Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit einigen Ausstattungsschwächen, die man leicht beheben könnte .

Das Frühstück war sehr fein. Viele selbstgemachte, leckere Kuchen. Die Lage war sehr zentral. In wenigen Minuten konnte man ohne Auto in die Innenstadt. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön, man fühlt sich wie auf einem großen Gut vergangener Zeiten, mit hohen Rosenbüschen an den Gebäuden, einem alten Brunnen und viel grün drumherum. Die Betreiber sind sehr nett und freundlich gewesen. Die Lage war absolut ruhig.

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr, sehr kalt. An einem Tag nur 11 Grad. Beim Frühstück fehlte Obst und Müsli. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war nicht geeignet, wenn es regnet, und man im Haus bleiben wollte. Es gab im Zimmer keinen Tisch, keinen zweiten Stuhl, keinen Schreibtisch und keinen Kleiderschrank, und die fünf Kleiderbügel waren nur aus Draht gebogene. Den zweiten Stuhl haben wir uns dann vom Gang geholt. Da das Wetter bei uns nicht so toll war, fehlte mir ein Aufenthaltsraum, in dem man lesen kann. Und ich mag Hunde schon, aber gut finde ich es auch nicht, wenn der große Hund vom Besitzer bellend auf einen zugerannt kommt.

Séjour ll gesuita mantoue

Nous avons aimés le cadre l environnement calme et paisible. Les hôtes sont extrêmement gentils et vous mettent à l aisé. Chambres propres et petit déjeuner très copieux et équilibré. En vacances pour 3 semaines nous avons eu besoin de laver du linge et nous avons été surpris qu ils aient proposé de nous le faire. En rentrant le soir notre linge propre et plié nous attendait dans notre chambre.on recommande

Prachtige B&B nabij een schitterende stad

Prachtige locatie even buiten Mantua, karaktervol gebouw , magnifiek domein, dichtbij het water gelegen met zijn unieke lelies. Overdekte sfeervolle buitenruimte voor ontbijt , heerlijk gegeten in een nabijgelegen eenvoudig restaurant.

Unterkunft ist ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen.

Einfaches, aber gutes Frühstück. Lage: 3,5 km Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum. Öffentliche Busverbindungen vorhanden. Pool ist traumhaft.

Mehr Informationen über Mantua (Stadtkarte, Busverbindungen, Parkplätze) wären sehr hilfreich. An Mückenschutz denken!

A lovely place to explore Mantova.

Placed in an old farmhouse structure a bit outside of Mantova city the place offers an unique experience. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.The room was big and to our surprise they have a nice outdoor pool. The breakfast delivers a perfect start into the day. Don’t miss their own baked bread and cakes! Delicious! Be aware that the rooms are equipped with historical (old) furniture. It fits perfect into the architecture but was not meant to be hotel proof. And since you are on a farm be prepared for flies, mosquitos and other insects.

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft nahe Mantua

Nah an Mantua gelegen, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Schönes großes Schwimmbad, das zum Schwimmen einlädt. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer Giannantonio, der uns Tips zur Fahrt mit dem Fahrad nach Mantua gab.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Gutes Frühstück mit Ei und Wurst. Mit dem Fahrrad in 15 min in der Innenstadt.

Zimmer etwas klein, kein Fliegengitter vor dem Fenster.

Agréable pour visiter Mantoue sans être dans la foule

Ancienne ferme rénovée et atypique située non loin de Mantoue dans un très joli cadre comportant une belle piscine au milieu de la verdure, le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse est sympa même s'il manque un peu de pain frais .Très bien pour une étape pour visiter Mantoue.

Je n'ai pas aimé la salle de bains presque entièrement en verre dans la chambre ce qui provoque un manque d'intimité. Il aurait été plus judicieux que les vitres soient en verre dépolis. le ménage de la chambre et la vitre de la douche aurait besoin d'être fait avec plus de soins.

Didn’t quite live up to expectations

The location was bucolic, the buildings and fields very pretty. The quality of the breakfast was high (however, see comment below).

The bed was quite hard. The air con leaked water. No mosquito screen on the window. The breakfast drinks and food were not replenished enough - there should be someone checking to make sure guests have everything they need etc.

Very nice place with great view on nearby lake with spacious and nicely decorated room. Great breakfast with local products ( fresh bread baked by the owners!). Parking available inside by the gate.

Loose gravel road from parking to the rooms forced me to carry my luggage instead of roll it. Only two hours window for check-in.

The location is beautiful: it is a farm about 4 km from the old town of Mantova, very nice and quiet, with parking inside the property. We had a very comfortable suite, which was spacious, perfectly clean and had a modern bathroom. The breakfast was great, even with tasty local cakes.

great comfort and service in a charming farmhouse

The place is really charming. the old farm house has been restored with great attention to quality of material and great taste in the design choices. The rooms are cosy with a warm wooden floor and beautiful piece of furniture. The milky foggy atmosphere in the morning was just magic with the farmhouse surrounded by beautiful field and planted trees. A full (and very comfortable) experience of the rural areas around Mantova. The place is a stone-throw from the city centre with a bicycle/walk way passing right in front of the property and parallel to the main road. The breakfast was really good with homemade products, amazing cheese, cold cuts and cakes. We definitely would have stayed for two nights if rooms were available.

I did not get feedback on a message requesting if gluten free options for breakfast were available during the booking but at the breakfast time an awesome chocolate gluten free home baked cake was available together with other naturally gluten free options

Romantic gem

Amazing location! Feels like a movie set! Everything is newly renovated and you can see that the hosts are in it with all their hearts. The four different kinds of homemade cakes for breakfast have been my personal highlight

Very nicely refurbished farm complex. Modern all new bathroom. Lots of space, in the room and on the terrain. Quiet location but close to the city. Good breakfast. Great atmosphere. Great stay.

Nature, Relax and Great Breakfast.

A lovely Agriturismo surrounded by nature just 10 minutes out of the city centre. Antonio the owner is polite and extremely welcoming. The area around the building is lovely and peaceful, no noisy roads and light pollution. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The wifi worked fine and the pool outside was definitely a plus. The breakfast was very delicious, and abundant it, served in the old barchessa, it definitely started our day in the best way possible. If you planning a trip to Mantova and are looking for relax, a good sleep, greenery and great food, look no more, il Gesuita is your go to.

One of the bathrooms was a little small but the owner did warn us in advance and considering all the rest this detail did not bother us at all.
