The location was brilliant, and the facilities of the studio were great.
Nothing

Nice, well equipped apartment
We were there during rainy season and I think the only guests don’t felt a bit eerily
9.0
The apartment is on a quiet street but very close to the main part of town. A 5 min walk to restaurants and cafes and the port. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are well maintained. Fans and aircon all worked and there are two balconies for a two bedroom apartment. Parking at rear was useful. The pool made for an excellent stay.
Nothing

Great location and only a short walk to Macrossan St, four mile beach and footy and soccer ovals (which my sons loved)! The kids enjoyed the heated pool.
Apartment was dated and in need of some TLC. Beds and pillows were not the most comfortable therefore we didn’t sleep all that well for 5 nights.
9.0
Very convinient quite location only a 5 minute walk to Macrossan St. Simple clean accomodation a reasonable value for money.
5.0
Great location, good size, nice balcony, good kitchen & laundry facilities.
Was very tired looking. In need of a refresh. The bedding was stained snd dirty when we arrived so we washed all in the washing machine Washing machine did not work properly and flooded the whole bathroom with dirty water. Overall tye apartment cleaning was not upto expectations. Considering the price, it is not value for money.
7.0
The best location (a quiet street just minutes away from the cafes, restaurants and wharf), undercover parking and nice pool. Tom from the Seascapes Holiday Team was friendly and helpful when we requested a minor repair and a bedside table lamp.
The 2nd bedroom faced the main stairwell and was right above the parking lot, so it got a bit noisy in the morning and late at night from time to time (depends on who else is staying in the building).
7.0
The apartment was clean & comfortable
Wifi didn’t work, the kitchen sink leaked & the out side bbq area/ toilet wasn’t clean.
10.0
great garden setting in ground floor studio
6.0
Great location and good size apartment
Cleanliness of the apartment could be improved (bed side lamps, bed headboard very dusty) the hot water taps were very smelly, the path leading up to our apartment was very overgrown. No staff or management presence onsite.

little bit dated

everything was fine except for the ongoing really loud noise made. parties until 4am in the morning with horns beeping as they left and a large fog barking and whining. cigarette butts and alcohol bottles strewn around pool area
no intervention when rules of smoking and excessive noise made

The Queenslander at Port Douglas was very spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. The salt water pool was so relaxing, and we made use of the BBQ :)
The apartment was clean, however, the ceiling fans in every room were very dusty, not good for allergies.
5.0
The location was close to everything which was why we chose it and the swimming pool was very good.
The studio was very dark as it faced west and the garden in front of it was very overgrown so there was no direct sunlight to the outside verandah. The vertical blind on the large front window was broken so the choice was fully open or fully closed and no privacy curtains. The studio was not adequately cleaned and the shower recess was not at all good. A cleaner did come and remove mould from the wall and disgusting pink spongy mould from the basin outlet a long with a very interesting brown rust that ran down the bathroom door frame once I reported these items.
The kitchen area had a very good length bench but with no power point so the kettle, toaster and leaking coffee machine all had to be plugged into a double power point in small space between sink and stove.
The kitchen cupboards had an interesting to unpleasant odour, they needed a proper wipe out and doors left open for airing.
The equiped kitchen was rather short on essentials and I visited Kmart for odd bits like a bread knife, vegetable peeler and other minor things including coat hangers as the wardrobe had a grand total of four!
There was a quite a good washing machine in the bathroom, or it would have been if it had been cleaned from time to time. The filters were disgusting and it stank when I first opened the lid.
The shower rose was rusted and so very difficult to adjust and the water pressure was very different for hot water versus cold water.
Luckily the weather was good and we did not need the TV as the only way to view it was by sitting on the bed.

There was no breakfast. The location was good.
Carrying cases up 31 stairs. A lift would be good.

8.0
Location was excellent
Stairwell lights and carport lights not working on the last 3 nights which made navigation to the room dangerous and unsafe, upon alerting the agent they were very quick to send someone to fix the problem but unfortunately it was ongoing, this entirely not their fault but a body corp issue
7.0
it was close to everything and self contained.
there was no air con in kids room. far to hot for them to sleep so we moved beds to lounge room. the blind in kids room did not cover up you could still see beds.
