Superb

The room and bathroom were large and clean. The staff especially Saraswati was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent

There was a problem with the lights. The staff repaired this immediately but the bulb holders had a problem

Happy Stay with Family

Everything is Right from check-in to check-out. We loved and enjoyed our stay. A perfect getaway for the family. Very close to the beach. Very good breakfast. Excellent staff and service.

Need bed light in the room at night. It's too dark.

Exceptional

I would give it 10/10 star rating for their hospitality. The people are really sweet and genuine and surprised us with a bouquet on our anniversary. The breakfast served was so good and freshly prepared. Would love to visit again in future.

Best place I have stayed so far in pondicherry. Great aesthetics, very comfortable bed, spacious bathrooms, tasty food! Special call-out to the staff members, very polite and friendly. Would definitely come back and stay. Had a great time with my family

Splendid Mansion.

This place is amasing. The renovation of an heritage mansion is a complete sucess. Every bit from tiny detail to big piece of furniture is well chosen, presented with taste fits perfectly at the right place. The rooms and bathrooms were so spacious. All equipment were functionning and the AC was very silent. The staff was adorable and made us feel like at home. At a walking distance from Serenity Beach, it was a great place to stay with kids.

The surrounding is a little noisy. We missed a real black , black coffee.

Comfortable heritage stay

The stay was comfortable with the ambience of a heritage property with large rooms, super comfy bed and a huge bathroom. The staff were courteous, especially Ms Saraswathy at the front desk was very helpful. We could walk to Serenity beach, easy access from ECR. Pros - room, comfort, location - Serenity beach, ECR

Food was a concern, especially as we are vegetarians with very limited option. Also with the bkfst timing only bet 8.30-10am with no flexibility, and there were morning sight seeing activities and we had to miss and have outside. The Chef was away and we couldnt get lunch as well. Food availability and spread to be improved. We felt overall it was overpriced from the other available options in Pondy.

Very poor

The room and the bathroom.

The fridge wasn't working. There were no channels on the tv to watch when we asked them to update it the staff confirmed he will. When we came back we were a lame excuse that someone in the owners family died which dusn make any sense. We booked this place 2 weeks back and they should have recharged. There was no curd available. Just not worth the money we spent. Very disappointed.
