We had 5 couples and a few kids for our weekend stay. We all had more than enough space to spread out and still had a large enough great room area where we could all be together.
Beautiful area. Fantastic home.

We had a fabulous time! We had plenty of room for 4 couples and 3 children. Enjoyed the large gathering area for playing games, and the hot tub was really clean. It was so close to hikes and we went to Silver Lake. It was also convenient to get to the Alpine Slide, Main Street Park City, and the Outlets at Kimball Junction. We would definately stay here again.

This rental was amazing! Perfect for larger groups. The living room areas are spacious and have plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen and dining area can comfortably fit a large group, and the bedrooms are amazing. The location is beautiful and easily walked the ski-in trail in the mornings. It's such a short drive to Main street. We loved every minute of our stay. The tiny driveway is a little difficult to maneuver in a larger vehicle, but it was a small price to pay for an amazing weekend.

After many years apart, 12 of our friends came together to Deer Valley and had the most wonderful time, while staying at this lovely home. The interiors are so well done, with an Indian and Cowboy themed room, beautiful library, and accessible space suited for a large group. The home is well located just half a mile from the Deer Valley Silver Lake Lodge and Stein Eriksen, where a few of the girls spent the day relaxing at the 5 star spa. Only a 10 minute drive down to Main Street, we ate out at Flannigans Irish Pub and Baan Thai two of the nights, and cooked at home in the beautiful kitchen the other two nights. The ski-out access is easily accessible for moderate skiers and the boot and glove driers in the laundry room make for a very convenient and well-thought out ski experience. A few people from the group also skied Park City, which is only 10 minutes away and an easy parking experience through the parking reservation portal.
Highly recommend staying at this beautiful and cozy home in Deer Valley's Aspen Hallow!

The home was beautiful in a gorgeous neighborhood. It was a bit hard to find the property in the snow. The management company was super responsive and helped us navigate.
Ski in/ Ski out- it was not truly that. Ski out yes, ski in no. You have to ski down and hike about a block, to get back to the property again it was a bit hard to navigate.
Most of the rooms were clean. However, the blankets, pillows, and throw blankets had crusty stains- not washed.
Also, I feel the need to call out the lack of basic amenities. K Cup machine, no K-cups, coffee maker- no coffee. No water, not even a Britta filter. The drive up and down the mountain in the snow was a little tough, I would expect that would have some of these basic things knowing that it's not easy to just "run to the market".
There were also 4 fireplaces- some were gas and wood hybrid some were wood only. No instructions could be a danger.

This house is beautiful, and was perfect inside for our needs. This is a 4 level house, so lots of up and down stairs.
When choosing this location, I read several reviews about the fact that the hot tub wasn't working.
I decided that the owners had to be aware of the problem and had fixed the hot tub. Our grandkids were very disappointed that we stayed for 4 days, with the kids dropping in and out to check the status of the hot tub. It was reported broken on the first day and was not working still when we checked out on day 4.

Overall, the property was decent, but there were a few issues that left us feeling disappointed. Firstly, the cleanliness of the property was not up to par. While the floors and bedding were clean, there was trash right in front of the garage door that we had to walk through to enter the house. Additionally, the counters were sticky and there was even candy stuck on the wall which was quite off-putting. On a more positive note, the check-in process was easy and quick, and it was contactless which was convenient. We were able to get settled in quickly. The accuracy of the online listing was mostly accurate. The house was beautiful and all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was a plus. The location of the property was up the mountain in a quiet area, which was nice for a peaceful getaway. However, parking was a bit of a tight squeeze, and if you have more than three cars, you may have trouble finding a spot. We chose this property specifically for the hot tub, but when we arrived, we found out that it wasn't working. It took a day and a half for the property managers to fix our request, which was frustrating. By the time the hot tub was fixed, we only had a couple hours to enjoy it before we had to leave for the weekend. The communication with the property manager was not ideal. They took awhile to answer us back and we had to constantly follow up with them. This made it difficult when we had questions about the property or needed assistance during our stay. One of the biggest issues with the property was the lack of maintenance. The back patio stairs were covered in ice from the water belting off the roof, making it incredibly dangerous to walk on. When we called to ask for a shovel or some ice melt, the property management team informed us that it was our responsibility to clear the walkway. While we understand that it is our responsibility, we were surprised that there were no tools or supplies provided to help us do so. It was frustrating to be left to figure out a solution on our own. Overall, we won't be staying at this property again due to the communication issues. It's a shame because the location was nice and the property had potential, but the lack of responsiveness from the property managers really put a damper on our stay. If you decide to book this property, I would recommend keeping your expectations low and being prepared for potential communication issues.

House was fantastic. Figuring out how to get back was a bit challenging and could have been better explained with maps, etc. but location was quite good and house was great. Whole house audio looked killer, but no one had bothered to update it for modern sound inputs (eg iPhones, Bluetooth) so it was a waste

we enjoyed our stay at this property. It was great with several bedrooms. Perfect for what we needed! we hope to be back again next year!

We booked this for a guys trip and it was great. The photos are exactly as it is. Note, that you have to drive everywhere - no restaurants are within walking distance. We did eat at two of the Deer Valley restaurants, which were 10 minute drives, and both HIGHLY recommended - Fireside Dining and Cast & Cut. The only small note are the directions they leave for the ski in ski out. Both the garage and the front door are on the same side of the house. It says go out the front door but there’s no need. We left thru the garage everyday (as that’s where our skiis were!).

The driveway had not been cleared and as the house was down a hill, it was very difficult to drive on. When contacted, property manager told us to get a shovel. Unacceptable. Never were able to speak to a live person. We ended up paying 300 dollars to have someone clear it. Very disappointing.

The property wasn’t as clean as I think it should have been given the price point. The property was freezing. Despite the temperature being low, the house just didn’t warm up despite turning up the thermostats. Some of the bedrooms were frigid. There was nothing to start the fireplaces with, perhaps telling incoming tenants that they need to bring a type of fire starter with them would eliminate this frustration. The garbage from the last people was piled up in the garage. The hot tub stairs were nearly impossible to navigate due to a build up of ice. The location was as expected, as I’ve stayed in Aspen Hollow before. Overall, the home was fine and we had no others issues.

The location is fantastic and the size of the home is excellent for larger groups.

The home was comfortable for a larger family. Each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom
Which was nice. House was not super clean as there was hair in the bathroom drain, used yogurt cup and spoon on the fireplace hearth and paint rag on the entry way handrail. Parking in that area is very tight if you have more than a couple of small cars as the driveway won’t hold an extra car without being partially in the street. But neighborhood is quiet and pretty trees. So overall it was fine.

Beautiful house, great location, lots of room for a big family. My only complaints were the Wi-Fi (very slow) and the plugs were hit or miss whether they were functional! But would definitely stay again.

Aspen Retreat offers the best of both worlds—the tranquility and scenery of Deer Valley and quick access to Park City’s attractions. This spacious home is located only minutes from the multitude of cuisine and shopping offerings of Park City's Main Street area. However, it is perfectly removed from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist area, allowing plentiful wildlife (including mule deer) to roam the neighborhood and situated among several scenic hiking trails. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning and relaxed in the hot tub some evenings. With TWO master suites (with enormous bathrooms), the house is perfect for extended family or friends (or both). The stately study provides the perfect place to work remotely or finish the book you purchased for the flight to Salt Lake City. We had a wonderful experience and hope to return soon.

What a wonderful getaway!
My girlfriends and I visited in the lovely month of November, after the hustle and bustle of the summer festivities concluded and prior to the start of the busy ski season. This was the perfect getaway to relax in the mountains. Conveniently located a brief walking distance from Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Lodge and Stein Eriksen Lodge, we were able to enjoy benefits from both, while staying in a much more exclusive and reserved, larger accommodation. The house is complete with two large Master bedrooms (emphasis on large!) each on the top and bottom floors. I counted FIVE fireplaces throughout the home, which made for a very cozy ambiance. I even was able to complete a day of work in the private library - my virtual coworkers were in awe of my luxurious background! With only about a 10 minute drive down to Park City’s Main Street, we enjoyed eating out at the wonderful restaurants most nights, but took advantage of the upscale kitchen for one night of eating-in. Would absolutely recommend this tucked away Aspen Retreat to anyone during any season! I hope to return soon.

This house has a great cabin feel.
Great cabin feel! The bedrooms with the en-suite bathrooms are a huge benefit for multiple couples! All bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious! The hot tub is a huge plus! The only 2 things that we had unexpected was the limited parking and very little condiments. We had a boat and the other couples had met us there so we had to leave a car somewhere and our boat and a truck at the lake. Just a heads up if that will be a concern for you. Also there was some salt and pepper and no other condiments and there is a coffee maker and Keurig machine but no pods or coffee. Other than that we had a great time and would stay here again!

Perfect Deer Valley couples getaway!
Plenty of space for gathering together to dine, play games, watch movies, etc. and great bedrooms with superb bathrooms! Hot tub on the deck was a bonus! Excellent location close to Deer Valley basin, and a short drive down to Park City and the Snow Park Amphitheater. Had all the amenities we needed to enjoy a couples mountain getaway!

Nice summer getaway
Thank you for a wonderful week with our family! The house was very clean and had plenty of bedrooms for our group. Of course the Deer Valley area is beautiful, and we enjoyed the cooler mountain air! Thank you for a great week!

Great Unit in a Nice Location
The unit feels large and easily holds a lot of people. It seems like there is another room or bedroom everywhere you turn - including a very nice office to work from. The kitchen is large and well-stocked, making it easy to eat and cook at home. Some parts of the place show some wear but it's nothing concerning. Very easy to ski out from the place - makes mornings a cinch. The funniest thing about the place are the number of light switches. There are dozens of switches all over the place and most don't seem to control anything - it's very odd. But overall a great place and I would definitely stay there again

Great location
Loved the layout and the decor. Great kitchen, lots of fireplaces. Only issue was there was no remote for garage and it took a few days you get one and not all of the jets on the hot tub worked.
