“Ryan’s Holiday House” at San Remo is perfect for gatherings with family and friends. It is also a fantastic location for business functions and retreats.

Stunning views across Phillip Island foreshore and only a 10-minute walk to Bore Beach where to can feel the warm sand under your feet and take in the sheer beauty the area is renowned for.

Fabulous location just five minutes drive to central San Remo. Beautiful boutiques, a supermarket, cafes, and restaurants all at your disposal. San Remo is a seaside fishing village, cast a line off the jetty or for some serious angling, book a scheduled or private fishing charter. Pelicans can be fed daily before they head back out to the sea.

If you don't have any luck fishing, stop by San Remo Fishing Co-operative for the best Fish & Chips in the region, or buy seafood fresh off the boat.

The House:
"Ryan’s Holiday House" was newly constructed in 2019 with classical furniture and decor. This two storey executive style house accommodates up to 20 guests and offers heating and air-conditioning throughout.

Eight master bedrooms all with private ensuites, and smart lock access-control to ensure privacy for all guests. Spacious living areas equipped with Smart TV, Free WI-FI, electric fireplace, luxurious adjustable backrest lounge suites, an exquisite dining setting, and a completely authentic tea-set section.

The Kitchen:
A fully appointed modern kitchen with spacious pantry, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher and electric oven. Utensils, rice cooker, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle are also included.

Outside:
The downstairs outdoor balcony offers sanctuary for an outdoor meals, and drinks with family, friends or colleagues. Ideal for a lazy breakfast, or a restful retreat while soaking up the ambience. This fabulous deck is ambient, spacious and private.

The double garage offers secure parking for two vehicles. Off-street parking is available for other guests.

Great house with 8 large bedrooms each with its own ensuite. House was very clean and the host was very easy to communicate with. Short drive to town and short walk to the bay or back beach. The only downside were the views. All together however we were very happy with the house.

The place was absolutely perfect for a group wanting to explore all the things San Remo and Phillip Island has to offer. There were plenty of comfy beds so no one had to share and a great communal space downstairs. Would stay again.

The perfect property for the group of 19. 8 bedrooms, each with an ensuite made things very simple. Large well equipped rooms, plenty of living space and the outdoor lounge area very popular. The Pool table was a hit, it had lots of use. Thanks also for the BBQ - almost essential for a big group. It will certainly be a wonderful memory for my 80th birthday celebration.

Very clean and spacious. Each bedroom was huge and had its own full en-suite and walk in robe. Induction stovetop in the kitchen. Would highly recommend this to large family groups. The pool table was a bonus! There was no clutter. Child friendly. Large yard to play in. Overall I loved staying here.

Very clean, heaps of space for large group, well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds, split system in each room and each bedroom having its own bathroom is a big bonus. House a little echo-y due to floorboards. Only problem was not enough towels for number of guests booked (only 2 per bathroom= 16, booked for 21).

Very clean with all linen and towels included. Shampoo/conditioner and body wash also provided. Excellent layout of space and all rooms have large wardrobe space and en-suite. Each room door is lockable but a bit of a pain to look up each individual code, you can however just leave the room door open for convenience. There could be a better selection of kitchen utensils, there was only one pair of tongs. The fridge was missing a self which made stacking it a bit difficult, a second fridge in the butler’s pantry would be useful. It’s a wonderful house for large families with or without kids, heaps of room for games. The billard table was a hit. Also lots of room outside and gardens/grass well kept. It’s about 5 minute drive to San Remo town centre and maybe 20 minutes drive to Cowes.

The property is lovely, really spacious and caters for everyone. The pool table was very popular and the garden was terrific for the little children. The weather was great so we were able to have a bbq. The host is very helpful. We left a phone in one of the bedrooms and Lindsay said she would send it on to us. That’s great service! We loved the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Cleanliness was first class. A cheat sheet on using induction cooktop would be handy and a few extra salad bowls helpful. Knives could do with a sharpen too. Overall it was fantastic for our group.

Ryan’s House weekend stay

We had a group of 14 made up of 3 generations. Being able to stay downstairs was great for my older parents, and ensuites for every room was great with so many of us. The stairs out the front of the house were a concern for the less mobile of our group ( a hand rail would be brilliant and make them much safer). Luckily we found the gate around the side which allowed for safe (one level) access. Anyone else staying with older or less mobile guests should not attempt the stairs out the front. We loved the recliners and the billiard table. The two dining tables were great for different activities. Plenty of crockery and kitchen equipment. Our only wish would be for some more lounge chairs for a large number of people to relax on (people went to bed rather than sit on a hard chair or on the floor). Communication with the owner was clear and timely. The house was exceptionally clean and we will definitely look to book again. Would love to be able to check out later than 10 am but we understand that there’s a lot of cleaning needed if new guests are arriving the same day. It just meant that we all really only got 1 day together which was a shame. Thanks Lindsay!

Very unique to find 8 bedrooms with ensuite including bed linens, towels and cleaning. Good location to reach Phillip Island, plenty of space, too few wine glasses which were brought the day after. If you’re after comparable comfort for everyone, it’s the perfect place.

everything in the house was great, loved it except not much room in front of the fridge when a few working in the kitchen.Was good to enter through the back gate with the wheelchair. Only not so good was the tiled path & steps at the front, very slippery when wet & no hand rail on the steps

One of the best accommodation!

The 8 bedrooms with ensuites attached was a luxury and much appreciated. The rooms were big and spacious and provision of enough powerpoints, a work table, chairs and even a box of tissue in every room were also welcome. The host has certainly put much thought into the layout of the house and what the guests would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lindsay is also prompt to respond to questions asked. Provision of the pool table kept the young ones occupied. Thank you for a wonderful time and we will be back!

Host was very responsive, clean house, have Nespresso machine, all ensuite rooms, loved the kitchen, has everything we need. Generous Host who provides sufficient tissue, rubbish bags, cleaning clothes etc We stayed with 4 families and we all had a great time.
