Unit was clean, kitchen and beds were good. Bathroom was small, but clean. TV only in bedroom. Air conditioning was only in Bedroom and we were comfortable sleeping. Tony the host was very nice once we met him. There was parking in front of the building.
The location was not hard to find. But not the best area as we heard roosters and dogs barking alot during the night. The small courtyard needed to be cleaned up. It would / could be a nice patio, but had alot of junk in it. It took a while to meet the host and get the information to the room as he was working and there wasn't a desk clerk. The host speaks spanish, but had an app to converse. He was a very nice man.

clean, comfy bed
The owner/care taker was a pervert. He kept telling me how good I looked and how I wouldn't be divorced if he was my man. just weird stuff like that, that made me feel uncomfortable. I will not stay there again

We liked the apartment, it had all the conveniences. We liked the helpfulness and the friendliness of the owner, Tony. It was quiet, a very welcome change from the first place we tried. We definitely got our money's worth-it was very reasonably priced. We had a separate apartment from the owner's others and we appreciated the privacy. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was strong and hot. All and all, it was a very pleasant stay for the budget minded.

The caretaker of the building was an amazing man ended up putting lights up for the baby if you are looking for a traditional real Puerto Rican culture right in the heart of everything this is the best place to stay very secure locks on outside cage and doors cameras meanwhile there's papaya right above you growing we had the greatest time

Nothing
The whole place! The outside and inside areas were really dirty and the house itself had bad weather and air. It was always hot inside the living room.
Problems we had:
- We had to come in thru an ally which is covered with construction junk.
- Extremely slow WiFi or no WiFi.
- The air conditioner made lot of noise and bad air smell.
- Lot of noise from the ongoing construction
- Rude owner
- Traditional bathroom with no light and exhaust fan
We reported the problems to the owner but his response was really rude.
JUST DO NOT GO HERE (period).

I had reservations somewhere else but I had just arrived a day early so I only stayed here one night. The location is very dangerous you have to enter through a dark alley, it was very scary. The owner doesn’t speak much English the location is very disturbing the property looks nothing like the advertisement. I wouldn’t recommend this property to no one.
The location. The false advertisement the looks of the property the staff etiquette I didn’t like the staff services.
