brendan and his wife were very welcoming and easy to communicate with. If there was anything I could critique, the beds were a little hard for our liking but we had a really great time and stay.

Brandon has a very clean apartment with good off street parking. He is very responsive. The apartment is not fancy but has all the basic necessities.

Since we moved several years ago, we have been looking for places to stay on our trips back home to see family. This was perfect! 10 minutes from our daughter and son in law. We had 4 adults and three children and we had room to spread out. It was very clean and well stocked. Will definitely keep in mind for future visits. (Only suggestion would be TVs in bedrooms to facilitate time away from each other) Thanks Brendan for being a great host!!

This rental was easy to find, perfect for our two year old, and a quick drive to a grocery store. The owner was quick to respond when we had a question and we’d love to stay here again on our next trip to visit family in the area.

My husband and I have stayed here at this Glenside Farmhouse apartment several times now and each time we have found the place to be clean and available for us when we arrived. Everything we needed for our weekend stay was there in the apartment. We will stay here again!!

We were in Philly for a memorial service. The rental was clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The outdoor porch/deck was a nice space to decompress, too.

Great place to stay for a wedding. The apartment was clean and Brendan was accommodating with us driving separately. We had a lovely stay here.

6 of us (including 2 children) stayed at this property. The 1st floor apartment was clean and well-equipped for our weekend. It took us a little while to find the towels and extra sheets for pull out couch, but the owner was responsive to our questions. Would stay again!

Nice farmhouse first floor with large rooms to stretch out with a large party and still not feel cramped. Morning porch time with coffee is a must

The house is just beautiful. It was perfect for me, my husband, and our teen daughter for 5 nights. We prepared food in the full kitchen and could carry on conversations from bedroom to bedroom. I especially liked having a nice sized desk in one bedroom allowing my husband to work while I relaxed on the bed. Everything was neat and clean. I came home with clean clothes because I used the washer/dryer combo. The owner was very polite and made us feel welcome.

Great location for all our needs while in Jenkintown/Meadowbrook area. Brendan and family ensured our comfort and needs were met. Don’t pass up this great deal!

This is an excellent rental property! For starters there is real off steet parking which was important to us since we were driving an oversized vehicle. And the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a meal from the toaster to 2 different kinds of coffee makers, all the pots and pans you could need plus a drawer full of utensils for prepping. Lots of closest space and plenty of room for the 5 of us to move around. The place was very clean . The owner also went above and beyond to help me with a problem that required a heavy duty tool, and he has obviously spent a great deal of time and money renovating the property. Really appreciated the outdoor patio table and chairs! And while I would stay here again in a heartbeat, it is with one caveat: the mattresses are hard. They look like newer mattresses but are just hard. Since we were traveling we had a memory foam mattress in our vehicle and put that on our bed. The owners put an egg crate type foam cushion on the mattress but they are no longer useful. The young adults in my family managed ok. Because we were in town to host a wedding, we didn't spend a lot time lounging around! All in all this property worked out perfectly for our needs.

Our stay involved a few weeks at Brendan's property and it helped us out immensely. Very clean, modern amenities, warm and not drafty (it was February!) and ample hot water. Easy mornings for coffee and breakfast, and easy evenings cooking or bringing in take-out. Plenty of parking in the back, and a pretty quiet neighborhood on well-connected streets. If you're comfortable with Philly and/or Jenkintown, it's a fantastic option; if you're a new visitor, it's close to rail options or a great return-to spot after a day in your car. Brendan couldn't be nicer, and there's a lot of support here to help your stay go very smoothly. I can't say enough about it!

The location was perfect for our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only negative is the beds were very uncomfortable. Very hard. We had to go out and buy foam mattresses for the beds. We would stay there again.

The place is even nicer than it looks in the photos. Spacious with an incredibly well appointed kitchen--bigger than my own kitchen at home. My sister & I made several nice dinners there & also enjoyed discovering the immediate neighborhood. A great local grocery store, some wonderful vintage/collectibles shops & lots of interesting houses. The host was friendly & attentive. Will definitely return when my sister is back in town. The host was very available when needed
