Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The home is very much as advertised and has a stunning view of the lake frol every window. The amenities were great and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything our group needed. There were some minor cleanliness issues (trash that had piled up in the garage, kitchen utensils and pots/pans hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, one of the shower drains was not working), but the property managers were quick to respond and address the issues.

I enjoyed the property a lot. It had everything you need to have for a staycation. The property overlooks the lake which is a treat for the eyes whenever you loo outside. The property is situated at a distance from the road so you don’t get distracted by the traffic. Overall a very pleasant experience!

We were not happy with the house overall and checked out early. The view is amazing. Beds very comfortable. No ac and tiny fans, windows with no screens, no way to get cross breeze down stairs, master sink faucet loose, master tub not secure, hand held shower upstairs came off, bar table on deck wobbly and one chair for that table bottom support out, washing machine leaking, gasket off on drier, ventilation fan on range not working, ice and water on refrigerator don't work, furnace fan wouldn't work, no small spoons in silverware, no liquid measuring cups. AA PLUS on pots and pans

View was very good but this place is not for hot Summer- there is no AC in the house which makes everything unpleasant. Telescope was broken, Pool table sticks broken and the sliding doors would not lock properly. If these things are taken care of then worth spending money for the view and quiet neighborhood.

We’ve stayed at quite a few Tahoe cabins with “views of the lake” and this had—by far—the best lakeview we’ve experienced. It was literally breathtaking in the morning.
The house could have used a coat of interior paint and showed a bit of wear but it was still a well-kept home with all the amenities you’d expect. The hot tub was especially appreciated.
Our only gripe (and it was significant) was we had issues with the hot water heater. Often it took quite a few tries to get a warm shower going. The property management company acted promptly to address the issue but they were unable to resolve the issue during our stay. We think they will fix the problem before the next guests since the house managers were so responsive to our complaint.

We stayed here for Christmas 2022. The view may be the best in Tahoe--arguably best view anywhere on Earth. The house is spacious and has been upgraded thoughtfully, but is showing some age--it would be helpful if there were some kitchen appliance upgrades. Would definitely return!

Tahoe Vista
Great location, spacious home and spectacular view. Excellent communication with property manager (AvantStay). Smooth check in and check out procedure. House is just starting to show some wear and tear (e.g. ripped hot tub cover repaired with duck tape was an eyesore). But owner seemed very responsive to this feedback and hopefully addresses this for future renters.

Nice trip, nice neighborhood, very smokey but not the property's fault. Property clean, large, had good parking...close to most things on northshore. Would stay again for sure. Great views of the water. Had great kitchen amenities...so cooking/grilling was easy.

WOW!!!!! AMAZING HOME!
The view from this home was incredible. I have traveled the world and it ranks right at the top! We spent most of our time out on the deck on the lounge chairs, at the cocktail table, in the hot tub... all in bliss!
The interior of the home is decorated so beautifully. Everything was clean and all of the amenities we needed were there. It was so fun to have the foosball table, pool table, and shuffleboard table gave us the opportunity for loads of fun. I would love to stay again, so I am hoping to win the lottery so I can. :)
