Spacious 3 Br 3 Baths, open dining, kitchen, living area. One bedroom downstairs, two upstairs. Deck outside, carport. Close to Lee University and historic downtown Cleveland. Great location close to pharmacy and great local restaurants, greenway, etc.
White water rafting, hiking and waterfalls close by ! Also near Chattanooga tourism sites. Hair Dryer, Shampoo, soap, linens, kitchen tools, piano included, and cable TV/WiFi !

Every bedroom has a full bathroom. The house has plenty of space. Great location, especially if you are visiting Lee University. Beds were comfortable. Host was attentive in making sure we checked in ok. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

This was perfect for our three mother/daughter pairs. Each family had their own room and bathroom so it was a breeze getting everyone out the door early every day.

We came to town for a wedding at the Lee Chapel. This house was just a mile or so away. The home was clean. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms and closets and bathrooms were spacious. You really felt like you could spread out. The upstairs rooms had the better bathrooms and closets. It was a great experience for our family, 2 grandparents, 2 parents and adult child. The host was amazing, we were going to be in town early and they left us check in early. In precious VRBO stays the host would not have as many essentials in stock as this house. Dishwashing detergent, plenty of trash bags, toilet paper refills. Tons of towels and wash rags. Extra pillows and blankets, extra hangers, so many little details that make your stay easier and more convenient. This was a 10/10 experience for us. The attention to detail and necessities made us feel very at home. I would highly recommend this house for your stay in the Cleveland area. PS the ice machine was a real win for us!

This was a wonderful home for us during our five days in Cleveland for YEDA national championship. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four and my dad. Everyone worked great.

We had five adults and we had plenty of room. The kitchen should be stocked with nicer dishes and more utensils. Wish the fridge had an ice maker. Location was fine; we did not feel unsafe.

We were visiting Cleveland, TN for our daughter’s college graduation. This home was really close to campus and gave us a place to relax between events. The home was clean and had the furnishings as listed. We had a really nice stay.

Almost everything we’ve ever said we would do with a Vrbo, they did. It’s well decorated and well furnished. There were snacks and water in a basket along with information on the local area. The instruction folder contained recommendations and menus of local restaurants, each bedroom had its own bathroom and the beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 6 and we enjoyed our stay tremendously.

This was the perfect place for us! We were in town for my daughter's wedding and the 3 separate bedroom/bathroom combinations were exactly what we needed for our adult family stay. Host communication was excellent and there were personal touches included when we arrived. It was also a convenient location. Anything we needed was nearby. We would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!!!

We stayed at this property during a Men’s Conference located at The Omega Center International. Great location, close to Lee University, shops and restaurants! Nice rooms and each room had their own bathroom. Owner was very nice and communication was great! Will definitely put this place on our list to stay the next time we visit Cleveland TN!

We had a wonderful weekend visiting Family in Cleveland! Went to the Ocoee River and Chilhowee Recreation Area which was about a 20 min drive. Beautiful scenery. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. A perfect place where we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The home was very welcoming. The neighborhood was nice and quite.Looking forward to another Trip down to Cleveland to visit family and friends and we will definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for the myself and 2 friends. The 3 bedrooms have their own baths and privacy. Quiet neighborhood close enough to most activities we wanted to do. Large enough to just relax and hang when coming back exhausted from activities! Definitely will stay again and would recommend highly!

This is great place to stay. Its centrally located for the sites in this area. Very close to a shopping area with restaurants and other essentials. Which makes for easier traveling, no need for bags of ice and tons of food. Would definitely recommend keeping this on your top list of places to stay.

Fantastic Stay!

The house was a wonderful retreat while we visited with family. Spacious, clean and very comfortable; some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. I was met with a personal greeting when we got there and constant communication from the property owner. I would give location and neighborhood 5 stars but there are several neighbors that clogged up the streets with cars. Nothing that the property owner can control, but something other renters may want to be aware of. Overall.. Fantastic experience!!!
