The view from the front yard is the back of businesses. The bar across the street plays super loud music at night. And I’m glad I brought my own chairs because 2/3 of the chairs there were broken. The grill outside was not the greatest. I swept the floors and it seemed pretty dirty. I moved the rug and I don’t think that had been cleaned in a long time

The property was ok, we did not get to stay one night, drove from another state, when we got there my husband who is disabled could not use the bathroom facilities… the potty was like sitting on the ground. We drove back into town to see if we could find something he could use to help with the problem with no luck so we ended up driving back home the same day. The cabin was very clean. Could have used a little cleaning outside on the porch, no chairs on the porch as the picture showed, no chair inside either. I would recommend the cabin to others it just was not for us.

I rented this cabin for my husband and son for a weekend getaway. They absolutely loved it and how close it was to everything

It was a great time. The cabin was just what we needed and what we expected based on the pictures. Correspondents with the owner was answered in a timely manner.

Pros: smaller house, clean.
Cons: loud noises during weekend!, several broken appliances, couple damaged spots, no where in town is open before 9am!!! How is all the coffee, doughnut, breakfast places all closed until 9am!?
Had fun and enjoyable weekend in spite of all the issues we found.

Decent little place , seems kinda high for what it was . But still nice and clean

Cabin is dirty and not in rental condition.
If you want cleanliness do not rent this cabin. Very disappointing. Wash rags and towels were stored underneath the sink and there is a water leak so those were wet. Some wash rags needed to be thrown away. Holes in towels. Flooring peeling up at entry and other places in the cabin. Hair and dirt collected underneath the bathroom door.
Save your money and do not rent from Kiamichi Cabins.

The cabin was disgusting and hasn’t been cleaned or dusted in quite awhile it was apparent . We ended up leaving and only staying one night due to it smelling like mold and mildew . The wall by the air conditioner was molded and the floor was tore up as well.

Nice weekend spot. Floor is in bad shape and its very dusty due to the road in front. Need a new grill. Overall fine for two adults on a weekend away

I’ve never booked anything online before. It was fairly easy to do.
We will be back!!!

First the place isn’t quiet and peaceful. It’s directly behind a commercial building!! Such a bummer. The area smelled like it was a dog park that no one ever cleaned up. We walked in and roaches scattered. The tv and all the lights were on in an attempt to keep them out but it didn’t work. There were no towels to shower and bug everywhere. Even between the wood paneling on the walls. Absolutely disappointed.

It’s not super fancy but the price doesn’t make you think super fancy. Myself and 3 friends did a bachelor party up there and the cabin was perfect for us. The fire pit is good the grill works good and the porch is pretty good. The shower head is really short and if the landowners wanted to make it better for cheap they could get a taller shower head. The beds are pretty stout and have a lack of squishy. The shopping center in front of the cabins has a little driveway that makes it a 30 second drive to get supplies and there’s a climbing gym that’s pretty chill. Watch out for the chicken tenders at blue rooster. All in all it was a great home base and it’s definitely worth the money. P. S. The saloon across the street is an easy walk and it’s the best bar I’ve been in in a long time.

Last minute booking
We booked last minute so wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect, yet for our first time at broken bow hoped for a little better. The listing doesn’t tell you that your right behind a strip mall with lots of traffic, we had no sheets for the fold out couch, fridge and outside chairs were dirty, the shower and toilet are not for anyone over 5ft tall. But for a last minute booking it was what we expected and made the best of it.

Cabin was unkept
The pics online were not correct! No blinds in bathroom we had to cover with towel! No
water outside, porch, chairs, table all nasty!!
Grass was about 9 inches tall, totally not
what we expected!! My lifelong friend met
me there, she’s never been there & she
drove over 3 hours!! I think I deserve a
full refund!! It was NOT RIGHT and
MISLEADING!!

Not clean
The cabin was not clean. The dishes that we used we had to wash them first. There was food on some of the plates and pots and pans looked like they were just put up after someone use them. The coffee pot was full of coffee grounds and the pot had not been washed. The cabin itself looked like it had not been cleaned before we got there such as dust everywhere. Yes I understand it’s a cabin but you would think they would still dust the furniture. However the bedding was clean. Thank goodness. The location was close to everything however the road it was on was extremely busy and cars and trucks would fly down the road. It was definitely not peaceful

While I am perfectly happy with older, well maintained properties, this one is in need of a deep cleaning. While it wasn’t filthy, it wasn’t very clean either. It seemed nice and tidy when we arrived but the longer we were there the dirtier it seemed. I swept and was amazed at the dirt and animal hair.
Also, it is said to sleep 5 but the 5th space was barely enough for my 4 yo, a tiny twin pull out with a very thin mattress. They actual beds are squeaky and firm.
We had 5 people and they gave 5 towels for 3 nights with no information on linen service.
Make sure you bring, or be prepared to buy toilet paper, paper towels and anything you may need like soaps. They did have plenty plates and bowls. Few forks and spoons. A few cooking skillets and a baking sheet.
All the appliances worked well and we were pleased especially with the AC.
The price is what drew me in but we would probably upgrade next time we are in town.
Also know, this cabin has no “space” behind the cabin. The picnic table and fire pit are in the front, not too far off a busy dirt road and close to another cabin. Also faces the back of a metal shopping center/ restaurants.

Great location and close to restaurants. The cabin could be updated a bit, otherwise was cosy. An icemaker and needs new mattresses

Decent little cabin
The worst part was the check in and it wasn’t the property managers fault. I had poor cell reception In that area and it was very difficult for me to log on and get the information required and I didn’t have the VRBO app witch probably made it more difficult to find what I was looking for. The property management was very friendly and accommodating, I should have requested the location and access the a few days Pryor. The cabin was as expected and suited my family needs just fine. The gravel road seemed very busy and was quite noisy at times with a lot construction vehicles.

A place to sleep
The cabin is cozy. Had all the necessities. There was only a small portable heater that was not enough to heat up the cabin. The main heater did not work. This is a necessity when it is way too cold outside. Make sure it is working prior to traveling.

There was a strong smell of urine coming from the bathroom, the rug between the beds, and the quilt on one of the beds. Additionally there was a significant amount of mosquitoes in the cabin (none outside though) making me suspect there is standing water somewhere in the cabin. The fire pit and provided kitchen amenities were nice. Wifi was good. The employee who helped us find the cabin over the phone was very nice.
