This place is amazing! The house, the yard, the patio! Excellent!! We were extremely pleased with everything!! Loved that all the bedrooms were upstairs! Definitely a place to stay again!

The area surrounding the house was beautiful.
The house itself is nice, but in need of some repairs. The check-in process stated in several emails explained the keyless entry. This was incorrect. Luckily, I found the email sent the day of our arrival stating differently. Not a huge problem as long as you saw this email.
The house was clean for the most part. But, the shower in the master bathroom had quite a bit of dirt along the edges, and there was a bag of trash that appeared to be used bandaids/bandages under the sink in the other bathroom. When removing the linens on the beds, a pair of dirty underwear, that didn't belong to us, fell out from between the bed frame. Gross feeling when you realize you've slept next to them the entire stay. The windows overlooking the deck were very cloudy/dirty and made enjoying the backyard hard from inside. The deck itself is in need of repair, making it a hazard especially for younger children. It was also covered in weeks of debris and leaves. I know it's autumn and leaves are impossible to keep picked up, but these leaves had piled up in areas, and you could tell had not been swept recently.
Upon arrival we found several things damaged inside the house, one being the toilet paper holder in the small bathroom. Towels were only in the master bath & there were no kitchen hand towels. We would stay here again, location and area are beautiful. We just felt some small improvements would have made this stay a 5 star review.

— Mixed experience for my family.
— Despite multiple attempts via email and lack of reliable phone number, we received no response from the Guest Contact, Alex, leaving us uncertain about our reservation. Phone # given was for a business in Mississippi. Fortunately, after reaching out to eVolve directly, we were connected with a local contact in Montgomery, which alleviated our concerns. I would advise future guests to ensure their Guest Contact is responsive and local, unlike our experience with Alex.
— Check-In info stated that the entrance code would be the last four digits of my phone number, but that didn't work. Fortunately, the second Guest Contact was able to provide an alternative access code, allowing us to enter the house. This initial miscommunication was an inconvenience, but it was quickly resolved.
— Location of the house was also excellent for our purposes, as it was set back from the main road, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere.
— We appreciated the clean bed and bath linens.
— The upstairs air conditioning unit in the master bedroom rattled loudly
— Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family. As a short-term rental, it served us decently. However, I do have reservations about staying here again due to the lack of someone readily available in case of emergencies and the apparent lack of awareness or concern regarding reported problems.
— Issues with communication and maintenance response left us feeling uncertain and unsupported.

We rented this house to stay in for our daughter's wedding. Before we ever got into the house, we gave this property a 2 rating. Front door key pad didn't work at all and our code didn't work on the side door. I spent time on the phone with Evolve trying to figure out how to get into the house. The property and outside of the home could use some cleaning and care.
The deck and grill are definitely not a selling point to this house. The deck was our main complaint being not only was it an eyesore but it is a SAFETY hazard. My husband sent video to the management company. Our elderly parents were going to stay with us but because of the deck and all the bedrooms being upstairs, they did not.
The inside of the home is updated and clean and it is the only reason we gave it a 3. The couch does need to be fixed or replaced.

We came up to attend the Rennaisance faire, and the house was perfectly located for it. Place was clean and spacious, beds were nice, was exactly as advertised. Great selection of food options nearby (highly recommend Crust Pizza Co.), and the entire process was easy and problem free. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

The place wasn’t cleaned properly. They said someone lived there for 4 months and they had someone clean for a day and a half. The floors were so dirty that our socks were black and our feet. We found a child’s cup under the couch. No dishwashing powder and you wanted us to turn on the dishwasher when we leave. You should leave soaps and enough towels and linens for all room. The deck on the picture looks nothing like the picture online. It was a hazard. Bathrooms were dirty and the showers were so thick with scum that water didn’t flow like it should. Food was splattered on cabinets were someone dropped food. The refrigerator had liquid and food remnants in it. The linens have stains and we didn’t have enough linens for the trundle bed. When we call and talk to management they made me feel like I was wrong and lying about towels and cleanliness. We left the place cleaner than what we found it. It is a beautiful property it just in need of some TLC.

Family memorial service
This house was great! We stayed here with family members for a family memorial service. The house was perfect for us and close to everywhere we needed to be! The house was very clean and had quite some charm to it! Would definitely book again! It’s very close to Conroe lake and park which was great for my granddaughter!! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area

Perfect!!
We had an excellent stay! Home fit everybody and everything we needed was already there (pots, pans, spices, silverware, couch throws and etc...). Very clean and the decor was very welcoming. Had a bit of an issue getting in the door but the contact answered our call the first time and got us right in.
Side note: We did end up coming home with a sweet baby kitten that we found in the yard. In case anyone was missing one. It was not doing well and appeared to be separated from where ever it came from for quite some time. One week later he is thriving and frisky!

Great House and Local
The outside of the house needs a big time cleaning, but the inside makes up that. The inside is remodeled and was great. Make sure you bring your own towels and toiletries because there was non provided, but overall a great experience.

Great Space to Bond with Family
Location was centrally located for all of our extended family to get together. House was large enough for all 8 of us to stay under one roof and enjoy movies, playing cards, sunning on the deck and gaming all at the same time. Kitchen was well appointed with just about everything we needed to cook up a storm and home was very clean. We also enjoyed the grill. It was a good thing that we brought extra paper towels and TP - were not able to find additional supplies in the house. Thanks so much for the great stay!

The place is beautiful and immaculate. The rooms and bed are very comfortable. It seemed to have everything we needed (except for the shampoo that we forgot to bring). It was perfect for our 3 day get away. The only problem we encountered was getting into the place. We arrived after dark. The check in instructions were unclear as to which lock to use the code. We tried different several entrances unsuccessfully. A quick call to the local phone number got it cleared up, but it was tense for a few minutes. We really appreciated the favorite restaurants list. We tried Kitchen Tales and liked it so much, we went back 3 meals in a row!

Had a GREAT TIME!
We recently traveled to TX for our son's wedding & decided to try a home rental (we've never done one before) for us & other out of town family members.....overall we could not be more please with our experience.
The house is tucked back off of the state highway amongst fields of trees & other homes are scattered about....however it is just minutes away for shopping & dining. Biggest drawback of location...turn on your brights at night, there is absolutely no streets lights on the interior roads. My family enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the early a.m. hours and watching squirrels (there are alot), deer, foxes and a hawk or two.
The neighborhood was quite, the house was immaculately decorated and squeeky clean & the household appliances were top quality. Everything you needed was stocked--TP, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, cookware, etc., & it wasn't cheap, the household items were of good quality...blankets, mattresses, comforter sets, etc.....there was even Kpods for the Kurieg machine!
Couple small negatives--while the driveway says it holds 5 for parking (it does), the driveway is long and narrow, so you have to be a bit creative on how you park to get in and out. The house had the apps for the TV (Roku, Netflicks, etc.) and several of the shows required that their app be activated, which required the cable provider info....thinking maybe the homeowner may have over looked that?? & there are only two TV's in the whole house, & last tiny one....maybe we missed it, but we could not find a broom/dust pan. The homeowner requests that you not wear shoes in the house, but unfortunately when you come in a lot of dirt tends to come in on your shoes...there is a small hand held vac in the laundry room that we used, but a broom would have been a bit easier.
Aside from those few small issues, I would highly recommend this home for your family getaway! We had a great time, the location was perfect and the home interior was simply beautiful.......Our family sends a HUGE thank you to the homeowners for sharing their home with us!
