Enjoy beach life in this top floor beachfront two bedroom two bath condo with strong ocean views from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. It is conveniently located right next to the elevator. Enjoy your coffee watching beautiful sunrises from the balcony overlooking the pool & ocean. The Living Room has a 50" HD TV with a sectional couch with multiple recliners. You will love the master bedroom with a king memory foam mattress, 40" HD TV and en suite master bath. Guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals from home. Keep the full size refrigerator stocked with your favorite drinks from the nearby stores. Use the full size stove and microwave to cook and the dishwasher to clean up after. There is even a crock-pot you can use to have your meal cooking all day while you enjoy the beach and attractions. If you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants close by. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and the master bathroom has a bathtub/shower. You will find beach chairs a 10’x10’ canopy and an umbrella in the guest bedroom closet for your beach use. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. We have high speed Internet with a convenient desk in the master bedroom. Enjoy on-site tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts and shuffleboard while barbequing on one of the nearby grills in this secure gated complex. This condo is located 5 miles south of historic St Augustine, also known as the Ancient City. Located on Anastasia Island we are 1/2 hour from the Daytona speedway, and 1 1/2 hours from Orlando.

Lits to do as a family or just as a couple. Condo was licated right on the beach which was convenient. Condo was super clean as was the pool area. We would definitely go again.

This property exceeded our expectations in so many areas! The location was perfect and the balcony had beautiful views with great seating to enjoy evening coffee while listening to the ocean waves.The condo was very well kept, spacious, modern and CLEAN! When you stay at the beach it is almost impossible to keep a condo perfectly clean, but this condo looked spotless. We did not have to do anything but get unpacked and ready to enjoy! The master bedroom was very spacious and there was large closet spaces and room for everything. The beds were comfortable and we all slept very good and that is hard to do away from home. The owner left great directions for everything and also had great communication checking on us shortly after check in to make sure everything was ok. The property has a beautifully decorated complex and pool area . It is gated and safe and was very family friendly. The owner provided big fluffy towels (lots of them), beach gear, and a well stocked kitchen. We were so at home immediately. This was our first trip to St. Augustine and we were so excited to enjoy the beach and take in the history of this beautiful place. I recommend taking the Old Town Trolley Tour and the Ghost and Gravestones tour! My family loved them and had such a fun time checking out so many historical sites and museums. I highly recommend eating at St. Augustine Fish Camp! They had the best deviled crab I have ever eaten! This was by far the best vacation! Thank you for a great week!

The condo in itself was ok. The place was pretty clean. There are something’s that should be noted. The front door lock needs to be replaced. It didn’t feel very secure and the lock was odd and felt loose. A The sliding glass door has a wooden stick used to lock the door. Not sure why it was necessary when you’re on the 3rd floor. The water pressure was definitely light and takes a bit to make sure you get all the sand off. I would of liked to see some instructions on using the washing machine and dryer as just an FYI for some who don’t have that type of appliance. Otherwise the condo was clean, and lots of space. The beach isn’t too far, but should be noted that if you are taking a lot of stuff to the beach for the day, the dunes are a hassle which makes carrying a lot a problem and the only other option is to go out the gate and walk down the road. The pool is nice and clean and the views are pretty!

I can’t say enough good things about this property and I wish our stay was longer. Easy walk to the beautiful beach, refreshing pool, comfortable beds and newly updated decor. We enjoyed the beach chairs, toys and umbrella provided. Several excellent restaurants within a short drive. We enjoyed bring close but not too close to the business of downtown St Augustine.

The location is excellent. The property is well maintained and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. The condo is clean, decorated nicely and has all the conveniences you may need. The outside balcony has great views. We are looking forward to staying here again; it was an amazing week!

Wife and I had a great stay in St Augustine , unit is up to date , decorated nicely , clean and equipped with everything one needs to enjoy the stay and the whole St Augustine Area. Watching the sunrise and the waves on the beach is a special experience from the bar height chairs on the units outside balcony.

Location could hardly be better. If you miss the turn, you are at the beach! Condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. Ron was very easy to deal with and was great at proactively communicating. I'd stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay - the condo was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the porch looking out at the ocean. It was nice to listen to the waves when going to sleep as well. Great location close to everything. Owners are very nice.

We came back for a second stay in the same unit as our first trip was so wonderful. Once again, the location is spectacular, the grounds well kept, the unit is spotless and well apportioned, and the view from the balcony is terrific. Great pool, great beach access and great location. An excellent way to experience St. Augustine Beach.

My family had a great stay! The unit is well appointed, the large couch and TV were a plus and being on 4th floor it had a great view! The washer and dryer in-unit is a great amenity. Above all the owner was very responsive and assured everything about our stay was top notch! Would recommend to anyone.

The first thing I noticed when I opened up the door was how clean the condo was. The second thing I noticed was the kitchen. The appliances especially the washer and dryer were awesome, and the granite countertop was beautiful. I loved the wrap around sectional and big screen TV. We had a fantastic time in the condo and would rent it again next year, but unfortunately it has already been rented! I can see why!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was our second time vacationing at this VRBO. We will be back! The convenience of both pool and beach front was perfect. The location is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The condo is very tastefully decorated, clean, and all kitchen dinnerware and cookware you need to dine in, and, relax.

Very happy with this condo located on the Top floor(4th floor) of this relatively small condo complex with a balcony overlooking the pool including a view of the beach! The condo had a great layout and had everything we needed and wanted. The beach was right outside the door. The beach sand was perfect soft white sand on the high end and packed, smooth hard sand great for walking or bicycle riding nearer the waters edge. Plenty of Shopping near by with 2 grocery stores and several restaurants. Viola’s has great wood fired pizza! Our host Ron was great to work with and was available by text any time we had a question. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

We stayed for the month of March. This was just a pleasant, relaxing, convenient, and reasonably priced vacation condo on the beach. We would love to go back year after year if the property were available. Everything we might have needed was supplied, even the boogie boards! The place is exactly as advertised, and we have been big fans of the St. Augusting area for years before finding this gem. A big thank you to Ron and Kim for renting to us.

Perfect one month stay! Property provided beach access, a pool, beautiful spacious 2 bedroom condo with anything you would need, nicely located between downtown St. Augustine and beaches south. Office and maintenance personnel were helpful as needed and the owner communicated checking in and during the stay but was never bothersome. This was a test run for us to travel from Canada each year and my husband and I would jump at an opportunity to return! Thanks Ron and Jennifer!

The condo was spacious and had everything you need to be on vacation at the beach and the pool! We didn’t need to to bring anything outside of ourselves and our clothes! The hosts have everything there for you to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay and encourage others to book with the hosts. They made everything super easy!

We absolutely enjoyed every bit of our stay. Kitchen is large and spacious. Living room sectional was very large and comfortable. And the bedding was the most comfortable I have ever experienced staying in a condo. I slept like a baby every night. 10/10 recommend.

We had a Girls trip, everything was just as described. Excellent layout for condo and for the entire complex. Loved the it had a pool and ocean with easy access. Kitchen looked fully stocked(we ate out every meal) Washer & dryer in unit was a plus. Definitely visit the Seafood Kitchen located right down the road, Best local find. Great food excellent service. We would definitely come back.. thank you for sharing your place.

First off before anything, the view it's much better in person than the pictures. The ocean is much closer than it looks in thaw pictures. Perfect location, perfect view. My wife's mother has trouble walking so for her to watch her grandchild in the pool from the balcony meant a lot as well. Very family friendly and super easy beach access and parking on the beach if you choose to as well. Oasis restaurant is at the end of the road. Plenty of fishing boats out at night, and some great shells on the beach too. No shortage of those. It was truly a vacation my family will never forget. We will be back, 100%!
