No dormimos nada!

El alojamiento muy amplio y limpio y buena ubicación

No pudimos dormir en toda la noche. El personal del local podría estar mucho más atento con respecto al ruido. Llegamos de un vuelo de 10 horas y no pudimos descansar por culpa del ruido de una discoteca y de una pelea/borrachera de otros huéspedes del local

Buena ubicación, y tiene potencial de poder ser un buen hotel

Hay mucho ruido, vibra la habitación, ya que hay una discoteca justo al lado, menos mal que no abrió todos los días. Limpian la habitación y cambian toallas por un precio adicional

Los fines de semana se escucha música hasta altas horas de la noche, pero eso no hace que sea imposible dormir.

I did not sleep due to the noise of the club next door, the cars, and the staff that were to be loud during the night.

The property was close by everything, the staff was nice how ever they were to loud during the night.

There was mold on the walls and in the air conditioning.

Ruido insoportable

El ruido en la habitación era insoportable. Entiendo que la discoteca no es culpa del hotel, pero tanto en la puerta a la terraza como en la pared hay huecos abiertos directamente a la calle, por donde entra muchísimo ruido que el hotel podría arreglar sin problema. Hasta las 4 de la mañana sin dormir y si a eso le sumas que la ducha está sucia, hay desperfectos por toda la habitación y que no te dan ninguna solución (ni cambiar de habitación, ni devolver el dinero ni hablar con un responsable…) la experiencia es realmente mala.

Lo peor de Medellín

Cerca del centro (como otros hoteles mucho mejores)

Todo el día olía a químico para uñas, las habitaciones no tienen control de sonidos por lo que se escuchan hasta las conversaciones de los otros huéspedes, se escucha todo el día y la noche el ruido de la calle por lo que no se puede descansar bien. El personal de la recepción no saben ni donde están parados ( preguntamos por una farmacia y nos dijeron que no sabrían decirnos porque no conocían muy bien…. finalmente salimos a caminar y habían 3 a los 100 metros). Hay que esté bajando a la recepción a solicitar insumos como papel higiénico, jabón, toallas limpias. Y el hotel no incluye la limpieza de habitaciones ni desayuno. Nuestra habitación incluía 1 cama matrimonial y 1 sofá cama, al final era una cama matrimonial muy pequeña y una silla… La cama con un colchón viejo y pandeado de tanto uso… No le recomendaría a nadie este hotel.

La relación precio con la ubicación es excelente, apartamento grande

El apartamento realmente no está condicionado para la cantidad de personas que van, el espacio es grande pero los implementos de cocina son pocos y te tienen un mini bar que cobran a precios altos

Más o menos nomas

La ubicación es excelente, su personal es amable y servicial.

Le falta mobiliario en las habitaciones y accesorios en el baño, es demasiado básico, no cuenta con armarios o sillas y en la ducha no cuenta con un lugar donde acomodar los artículos de baño. Por otra parte la discoteca de junto hace mucho ruido. Para finalizar las fotos no corresponden a las habitaciones en particular sino que son fotos generales de otras habitaciones que muestran otra realidad y no las de la pureza que uno alquila.

Never again!

Nice spacious apartment…

The amount of noise….traffic never stops also the disco buses. with check in they tell you no party’s in the apartment but that only is for foreigners, others can party al night long as also do the neighbors downstairs and Nextdoor….

Good value for the low cost.

The basic layout of the apartment is good if you’re looking for a two bedroom. The shower had hot water. It was cheap enough that we could do a side trip to Guatape and keep your apartment while we were gone.

The kitchen is minimal at best. And provided healing turn on stick and fairly functional. There was a little on the way basic kitchen necessities like a cutting board. The last day something was sprayed in the building that drove us out. What was the most horrific smell I’ve ever encountered. The daily maid service advertising the site does not exist. We were there for a week and had one cleaning after we asked for it. It’s a very noisy street.

Pésima estancia y sin solucion

Las instalaciones limpias y cómodas

El ruido . hacen fiesta en el edificio sin importar el resto de los huéspedes. Y luego a las 22 horas pretender que una familia con 2 niños buscará otro hotel por que el ruido no lo podían parar.

Excelente para familia

Esta céntrico del poblado. Está cerca de la vida nocturna pero no se escucha ruido durante la noche. Me gustó mucho!

Agendamos la limpieza para las 10am y fueron a las 9am. Hicieron muchísimo ruido solo limpiando el área de estar y el baño. Mi madre tuvo que decirles que había personas durmiendo aún para que dejaran de hacer todo ese ruido.

No volvería a hospedarme allí

La ubicación es buena, hay varias cosas cerca.

Hay un bar al lado del hotel con música muy fuerte, suena toda la noche y no deja dormir bien. El apartamento en donde me hospedé era bastante oscuro y no hacen aseo sino una vez durante todo el hospedaje.

Medellin sans dormir...

Emplacement idéal et le quartier est vivant avec beaucoup de restaurants et bars pour prendre un verre. La quartier est Vert même si il y a beaucoup de circulation

Le bruit dans l'hôtel. Pas d'insonorisation et des voisins de chambre extrêmement bruyant jusqu'à 5h du matin. Obligé de descendre à la réception pour demander du calme. Personne de la réception n'ira voir ceux qui font du bruit sauf si vous y allez vous même avec eux. 3 nuits et 3 nuits sans dormir correctement dont une nuit sans dormir dû tout.

Medellin sans dormir

L'emplacement est idéal pour les restaurants et prendre un verre. Le quartier est sympa même si la circulation est dense comme partout a Medellin.

Le bruit, le bruit et le bruit. Nous n'avons pas dormi correctement pendant 3 jours. L'insonorisation des chambres est inexistant et nous avons eu des voisins totalement irrespectueux et j'ai été obligé de me lever à 5h30 du matin pour demander à la réception de faire quelque chose. Ce qui est navrant c'est que la réception ne faisait rien si je n'étais pas venu me plaindre.

It was nothing short of a dreadful experience. The apartment, upon our arrival, was very dirty, and at night, I was awakened by a cockroach crawling on my arm. The sofa bed was broken. The apartment was extremely noisy due to a nightclub next to the building. In the stairwell, there was a strong smell of nail polish remover from a neighboring nail care shop. The windows were not soundproof. The photos on the website may look nice, but don't be deceived... they are just photos... look for something quieter.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Extremely noisy ( it has a club right next to it). It feels as if the DJ is playing in the apartment.

Good location and the room had the basic things.

The tiles of the shower are very slippery. There was no other mirror available, only in the bathroom. The noise on weekends and wednesday nights. They should invest to install isolated windows to block the noise.

Excellent Location, Friendly staff, Great stay.

Stayed with a friend for 5 nights. Excellent location, close to everything. Lovely helpful staff 24 hours and felt pretty safe. Felt pretty safe walking back late at night with some basic street awareness. Our apt was on the top floor, so was not that loud from the underground club compared to lower units. Weekday nights are pretty quiet at night. We could sleep properly. Rooms were clean and equipped with some useful kitchen stuff to use. Guest friendly.

The living area in our 2 bedroom unit did not had an AC due to which it can get little warm during the day, but we kept the bedroom doors open to make entire apt cooler. No elevator, so had to take the stairs with all the luggage, but it was okay for us since we are physically very active. Some noise from the street on weekend nights - but not a major issue on top floor units.

A nightmare, A massive party two meters from our room making it imposible to sleep, racist hotel staff, a theft in our room. For this price, look for something nicer.

Good Value. Good Stay

the entire front desk team & the house keeping staff were very friendly & super helpful. The kitchenette, AC, Hot Water, Wifi & the beds were great. The outdoor patio was huge but I didn't use much because of the rain. The proximity to everything was also good. The fresh smell of clean laundry in the lobby every morning..

There was no place to hang up clothes.. Other rooms had racks. The futon couch wasn't in the living room like the picture. There was no safe. Other reviews mentioned the nail salon that's embedded into the hotel. I only smelled the acrylic while in the hallway as my room was a level up & away with a huge window and a door for outside ventilation. So not a problem for me. Also mentioned here was the club next door. It was not open every night. I slept through the nice house music on the comfy bed. Again no problem for me. The plants on the patio need some attention.. There should be a little hotel sign out front. Sone very minor issues that never impacted my stay and can be easily adjusted. I'd stay here again.
