About this apartment rental

This comfortable property is one you won't want to leave! This beautiful, historic , apartment house has everything you will need to make it feel like home. The living room boasts a comfortable sleeper sofa, loveseat, all of this placed in front of the brick fireplace and large flat screen TV. Cable and internet are included. A fully loaded kitchen with all items provided to make full meals or grab a bite to go.The bathroom stocks all amenities needed, certainly no need to panic if something was forgotten. We also include clean towels and spare linens, with a bedroom that is so cozy, you may stay there all day!

Downtown Carlisle has plenty of history to see and enjoy, many specialty restaurants, breweries, and pubs to choose from, all within walking distance. Dickinson college main campus is a short block away, and the Carlisle Pennsylvania youth ballet is close by. Visit the army heritage center across town, or enjoy a car show at the fairgrounds. Many events are happening nearby, experience the Gettysburg battlefields, Adams county orchards, or take a trip to Hershey park~
This is a perfect location to enjoy time with family or friends, there is something for everyone in central Pennsylvania!

My husband and I enjoyed this charming property very much. From the moment we arrived it felt inviting. The host provided everything needed for a very comfortable visit and quickly addressed a question that we had upon arrival. The home is conveniently located near shops, restaurants and local events. We hope to return soon!

The apartment is very nice and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. This was our third stay at Connie's apartment. We are able to walk to several restaurants and enjoy the city. It is a nice apartment for a getaway.

It was very quiet and comfortable.. I didn't realize it was an apartment and not the entire house but the other residents were pleasant and quiet. I had hoped to bring a few friends over but decided not to over concerns being too loud..

Connie's space was perfect. Very clean, with all the amenities. If you forgot it, she probably has it. Access is easy and check-in/out could not be smoother. The neighborhood is great too. Parking is easy, and restaurants, bars, shops and scenic areas are all within a few very walkable blocks. Lots of adventure tourism attractions within a short drive as well. I would, and will, stay here again.

Great place to stay after full day at the fairgrounds. Love the home, location and the off street parking. Easy walk to restaurants and the Saturday night parade. We have already made reservations for next year. .

We visited over the Fourth of July holiday and came into town to visit with our son and daughter-in-law. Communication was very good with Connie. This is a lovely house with a lovely porch and beautiful flowers out front. Off street parking behind the house was a definite plus. We were able to walk to restaurants and enjoy the community. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would definitely rent again.

We spent the week at this house visiting our son who is a Dickinson student. I worked remotely and my spouse toured around Carlisle. The house is very nice and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Connie is a great host and quickly answered any questions.

This is a charming apartment, it was spotless and Connie has thought of everything to help us have a wonderful stay. It is always wonderful to stay in a place that gives you all the comfort as home. The house was immaculately cleaned. Our family has allergies and had zero issues In This home. It is beautifully decorated with amenities. We took a walk to Dickenson and enjoyed all the beautiful historic homes and gardens. The owner/manager was also a gem. We will be back!

Connie has a wonderful place that is super convenient to walk to downtown and Dickinson College. We had a great time enjoying the Carlisle fall festival and visiting our daughter. The house is spacious and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again!

We were in town for the Corvette's of Carlsile. Our accommodations were excellent. Connie has created a home away from home environment. Each evening we enjoyed sitting on the porch swing enjoying a recap of the days fun activities with a glass of wine. Cheers to a job well done Connie!

My husband and I had a lovely weekend and were thankful to have this apartment as our home base. We walked to dinner, shops, morning coffee, and even for a late night beer. If we knew anyone at Dickinson it would have been even more convenient! We were sad to miss the farmer's market on Wednesdays but now we know for next time! The house was clean and well-appointed. I appreciated the iron and ironing board when unpacking a wrinkled shirt and most especially the bottle of ibuprofen when I started to get a headache. Connie has thought of everything. Thank you!

Was really impressed with the property here. We were looking for a place to stay while doing some hiking nearby, and this was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Very clean with great amenities, and such a convenient location for exploring downtown Carlisle! Connie was very communicative and responded quickly to our inquiries quickly. You cannot get a better place to stay if looking for a place that is in walking distance to downtown Carlisle and Dickinson College. The place is perfect for a small family and it has everything you need including a private parking spot. We have stayed more times than I can count and it keeps getting better. Connie is one of the best host I have ever met. There is nothing she will not do to make your stay perfect
