Ein erholsamer Urlaub mit tollem Strand!

Sehr große Campinganlage mit verschiedenen Unterkünften. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass es auch verschiedene Anbieter gibt die Ihre Unterkünfte im BiVillage vermieten. So meldet man sich bei Ankunft an der Rezeption des BiVillage, bekommt ein Armband für den Zutritt zur Anlage und der Zimmerschlüssel bzw. Abwicklung der Reservierung macht der jeweilige Anbieter auf dem Campingplatz. Diese sitzen in kleinen Holzhütten nahe des Eingangs zum BiVillage. Ansprechpartner sind aber tagsüber immer da und auch eine telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist gesichert. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und wenn man eine Unterkunft etwas abseits erhält, läuft man schon mal 5-10min zum Strand. Länger aber auf keinen Fall. Es gibt 3 Pools, alle sehr sauber. Im Kinderpool gab es defekte Wasserkanonen, die auch bei unserem 10tägigen Aufenthalt nicht repariert wurden. Schade! Aber sonst ist der Kinderpool ein kleines Vergnügen für die Kids. Die Abendanimation für Kinder ist sehr schön gestaltet. Ausflüge kann man direkt auf dem Platz buchen. Der Strand ist super, allerdings Kieselsteine aber das weiss man ja. Also Badeschuhe einpacken oder Vor Ort kaufen. Im Allgemeinen wird sehr viel geboten, Fitness, Kletterpark, Trampolin, Kinderbetreuung, Hüpfburg, Shops, Restaurants etc... Handtuchwechsel ist aller 4 Tage, Bettlakenwechsel aller 5 Tage. Service der gefällt.

Check-In war leider erst ab 16Uhr möglich. Ist aber auch so angegeben. Wer eher anreist, kann die Anlage bereits nutzen und auch an den Strand gehen. Unser Mobile Home war nicht wirklich sauber. Grob sah alles schick aus, aber in der Dusche waren Ränder des Duschbades vom Vorgänger zu sehen und die Ablagefläschen in den Schlafzimmern waren voller Staub. Das sollte natürlich nicht sein, wenn man seine Wäsche einsortieren möchte :-(. Vielleicht wurde es auch nur vergessen, war ja Hochsaison?! Enttäuschend war der kleine Supermarkt auf dem Gelände. Grundnahrungsmittel waren alle vorhanden, aber völlig überteuert. Also lieber in den nahegelegenen Plodine (ca. 15min zu Fuß) oder auf andere Supermärkte ausweichen. Morgens kann man allerdings im Supermarkt auf dem Campingplatz Brötchen erwerben. Der Kinderspielplatz ist ok, aber man könnte ihn etwas mehr pflegen. Hier lagen kaputte Stühle und die Rutsche hatte keine Leiter mehr zum Aufsteigen. Die Mobile Homes stehen fast vorwiegend im Pinienwald, also hier was mitnehmen gegen Mücken. Die Biester sind überall.

1 hr queue at the reception , after 10 hrs driving... Shower cold/hot water could not be controlled, temperature waved.

Great family holiday with plenty to do

Very comfortable mobile home with all the facilities a family might need. Great campsite, aimed at families, with plenty to do!

The accommodation was very comfortable and provided everything we needed however the standard of cleanliness was a little disappointing. When it comes to the campsite itself, it offered great pools, restaurants and play parks but the addition attractions (eg high rope course, trampolines etc) were overpriced

A lot of activities for the children

Internet connection was very low, you can barely get any. Only one trash bin in 500m. The beach and in the water only stones and rocks, the children couldn't swimm in there. A lot of activities for the kids but you need to pay extra for all of them.

Lots of pine trees and nice botanic arrangement, great pools, beach very clean, lots of animation for kids and very friendly staff not just in the camp but also in the restaurants by the beach.

There are garbage bins for glass and plastic bottles but not for biological waste and paper which are normally a standard nowadays.

It was horiblle

The pools were nice, there were various activities to do: amusement parks, sports courts.

We made a reservation for 4 adults and 1 kid, the kid had to sleep on a leather couch, which almost broke and was uncomfortable. The stairs to the house were crooked, we were tripping all the time, especially in the dark, because the terrace was poorly lighted. Our house's door was broken, when you want to go outside you need to put so much pressure on the door that it feels you might break it. The table wasn't stable, it wouldn't fit if we would unfold the sofa and we needed to put it outside. There was mold in the window frames and in the shower. Hot water was very unstable, so was the Wi-Fi. All the locks were cheap, it was hard to lock the doors. In the beach you still needed to pay for the beach chairs even though the beach was private - it was available only for camping visitors. The joint toilets were dirty and smelly. Overall the price doesn't match the quality and we are never coming back

Nice family stay

Fažana BiVillage is a big camping site with nice beach and a 10-minute walk to Fažana town (I recommend a visit to Brijuni). Campsite is well organised, located in the shade of pine trees (but little shade on the beach) and with lots of activities for families (beach, pools, trampolines etc.). Beach has small pebbles and nice entry.

When planning our next visit I would prefer to stay at Holiday Homes - apartments closer to sea and with no stairs to enter the apartment which is always nice when travelling with babies or small children.

If you are looking for holiday homes, don’t think book it…..

First of all two things to be noted…. Bi village is huge holiday campus and Adriatic Kampovi is agency who has few of many mobile homes…. Second I am reviewing Mobile homes here not four season or Radisson Blu…. It does it’s job excellently….. Good boarding….. good small kitchen….. parking and two bathrooms……Fabian our host was excellent person….. responded to all our issues promptly and in no time…. The property is well developed and at best possible location and haven for kids….. Pula is just 10 min in car….we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this agency and Bi village.

Clean house, awesome beach and stuff. The house is exactly as it is on the pictures. The 2 rooms were perferct for family! Distance to the Fazana.

The distance to the beach was 10 minutes by foot. Some of the things in the Bi Village was in bad shape (like: water gun next to the pool was destroyed)

I was very diassapointed.

We need to wait until 16.00 for check in. In our house floor was very dirty. Swimingpool was closed beetwen 13:00-15:00 is hard to understand that most of the people meet with something like that first time. If this Camping want to have guests they need to change many things.

Lovely stay in Fazana!

- lovely set in a beautiful pine trees forest as part of a huge and well organised vacation project. - friendly and supportive staff. - a huge range of options in terms of activities both inside the resort and on the beach, family-oriented. - comfortable accommodation, although a bit tight.

Very far from the beach (around 1km). Waiting for entering into resort around 2 hours. There were like 1m between next mobile house. Swimming pools closed from 13h to 15h.

Location next to the sea and walking distance along the sea to restaurants in Fazana. Three swimming pools to choose from with varying depths and slides for the children.

Lots of activities (but you need to pay for them) at the camping for slightly older kids but no simple playground for younger kids to let off some steam. Terrible service and overpriced and mediocre food at the seaside restaurant on the campsite.

if unlucky, mobile home is far from beach. we ended up cancelling the stay

staff was very helpful, nice and always at our disposal. we are a family of 3 small children - mobile house was rather small, but we could fit in ok, two toilets are a plus. aircondition works fine, just the air circulation is not the best. camp was clean, and we were around quiter families, so no issues there, other parts of camp were rather noisy. market at the camp was ok, but we shopped at Plodine about 5 min by car away from camp, bigger supermarket. restaurants are nice, we liked the one at Pineta beach better, and the beach itself as well. however, both beaches are nice, with small pebbles and good acces to water (kids prefer shoes for water, it is comfortable that way). shadow from pines very rare, bring your own sunmbrella or tent.

kitchen is very very small, and not a lot of things are provided - we ended up buying almost all basic stuff - I guess experienced campers are used to this, but i expected at least a detergent or salt present, basic stuff. the biggest issue for us was the distance to the beach - 15 minutes with small kids, there and back was too much and we ended up cancelling after 4 days and changing for an apartments elsewhere (that was bigger and cheaper). there is no way to know beforehand which mobile house you get, and if we got the ones closer to the beach according to map - it would make half the time. btw, no washing machine or dishwasher, which is what I knew, just pointing out for first-time camp visitors.

Room was clean and comfortable, workers in camp were very nice, check in was easy and fast

Waste was not sorted in the entire area. I think thats important! And the slide in the pool was tearing the swimsuit.
