The cottage exceeded our expectations. The living space was more than adequate for four adults. It was beautifully appointed and well stocked with linens and supplies. Appliances were brand new. We had a problem with the coffee maker and within an hour of reporting it, the host arrived with a new one. The views were amazing!

Such a lovely stay, the house is set up so mindfully as a rental with anything you would need. We were able to see Moose and the Aurora, the perfect stay.

The cottage is only about 20 minutes from Denali National Park just outside of the town of Healy but so worth the drive to be in a less busy area. The cottage is mostly secluded with only the twin cottage in view. The cabin was wonderful - very clean, comfortable, updated, kitchen well stocked and nice layout. There was a deck with a nice view of the mountains in the distance. The owners were very responsive. One note: the owners prefer to keep the windows unlocked in case you want to lock them.

This place was like new and super clean! The setting was spectacular with a great location close to everything and a beautiful view from the kitchen/ living room and back porch. We loved staying there and will definitely recommend it to friends who visit the area. Shannon and David were great communicators and made sure everything was perfect for us.

This is an incredible place. The view is beautiful unreal. The sunrises are like nothing I’ve seen before. We had a moose and calf come right up to the deck, and we were greeted with a rainbow over the mountains one afternoon. Magical. The owners were very thoughtful with how they designed and stocked the rental-we had everything that we needed and more. Perfect in every way!

Not walkable to the 49th State Brewery but a short drive.
Other than that it was a great place with a very well equipped kitchen. it worked out great for our Denali visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this very clean cottage We grilled and had dinner on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful view. The cottage has everything you can think of to make your stay feel like home. The hosts communicated very quickly and provided wonderful directions. We especially appreciated the assistance they gave for finding a place to buy camera equipment. Great location, house and hosts!!

Great location and lodging for three nights. Plenty of space for a family of four. Cottage was very clean, well equipped. Beds were a little small but comfortable. Black out shades worked well. We cooked a couple basic meals and found what we needed. When the propane ran out for the grill, they were quick to replace it.

We loved using this property as our home base while exploring Denali National Park. We were maybe 15 minutes from the park and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of glitter gulch to enjoy quiet evenings on the back porch. The views from this house are exceptional. The house itself is seemingly brand new and incredibly clean and well appointed. We also appreciated having access to a washer and dryer as we were on an extended trip. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage in Healy. It was great after a week of cruising to have our own car and place so that we could experience Alaska at our own pace. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and there is a beautiful large weber grill. The grocery store is just down the road so it was easy to make meals. We were only a short drive to all excurions and the park. The setting as you look out the back windows was absolutely perfect. We only were bummed that a moose didn't pass through.
Highly recommend as a modern getaway in the middle of the wild.

A perfect place to enjoy all Denali has to offer. Hope to return soon when there is no wildfire

New house 15 minutes from Denali and 2 minutes from groceries, gas, and supplies. House was clean and very new. Had direct tv and wifi and a full kitchen. There are two houses close together but they are positioned so that when on the covered patio you don’t really see the other house. Would definitely go back.

What’s not to say good about this location and the providers?
The providers were outstanding in answering any questions and had provided an equally informative that was simple as well. The home, amenities and the view (oh the view) were a refreshing and enjoyable experience compared to a few other vrbo’s locations we’ve stayed at.
I will be making winter arrangements here my family can’t wait.
Thank you Shannon and David

Cottage at Dry Creek was an incredible cottage !
It is in the perfect location to Denali NP with great views and quiet solitude.
The cottage owners are very responsive, I had several questions when planning our trip and they always answered within an hour and with a friendly tone. They went above and beyond to offer area details & suggestions.
The cottage itself is beautiful. Clean and stocked with everything you could need. From the kitchen to the shower, laundry, if you need it it is all there and you are welcome to use it.
Don’t pass this cottage up, it truly sets the bar for all other VRBO or any rental property !

We had a great stay at the Cottage. David & Shannon are excellent hosts, and provided us everything we needed for a wonderful and stress-free visit. The Cottage was clean and well equipped with plenty of kitchen items. The bedrooms are very nice with comfortable beds, and the bathroom is roomy and functional. The location is a bit remote, but perfect for a peaceful get-away; just 20 minutes from the entrance to Denali National Park. Thanks for the great stay!

The place was awesome! The location was close to restaurants and a grocery store and a short drive to the National park entrance. It was easy to find with all of the hosts instructions. They were very informative about every step to the process. We did have a sewage smell toward the end of our trip, but I messaged them and they responded right away on a solution.

Excellent place best place I have stayed...only thing missing was a fireplace.!!!!!

The owners thought of everything that travelers would need while on their journey through Alaska. The high end kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies (many spices & condiments), Tupperware and baggies for your hikes in Denali Park!
The cabin is just a mile off the main road and 15min to the park. It is a beautiful home which has a porch with spectacular sunrise & moonrise views over the mountains.
Some lucky folks may even catch a moose or bear checking out to the place to make sure the guests are having a good time! So be alert!
We’ll definitely come back next time we are in ALASKA.

We loved staying in this very roomy, well-equipped home for two nights as we visited Denali. Everything previous reviewers said was true -- exceptionally clean, well-equipped and quiet, with high-end appliances, expensive grill and everything anyone could possibly need, including a nice, new washer and dryer. The owners have given a great deal of thought to what a traveler needs, from an alarm clock/charging station to extra towel rods and iron/ironing board! What's more, it is only 20 minutes from the Denali visitor center and very close to a grocery store and the excellent 49th State Brewing Company in Healy. It was a blessing to us to have a place where we could relax (with a very large TV and great range of channels) after a long day in the park. Highly recommend.
