I would never stay here again. Such a bad experience, smell, small and no supply.
6.0 / 10.0
Some insects were in the home, older home doors were tricky to work. Some of the pots were very old and the plates were very thin and cheap, broke one and replaced with a much better plate for $3. Old house smell needed to light candles to improve smell.

So many little things that added up to disappointment. When we arrived on a Friday evening and it was 30° outside all of the windows upstairs were left open when we tried to close one of them it would not close so we called the property management and never had anyone come out to try to fix it we attempted to fix it by shoving a towel in the crack of the window. It was due to rain two days later, so the inside of the property was going to get soaking wet. We also found that there was wet linens in the washer left from the cleaners, who actually arrived late and didn’t clean the place until after our check-in. Faucet and downstairs bathroom had no pressure in it whatsoever. Storm door lock was broken and we could not lock the storm door. Kitchen countertops had food, caked and stuck to it. I had to re-clean the countertops before even putting anything on them. Parking pad in the back would only hold one of our cars. Other one had to be parked on the street in the front. Reported all issues to property management after check out as well as while we were there. No response from anyone. No apology nothing. Be cautious. If you’re looking for basic somewhere to put your head, I guess it would be OK but I would not rent from Cozy suites anymore..

Really enjoyed our stay. Well supported property. A little confusing to work with a large host organization but they were responsive immediately.

It was the perfect location for our frequent trips into DC. We had all of the accommodations we needed for a family of 6. The check-in process was easy and I’d highly recommend this property for your next visit to the city.

The check in process was easy and explained well in the welcome email. The property was adequate but not super clean, the backyard furniture was old and unsafe. There were new chairs there but not assembled. Disappointing. The front porch was dirty as well and the yard area was unkempt. The kitchen had no sponges or extra paper towels.
Easy Lyft rides to DC and I’d town.
The last night we heard fighting in the house next door and ended up calling the police… the walls in this property are thin. No one slept much the last night.

Great weekend place to visit DC
Took the family to DC and this place was great. Really thought the location was great and the house was nice. Just wish there was a bathroom on the main floor. But was a great house.

Great location and well stocked.
I loved how accurately the owner depicted the property. Yes: tell me how many towels so I can plan ahead. Very clear communication during our stay. Perfect for our group of four adults and a couple teens. Well stocked and very little to do to prepare for checkout. The only complaint I had was a very personal one that likely doesn’t impact others. There was no mention of needing to disclose names, ages and emails for each person in our group. We were not given the door code until we provided information. As a woman that travels extensively, I am uncomfortable with disclosing such information. I have never been asked about the name and age and email of each traveling companion before. It wasn’t mentioned in the listing either. I believe it’s fine for an owner to decide this, but it should be disclosed before booking. I knew I would scan my ID and provide security verification and was comfortable with that. This seems like plenty of info!! But I don’t know why it matters who my companions are. It made me feel uncomfortable and vulnerable, but again I’m a cautious woman 😊The owner was helpful and allowed me only share adult contact and not minor children. However, I think it should have been listed and I would have chosen a different property. I have a child in college in the DC and travel there often. This was the first time we were asked for such information. Still was a nice place and felt very secure and appreciated the home!!

Perfect Home for the Holidays
We stayed for two weeks at this property over the holidays and it was perfect for our needs. We have two kids under 12 and they loved the basement bedroom with two large beds and their own bath with remodeled shower. The location is very convenient to anywhere in NoVA and DC, and having a Target and grocery store across the main street was very helpful. When we had one small issue the property management responded immediately and worked to resolve it same day.
PROS: LOCATION!, remodeled kitchen and baths, free street parking with no residential restrictions as well as back parking, Roku TV, fast wi-fi, easy electronic door lock, new laundry machines, fenced back yard, very responsive property management
CONS: Lacking some kitchen cooking utensils, older pots and pans could use replacing, kitchen table chairs are fabric and stained

Comfortable stay, great location
Location of this place was very convenient, only 5-10min from DCA airport and about 15min from the National Mall and all the museums. House was comfortable and we had a great stay!

Convenient location to downtown DC
Overall it was a pleasant stay. Had issues with lack of cleanliness as there were spider Webs throughout the home, especially above the kitchen door. In all fairness, the property manager did offer to have it fixed right away. However I did not feel comfortable with a stranger cleaning around with all our things there. For future visitors, please inspect the property yourself and do a detailed walk through to ensure proper cleanliness. Aside from that, it was conveniently located and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Thanks for hosting us but I doubt I would stay there again. Best of luck for future visitors as I hope the cleanliness issue will be addressed. Oh…… also, as a suggestion, I would insist that the cleaner not leave their mop and other cleaning supplies next to the dining table. Not a very good look. It could easily be stored elsewhere away from guests. Just a suggestion.

Great Location but water damage
First, I have to say that the property was in a great location for us to go into Washington DC and it was clean & decorated nicely. I had a party of 7 & we all had a place to sleep.
The only problem I had was that it was a 3 level townhouse with the bedrooms & bathrooms only on the upper & basement level. I had two elderly adults in my party and this made it very difficult for them, if I had of known this I would not have booked here.
Another unfortunate issue was that when it rained, water poured in from the upstairs shower, down the kitchen wall and into the basement laundry room where the water sat, making the basement (where 2 of the beds were) moist and smell like mildew along with the kitchen wall. When I called to inform the management company they immediately tried to rectify the situation by moving us but, they didn’t have a place big enough to accommodate our sleeping arrangement. The next day a maintenance man came out to assess the situation and A few days later, they sent someone out that placed a large dehumidifier in the basements laundry room which started to pull the moisture out of the air (but then it rained again) however, it also had to drain across the hall in the bathroom’s shower, this then created a tripping hazard for the 3 kids that were staying in the basement.
Overall the customer service was the best that I have experienced thus far, they contacted us daily to check on us & see if we needed anything & they continued to apologize. We appreciate the prompt service but hope they would fix the leak so other families will not have to go through this on their vacation.

Great Location
This is very comfortable and is in a great location. I was easy to communicate with the owner. When we first arrived the door code was not working. When we reached out they responded quickly and gave us another code and we were in. I would recommend this property.
