The Space:

During the summer months, take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool located on the premises.
The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms, and there is an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. If you're traveling with little ones, we can provide a pack n play and high chair upon request.
There is NO central air in these units. There is a window air conditioner in the living room and bedroom only

Great neighborhood. Walkable and nice.
Unfortunately, many poor details to report.
First; you don't get the address until 1 hour before you check in. You THINK you have the address but they keep it a secret. I guess to keep you from shopping it around on other sites. It was non-refundable so I don't know why they bother. Point is: rough to not know where to go after driving all day. You have to go through an extra service to check-in. Fine, I suppose, but annoying.
Only 1 key in the lock box for a 2 BR apartment. They got me a 2nd key on the 2nd day (again through texting a 3rd party service, couldn't just ask the front-desk person).
The apartment itself was like a lot of cheap VRBOs. Blinds on the windows, but no drapes so you are getting up at first light, whether you want to or not.
It lists as having AC and it does have 2 small window units: in 1 BR and the living room, but not the 2nd BR. 78 degrees in the apartment when I arrived. Took 2 days to get down to 72 in the living room. The no-AC BR?
It also lists having parking. lol... IF you get there in mid-afternoon while everyone is at work you MIGHT get a spot. They let me know that street parking is available. Well great! They offer street parking, lol... Not really a service. I have to park 2 blocks away several nights.
The apartment looks okay, especially after you walk through the hallways which have carpeting older than me.
The pics are of the lobby. The apartment isn't as nice.

Do not be deceived by the nice pictures on this site!! They appear very nice However, these apartments look like very very old college dorms turned into apartments. Parking is horrible! As soon as you walk into the building all you can smell is marijuana!!!! The carpets have not been cleaned or changed probably since 1980. The carpets in the apartment itself are stained and gross. The beds were very uncomfortable and saggy. I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel for the amount of money I paid to stay here in a marijuana infested apartment complex.

As soon as you walk into the building all you can smell is marijuana!!!! The carpets have not been cleaned or changed probably since 1980. The carpets in the apartment itself are stained and gross. The beds were very uncomfortable and saggy. I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel for the amount of money I paid to stay here in a marijuana infested apartment complex.
