Located in the heart of the Treasure Coast, this four bedroom home is perfect for large families looking to enjoy all that Port St. Lucie has to offer. Minutes from I 95 and the Turnpike, it is centrally located to access the many activities of the Treasure Coast, provided that you want to leave.is beautifully landscaped oasis is roomy yet quaint. Tile throughout the common areas with wooden floors in the bedrooms and brick pavers in all outside areas. House is designed to make you feel at home. Please note that there is solar heating for the pool and whirlpool. There is no hot tub.

It is a perfect setup for 3 families. The pool and patio are a great asset as are the washer and dryer.It is a little noisy being so close to a busy road. A wonderful time was had by all!

First and foremost, the home is beautiful and is exactly as described. The pool and back yard is very nice! Carlos was VERY responsive prior to our reservation amd during. There were some minor things that we notified Carlos about at checkout, nothing that needed to be addressed while we were there. The MAIN downside is the house borders a main street which is VERY busy. It makes for a noisy master bedroom and relaxing by the pool. The bed pillows need to be replaced, as they are VERY flat and I would recommend bringing beach towels as there were only 2 in the house. The house comes VERY well stocked with toilet paper, tissues, napkins, hand soap, dish soap, bath towels, cleaning supplies, dishes.... We left aluminum foil, cling wrap.... The owner(s) do a GREAT job keeping up on the house.

We spent a week down in Port St. Lucie for the Mets spring training. The location of the house for us was perfect. The house was very well kept very clean. Carlos is great to work with and communication was great! Unfortunately the weather was a bit cool so we did not get to enjoy the pool but we did enjoy the relaxing patio.

This is a fantastic house to spend your vacation time in. It is very inviting and comfortable. The layout is awesome, it is all open and you can easily get from one section to the next l. the backyard pool and patio is like your own private resort. beautiful pool, nice dining table and Great sun! It is very spacious plenty of room for 8 to 10 people. We loved our stay, and hated to leave. Do not hesitate to reserve this property.

Carlos was GREAT to work with, communicated well. The property was as listed and very nice! I would NOT hesitate to stay here! The ONLY recommendation would be to replace the mattress in the bedroom by itself at the end of the hallway. Not terrible, but could have been more comfortable. Still NOTHING enough that would not have me give this VRBO and Carlos 5 stars!:)

This house is beautifully furnished and well kept. Loved everything about it from the well manicured lawn to the pool and jacuzzi in the backyard. The furniture was not cheap and provided a pleasant comfortable atmosphere. The only bad points where some dirty dishes left in dishwasher and crumbs left under sofa cushions. But the overall experience was pleasant and we would definitely revisit the property.

My son and I just finished up a 5 day stay at Carlos’ beautiful home. We always rent in this area when we visit for Met’s spring training activities ( Clover park is approx 15 minutes away). Carlos was a gracious and responsive host and his home was exactly as shown and described in the listing. It’s obvious that he takes very good care of the home (it was his personal home for several years) and everything we needed was provided for a comfortable stay. The backyard oasis is exactly that… a tropical paradise that creates a wonderfully relaxing poolside experience. We highly recommend this home for your Port St Lucie getaways! Thank you Carlos!

The house was great. The only issues we had were the pillows were thin as paper, we bought new for the whole house. We thought the hot tub was that a hot tub, it is not it is a whirlpool and not heated. But overall the house is great and the owners are very responsive. We would use again.

When I stepped into this lovely home I was amazed that it was even more inviting and perfect than the photos in the VRBO listing. We could have comfortably had 4 adult couples in the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. There were at least 4 different seating areas where we could gather 6 or more people comfortably, so we never felt crowded. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as plates, glasses, utensils, and cooking pans. The k-cup brewer was very handy. Having a full size washer and dryer for a multi-night stay was a bonus. Every time I looked around I saw something I wanted to copy in my next home - a mirror glaze on the patio doors so people can't see in, the dolphin tiling on the bottom of the swimming pool, the huge walk-in closets in the master bedroom, etc. This home is clearly a labor of love that has improved over the years. It is in very good repair. We had a small issue with the water dispenser in the refrigerator. I sent the host a text in the morning, he had an appliance guy there the same day to look at it and get started on the repair. Some things to be aware of: 1. The whirlpool is not heated, though the host expects to add that in 2023. 2. Bring your own shampoo, soap, k-cups, etc. 3. Even though it is conveniently located next to a main road, you cannot hear the traffic from inside the house. It is a bit noisy on the patio. 4. This home is an excellent value for a group of 6 - 8 people! You can get this for less than the cost of 3 hotel rooms and live in luxury with your extended family instead of just a set of boxy little bedrooms connected by a corridor.
