The sushi restaurant was not good. The food tasted bad and the service was also bad.

Staff was so rude. At the concierge, the lady stated talking bad about me, not knowing I understood spanish.

Location
The food was not very good. The lines for restaurants were long. The check in /.check out was slow. Needed to move one night due to cancelled flight - took 4 phone calls was told policy was k changes. $823 a night too expensive for quality of food etc Tge monkey excrement in hall on corners of deck and staircase not good

Rooms, location, property grounds, everything was just as comfortable, clean, beautiful as advertised. Would absolutely stay again!!!
Food service at all locations (restaurants, pool/beach side, etc) could use more staffing. Make reservations or plan ahead for everything.

jacuzzi was nice.
Staff wasn't really friendly.

it was gorgeous! Loved the vibe music playing at the top pools a couple of the days we were there
Beach was a little small and too many vendors right in front of beach entrance. Also it’s so far out of the way. Food was okay but nothing blew my mind. Would’ve liked healthier local food options instead of locals making unhealthy american-style meals. Drinks were good, especially strawberry daiquiris, but mojitos need work! Too limey and inconsistent taste at each bar location.
The room design is strange with a curtain separating the bathroom/shower/sink area from the beds. I stayed with a friend so it was a little awkward. I also wished the floors were the same tile as shower as I slipped and fell, landing on my knee on the slippery tiles. Not sure the purpose of a tub outside on patio. Better if had jets or something 🤷♀️

incredible location. loved the staff. dining options for the most part good.
shows could have started a little earlier for the kids. no reading light in the room. The Mexican restaurant was very disappointing

new comfortable facilities
you can easily get lost trying to get to/from main building. the food was not amazing, which is what I was expecting from a resort of this prestige.

the places before arrive are amazing and the hotel infrastructure are in great conditions
The streets to come to the place are in a poor conditions it increase the time needed to arrive to.
3.0 / 5.0
Pool area, garden, SPA facilities
Rocky road to the hotel with many potholes, food / drinks quality could have been better, very small gym for the size of the property, unattentive staff, generally rather low value for money.

the facilities is perfect place to rest
quality, check in was awful, the restaurant I have to wait around 30 min for a drink and the food not was so delicious, the mini bar there’s only 3 beer, the place is good but if you don’t have good service that all inclusive become normal place I mean, looks that one star

The property itself is beautiful. It’s extremely secluded.
The views are amazing!
It’s far away. I didn’t do excursions because of how far
I was.

The food was overall good and abundant
The rooms were dirty, the staff was at times in a bad mood, the beach was dirty and the lounge chairs were always full of towels and dirty.

EVERYTHING. the moment we got to the resort we were greeted with smiles, handed champagne, upgraded & given a tour of the resort. everything in our room was free & they helped us when we were over scheduled or when we had to reschedule. we felt welcomed our entire stay.

I liked the location, the beach, the pools, the food, the drinks.
I didn’t like the noice from loan mowers, leaf blowers and golf carts. couldn’t even do a phone call on the balcony.

Property is absolutely beautiful. BARTENDER Ethel in the premium bar was exceptional. And she makes a mean Lemon Drop.
