This-5 bedroom luxury mountain home was thoughtfully designed to be the ultimate vacation destination. Timber Retreat easily accommodates 3-4 families, or groups of up to 16 people. Relax and enjoy the privacy, amenities and unbeatable location in the heart of Suncadia, on Maple Leaf Loop.
The main level features 3 bedrooms, each with adjacent bathrooms, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, and a gorgeous great room featuring a 2 story fireplace, and amazing views of the golf course. Upstairs are 2 additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The large Bunk Room includes 2 custom log twin-over-full bunk beds, bean bags, TV, and a toy closet that is sure to keep the kids entertained. The nearby Family Suite features a queen bed, a custom log twin-over-twin bunk, and a pack-n-play in the closet.
Start your day at Suncadia Retreat watching the sunrise as you lounge on the heated outdoor patio with a cup of coffee. You’ll love the wooded privacy and amazing views of the 11th hole of Suncadia’s renown Prospector golf course. Perhaps you’ll spot a herd of elk, a flock of wild turkeys, or another of the many local wildlife species that make their home here. Inside, we’ve provided spaces and amenities for everyone. We had a fantastic time on our vacation! The house was in a great location, beautiful, very comfortable, and the game room was lots of fun. There were activities for all of us, including my favorite, just chilling at the house! We will definitely come here again.

Everything about this home gave us the perfect place to rest and recharge! The location is fantastic with a beautiful view! The kitchen was well stocked and put to good use. We had lots of fun with family ping pong tournaments and nights outside by the fire pit.

We stayed at this home to celebrate our dad’s 80th birthday and we were so glad we did! The home was very spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. From the outdoor patio and firepit, to the open living room/dining/kitchen, to the game room, there were enough spaces for our large family to spread out and find things to do.

Great view to the golf course (or snow course!). Enjoyed the arrangement of kitchen, living, dining area, and the heated patio! It was great for our families. Besides the hot tub, we enjoyed coffee on the heated porch with little ones by our side. Fun games in the garage/game room.

We had an absolutely great time with our family at the Timber Retreat in Suncadia. The house was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Having a ton of snow on the ground was a special treat…the kids had so much fun sledding, etc. Sean and Bri were great hosts, and were very responsive to the few minor questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Suncadia.

What a perfect vacation home!!!
We cannot say enough great things about this property and it’s owners. The house is spacious, well-stocked, cozy and comfortable, and chock full of fun things to do. We stayed in the winter time, and we were able to sled right outside the back door, which was ver convenient with two kiddos and a grandma! The fire pit outside is a wonderful addition, the grill out back was easy to use, and having the game room inside makes for fun family time reconnecting. The view of the snow and trees from the front windows can’t be beat. All of the mattresses are memory foam and super comfortable. The kitchen is very well/stocked (enough to prepare an entire turkey dinner!). We were there for the holidays, and there was special care made to have a decorated tree, front door wreaths and mantle decor to make things extra jolly. There were even snow shovels and extra sleds at the ready! The owners left a sweet welcome basket with goodies and were ultra communicative about check in procedures and timing. Check out instructions were clear and minimal. We just had the most wonderful vacation and would 100% return to this beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time at your home! It was plenty big for all of us and we loved the fire pit! The only thing that we could’ve used was a small stool for our kitties to use in the bathrooms to wash and use toilet, but everything was amazing! Seems like you thought of everything for the furnishing! Great time was had by all and will rent from you everything Lanor Day weekend for our family! We even got to see and hear all the elk that came to the golf course at night!! Grandkids loved that! Would recommend this property for any large group and you won’t be disappointed! Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful time at your home! It was plenty big for all of us and we loved the fire pit! The only thing that we could’ve used was a small stool for our kitties to use in the bathrooms to wash and use toilet, but everything was amazing! Long getaway weekend
What a great rental house. My family and 2 friends really enjoyed ourselves at Timber Retreat. That back patio, with a fire pit and hot tub, was a great place to relax in the evening and night. Multiple nights we saw herds of deer and elk graze along Prospector course, hole 11, which the house overlooks. The kitchen is top notch, and along with the gas grill outside, offered everything we needed to cook dinner. We enjoyed the game room (converted garage) with ping pong, pop-a-shot and foosball. Lots of fun there. The bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable. During the say, lots of trails to walk around Suncadia, and Sunday there was a farmer's market.

Great escape
We rented this house for Mother’s Day weekend. My mom has brain cancer and we wanted one last trip as a family.
The house was set up perfectly for the 14 of us! The older kids loved the bunk room and the 2 younger ones loved having bunks in their room with their parents.
The master bedroom is enormous and made it easier for my mom to get around.
The view from the back patio was a favorite for the golfers in the family. Made for great free entertainment!
The hosts were very accommodating and reached out to us before our trip to see if we needed help with reservations or anything.
We highly recommend this house and hope to be able to stay here again.

Excellent Getaway
Beautiful new home on the golf course. The garage is turned into a game room which was perfect for entertaining kids. We've stayed at many Suncadia houses, and this is definitely one of our new favorites.

This home is centrally located for walking or biking with beautiful golf course views. Comfortable best, great layout, it was perfect to stay with 2 families. We'll definitely be back!

Property comes with everything you could possibly want plus some! We loved the outdoor space, the large comfy great room, and the garage game room. The owners were great to work with and made checkin super easy with great directions, easy coded entry and even a super thoughtful welcome basket.
