Nice apartment with a great view and everything you need to be comfortable

The apartment was very big, top floor with a great view and ventilation. Marcello was very helpful with everything and local restaurant advice. A very nice apartment.

Excellent! Can’t wait to go back!

the pictures don’t do justice! so much better in real life. The flat is huge, the view is absolutely incredible, it’s very well equipped (literally you could cook a banquet for 10 people lol) comfortable mattresses, shower, air con. can’t fault it! also great security system and helpful and kind host.

great place, amazing location. Marcello was super friendly, even after our flight delayed 2.5 hours. he picked us up at the airport past midnight. So, generous.

A wonderful apartment and host - book it now!

This apartment is wonderful and has so much character! I booked it for the sea views, but there was so much more to it. It's incredibly well equipped and really feels like a home from home. On top of that, Marcello is such a kind and lovely host. I booked the apartment same day after arriving on the night ferry from Rome, and he let me check in really early. He also came to my rescue and saved me when I had challenges with transport - thank you, Marcello! 🙏🏽

Our stay at Bellavista was really great. The host - Marcello - was beyond nice, he even drove us to the restaurant on our first day :) He was also really helpful when it came to improving our Italian:) the view from the balcony was remarkable!

Very nice apartment in Olbia

Marcello is a super friendly and helpful host, the apartment is very good located, in a quiet surrounding with all kind of shop's and restaurants close by. Also very close to the airport, 15min walk. It have also a beautiful view over the sea and the city of Olbia.

Fantastic!

All devices are better and the landlord is so nice.when we arrived here, we nearly lost and he downstairs to pick us up and told us some delicious restaurant. He told us how to use the equipment.the room is so clean and the view is very beautiful. if you want to stay here in olbia, I will recommend the hotel!

Amazing apartment and amazing host.

Amazing host, amazing clean apartment and stunning views. What more could you ask for? Our flight was cancelled and when we arrived the following day Marcello offered to pick us up from the airport as out car hire had been cancelled. He was friendly, knowledgeable and the perfect host. The view from the apartment was stunning and it was so clean and spacious. It was everything we could have wished for.

Cozy, super cool vacation flat

A tastefully-decorated, homey cozy place with plenty of space indoor and outdoor. Variety of plants in the balcony, nice decorations were something that we enjoyed much.

Nothing we did not like but hard tiled floor with a step, dining chair that our 4 yo couldn’t use because he fell twice was not ideal for us. But that is just our issue.

The host Marcello is very kind. We arrived late, and he picked us up from the airport. He even brought us to a nearby supermarket. The apartment is very clean and cosy with nice view. Strongly recommended!

Couple, 2 nights stay - October

What a great view! Very comfortable & very clean apartment. Wifi decent, though at times spotty. Washing machine with detergent available to use. A few restaurants nearby. 6min drive to the airport, very convenient for an early morning flight.

No elevator, 4 flights of stairs.

The location is nice and close to the city. The flat is very cool and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a good time and would stay there again!

Was alright!

The house is spacious, we were in 3 and it was alright! Marcello was great, very friendly and even picked us up at the airport. The pizzeria around the corner is quite decent. This was a pretty ok choice for one night in Olbia. You do need a car if you are visiting the island since the public transportation is not really good and taxis are expensive.

The bed is a bit too hard and not very comfortable and there is only one bathroom/ toilet which is inside the other bedroom so not very handy to enter our friends room every time we need to go to the toilet, but ok!

Splendid view, comfortable and having the “at home” feeling

The view is spectacular. The apartment has everything required to make one feel like home. Marcello was always available and provided some insights about Sardinia. Plenty of space both indoor and outdoor, with charming decoration. Good location, free parking, air conditioning and good wifi are just a few of the highlights.

A view to a kill in Olbia

Marcello went the extra mile and made our stay in Olbia awesome and unforgettable. The apartament is great, kitchen is well equipped, view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and if that weren't enough, Marcello drove us from the airport and gave us a nice surprise parting gift. Definitely recommend and will come back if ever visiting Sardinia again!
