Spacious, elegantly Disney themed, 3 bed/2 bath condo in the desirable Windsor Hills resort community in Orlando. Located two miles from Disney's front gates, this location is perfect for going to the theme parks, or staying in and enjoying the luxury's that Windsor Hills has to offer.

The unit is self catering, however starter sets of toiletries will be provided for your. For example; One garbage bag, one Toilet Paper per bathroom, one Paper Towel Roll, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent Pod, etc.
Please bring your own supplies or purchase them from the local grocery if you have an extended stay.

The unit features three bedrooms containing, 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 2 Twin Beds. Each room is equipped with either a Cable Box, DVD player, or a ROKU for those with streaming services they wish to access.
For those travelling with young children a Pack N Play, High Chair and Stroller are provided.

The community offers a large, heated community Swimming Pool, Hot Tubs, and a Water Park! Other outdoor amenities include; Playground, Tot Lot, Tennis, Volleyball and Basketball Courts, Ping Pong, A Putting Green and more! The clubhouse provides a Fitness Center, Arcade Game Room, Movie Theatre, and DVD Rentals. Swing by the Windsor Hills convenience store, or grab a bite at the Marketplace Grill. The Welcome Center provides plenty of maps and local listings, and also boast the Cyber Cafe where you can plan your trip and print, scan or fax any documents you may need for your stay!

The property was just as it shows in the listing! This is perfect for a family stay. The pool area is great and my young children loved that there was different play areas as well as scheduled fun on the pool deck throughout the day!

Waited over an hour in the car to check in through the gate. Staff were so rude. The next day computers were down and they just let everyone drive through. Not a good introduction to the property and property manager and owners said it wasn’t their problem. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This location was close to everything. Disney, local malls, grocery stores you name it. It was super clean and the beds very comfortable. All questions were answered in a timely manner. And best part is the elevators.. especially after walking all day at the parks.

The condo was clean and a very close drive to Disney. We extended our Florida trip with family in Fort Lauderdale to take the kids to Disney and it was a perfect spot to stay an additional few days. The condo was clean and we all enjoyed the pool area and amenities. We will definitely book here again in the future.

When arriving it was super easy to check in following the directions from the email. The key pad didn’t work with code given but the manager was able to get us the code within seconds. Wish we could have stayed longer, we will be a repeat guest!

The condo was clean, with plenty of supplies for a 3 night stay. We liked it so much, the host was kind enough to work with us to extend our stay another day- We loved the community pool and little water park for our grandchild. Very close to the Disney parks, and restaurant options. I will definitely choose staying here again.!

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect for our family of 4. It was very close to the parks, just about an 8 minute drive. The neighborhood is gated and very safe. we waited in line at the gate in our car to check in and it took about 20 minutes. We would absolutely stay here again.

We didn’t use the property for much aside from sleeping but it was exactly what we were looking for. The unit was clean, the owner was responsive and it was in very convenient and close proximity to all of the Disney parks we went to. The unit is well maintained and my parents who got the master were thrilled. I will say one thing which is NOT the owners fault but the childrens splash pad area is not heated as the larger main pool is, we only had 1 day where using the pool fit to our schedule so it wasn’t a big deal.

Definitely a great place to stay if you plan on visiting Disney. Very clean and well taken care of. We did have some problems with the resort itself. Our check-in was less than desirable. The staff at the gate were rude to us and even after the issue was resolved the gate scanner didn't work so we had to wait for a staff to come let us in every time. They were in no hurry to ever help us. Walmart was close which was helpful. We found the pool too small for the number of guests it was to accommodate. We rarely got a chair and sat on the ground often. The activities planned for the kids were not well organized and often after waiting an hour to two they just announced that was all for the day. Those aspects of the resort were disappointing. The condo itself was clean and exactly what was advertised.

We had a great stay at this condo. Check in was easy, there was a mix up with the door code but the host and property manager had it resolved within 5 minutes. Getting wrist bands for pool access was easy as well. The condo itself was very clean and looked even better than the photos, like it had been updated a bit. It was a very convenient location to the amusement parks, as well as to grocery stores and restaurants. The pool was very nice. We didn't use the exercise room or game room but they looked nice through the windows. The convenience store/cafe on property was very convenient. We'll definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

We have stayed at Windsor Hills before but in a different unit and while the set up was the same we enjoyed this unit more. We liked that the couch was not a fabric couch! It sounds silly but that made a huge difference to us. The unit was clean and the beds were comfy. We will definitely check out to see if this unit is available when we return to Florida.
