We had a wonderful stay. Home was spacious and comfortable. Great communication with hosts, including dining recommendations. The home is in a vibrant area, with some evening city noise - mostly quieted down by night-time. Thanks for a great place to stay

This is a 3-bedroom condo with everything you need for a family. It's in a up and coming area of Osaka that is not well known from tourists, which is bursting with great small restaurants, dessert places, grocery shops and is close to transportation. It is a very lively area so it won't be a quiet place and you'll hear the street noise in the background, but it was faint and did not bother us at night.
Be ready to use Google translate to read menus, some waiters can sometimes help too. At least, try the duck ramens downstairs, but you want to beat the lunch rush.
I like that the house was fool-proof with lots of instructions in English for everything. The owners were warm with us and proactive to cater to our every needs: they kept sending us advice for places to visit, eat etc... and were very responsive. Oh, and If you like music, you will be able to try their impressive collection of vintage vinyls records too.
I recommend the place.

Our family of 5 loved stayed in this modern, spacious 2 floor apartment. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay. The living areas are bigger than they look on the stayz website. We have 3 teenagers and it was no problem finding a space for everyone to relax. The area has heaps of yummy food options and 1 min walk to the train station (but far enough that we couldn't hear any train noise). It was an easy walk to Umeda Sky building, easy train rides to Dontonbori and shopping districts. We also had day trips to Nara and Horishima.
The hosts are really lovely and very helpful if you need to contact them but happy to let you enjoy the place by yourselves.
We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.
Cheers,
Brett.
