Exceptional

What I really liked was the balcony, which was honestly just amazing for drinking your morning coffee. The bathroom was very clean . The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, plus more. And finally, I loved how cozy the whole place felt.

To be honest, the only thing I could argue could be better was the AC unit in the bedroom, which was slow to cool the room, but other than that, everything was perfect.

The best accomodation in Volos.

Without exaggeration, this is THE best accomodation in Volos. It is spacious, comfortable, perfectly equipped, at a great location (20 minutes walk from KTEL, 5 minutes walk to the harbour, etc.) with great hosts. My favourite thing was the balcony, you can chill there during the day and the night as well. A bottle of wine left in the fridge for you as a welcome gift was extremely considerate. I am definitely gonna stay here again. Highly recommend it.

It takes a looong time to get hot water, but that is a regional issue I am told, so not the apartment’s fault. Just turn on the tap 20 minutes or so before your shower and you’re fine.

Beautiful and comfy rooftop apartment in the center of town

* the view from the terrace across the rooftops is very nice, and the terrace is huge * the whole apartment is comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated with a lot of details (e.g. a night light in the bedroom) * there are even spreads and coffee and tea for breakfast, and nail polish remover and aspirin in the bathroom, and even mosquito repellent (for the night), all of which I found really attentive and thoughtful * the washing machine was functioning and even detergent was provided * it's located in the center of town in the middle of the main shopping and restaurant area; both the public buses and the overland buses (e.g. to the beaches or to the Pelion) stop 3min away

* the water pressure in the shower was low, especially for the warm water, and the warm water was gone after a few minutes, so I had to shower quickly * I asked for a (very) late check-out and the owner wanted 40€, which I found exaggerated given that I paid 54€ per day, so I declined; then I was offered to stay until 2pm free of charge; at other properties, I'm used to getting (very) late check-out for free and without fuss (if nobody is arriving the same day, of course), so this issue put me off

Exceptional

A very nice and cozy apartment in the heart of Volos. Very well furnished with nice terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all needed, the host was think for everything, coffee, tea, snacks. It is our second stay in this apartment amd for our future visits in Volos we would like to book it again. I strongly recommend this accommodation!

Very good

The location was superb, the apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was extremely kind and met us upon arrival. The balcony was great.

The faucet in the bathroom was barely running and we had to fix that - super easy, it was just clogged with little stones. The umbrella on the balcony was broken and we had to put it back together, as the balcony was impossible to use during the day without some shade. These are minor things, but it would have been nice, if they had been tended to.

There were not an aircondition in the bedroom ,so the ventilator were very little to give the fresdh in the air,especially at night.

Exceptional

I had stayed in Charming Volos House last year on 2 separate occasions, but this year the hostess Fani surpassed herself, with further refurbishments in the flat, particularly in the balcony, which made it formidable. It was a delight to enjoy both breakfast and dinner in the beautiful veranda under the sea breeze! The house was squeeky clean and superbly decorated. All you need for a comfy stay is available and makes you feel you never left home. Plus the hostess was there to address all my queries over the phone. Location is excellent, dead centre, next to all shops, cafes, and meze places. Very affordable parking space only 200 metres away on the same street!. Highly recommended!

Small things: Would be nice to have a table and chairs in the 2nd smaller balcony too. The AC unit could (possibly) be in a more central spot to cover the bedroom too (as opposed to the ground fan). Otherwise perfect!

Everything you need in Volos

The house is spacious and clean with a lovely balcony, and fully equipped kitchen. Located in the center of Volos, you have everything just minutes away. Ideal for those who want to explore the city.

Exceptional location! Apartment equipped with all necessary things for a pleasant stay. The owners are extremely kind and accommodating! They made a great effort to create a pleasant atmosphere, with many details that make you feel at home!
