The room decor was very nice and the bed was really comfy. The shared bathroom was spacious and had good water pressure in the shower. There is a well equipped kitchen with an ice-maker and coffee machine etc. The virtual check in worked fine with codes for the front door and bedroom door.
The central air conditioning made my room uncomfortably cold late at night.
The wifi was very slow even just to load a webpage

Everything but my experience with the mamarger due to my mother using her to try and cause chaos and distrustion and death to me so that I won't expose her for her many crimes against me surrounding stealing my inheritance fraud and identity theft. The common space kitchen was so nice to cook in! And the other guest who stayed my first night was lovely!
The manager believing malicous slander and doing unethical invasive and horrific things to me during my stay.

This place has a lot of charm. Very restful. Perfect place for a mini retreat.
Nothing. It was perfect💖

Very nice place. River room is perfect for solo travel. No issue with two shared bathrooms. I only saw other guests when I arrived otherwise I couldn't tell anyone else was even in the house. House was warm (set at 70) which was nice because it was cold and wet out (big surprise) but I like it cooler for sleeping. The rooms had a large vent that could be closed off so was easy to control the temp in the room. It was nice to be able to open a window for some outside noise and air because it was too quiet in the house. Walking distance to Hop Valley, Heritage, and Oakshire Brewing. Full kitchen had everything you could need. I was able to make my own coffee in the morning which I prefer over the weak hotel stuff. I forgot to check out the sauna in the basement. Next time for sure.

Quiet, easy to check in

Location was the reason we chose the Inn, we wanted to have access to the River and walking trails.
The kitchen was outstanding.
Room was hot, my fault for not closing the heat vent!! I don’t like a memory foam type of mattress but that is personal preference.
The Inn was immaculate. The owner shared her dislike of cleaning, something I would not do in front of guests.

Cozy, unique, and so lovely! Would absolutely stay there next time I am in Eugene! Bed was super comfortable.

Incredibly peaceful environment, with careful thought and attention to detail. Walking through the door was like breathing a sigh of relief after a stressful travel; everything you need is provided here, and such loving care has been put into the design and maintenance of this home, it's amazing. You can easily maintain your privacy, or choose to share space and conversation with other guests. Both rooms I stayed in had private fridge, personal desk, and reading areas - as well as the most comfy mattress I've ever slept on. The common areas provide separate spaces for work, lounge, and to prepare and enjoy meals with others. I enjoyed my stay here so much that I changed my travel plans to come back for a few more nights! Very restful and relaxing environment - I felt perfectly at home. And the hosts (Nedhy and Noah) are very kind and welcoming people. Cannot recommend this stay enough!!!

Great location for walking to restaurants and bars in Whiteaker neighborhood., or to the river.
Creaky floors, door was tricky to lock, light from the hallway came in through the door, air conditioning was on a very cold setting that couldn't be changed.

Close to the river. Comfortable. Quiet neighborhood.

Lovely rooms, and very friendly/helpful staff (the owner). I loved it so much I extended my stay by an extra night. I’ll be back for sure!

We had a lovely stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Location couldn't be beat! Just steps away from the Willamette River in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed a nearby brewery and food trucks. Highly recommend!

Being so close to the river path to enjoy a long walk or run is stupendous. The home was your home, books to read a wonderful kitchen I felt very safe with the security locks. I'll be back!

Great location, walking distance to convenience store, restaurants and bars.
The site said there was access to a deck but the door was locked and said there were repairs being done but there was no evidence of this.
There was only one other couple staying there so it was quiet and there was ample parking. Bit it occurred to me if the place was fully booked, getting access to the bathroom might have been difficult.

The property is more than charming. Location: near the river walk, a park, in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to breweries.
The house has everything you can ask for and more.
The room/bathroom was loaded with thoughtful details: feminine products, cotton, swabs,… everything
This was an exceptional stay for us.
Nothing. It was perfect

No carpet in the room.
Very impersonal. Owners apparently don't live on the premises. We were emailed a code for the front door and a code to get into our room. We were also given phone numbers to contact if needed. No one was in the entire house but us. Kind of creepy. A TV would have been nice.

Beautiful place for walking along the river and rose garden. Room very clean. Complimentary parking on the property. Entry worked. Quiet neighborhood on dead end street. Books to read. Bottled water.
No humans on site. Lack of warmth due to that. Platform bed not comfortable and no mattress pad? No water glass in bathroom or bar soap. No night lock on the bedroom door. Difficult to find a casual, sit down restaurant nearby. I went to a “pub” and left. It wasn’t clean and no one ever came to take an order.
It would be helpful if a list of nearby restaurants and a grocery story was provided and a map showing if the Riverpath had access to a restaurant.

That is the cutest place I ever ever stayed at in my whole life. It was above and beyond accommodating. I highly recommend it.
I liked everything about it.

super clean, welcoming, easy to access, the bed was super comfortable. felt like I was living life how it was 50 or more years ago. I loved the sun shining through the windows and wood floors. best place in Eugene and close to everything.

The house was lovely, situated in a nice neighborhood, close to the Riverpath. It was spacious and uncluttered, with all amenities provided. The bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds.
We liked it all!

This was a lovely, clean, quiet inn in a residential neighborhood bordering on the beautiful path along the Willamette River. A short 10 minute drive to the University of Oregon.
The kitchen was lovely, but would have been even better if it was a true bed & breakfast with someone there to cook a meal in the morning.

This is a well-maintained and charming historic home very near beautiful nature walking paths. It was a quiet retreat for my partner and I.
