Love the location! For a concert its a really perfect place to stay just for the walking convenience to the venue. Very clean and had plenty of space for 2 people. I always worry about accessing properties like this, but it was probably the easiest I've ever used. I will absolutely stay here again.

I want to say this would easily be 5 stars if they invested into the unit. There's a path to the concerts that is literally the coolest thing! I've never been able to take a quick 5 minute walk to get back before. The bad: it's outdated, oddly decorated, the toilet has issues, a Murphy bed (which was definitely not hotel quality), small TV, slow wifi, etc. My husband complained the minute we walked in saying this better have been cheap. When we left, I asked would you stay again? Oh yes, absolutely, a couple nights for a concert & local sights, but nothing you'd want to make a destination.

We were very pleased with our stay. It was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities. Perfect spot if your planning on attending a Concert. The view is very nice!

My friend and I stayed 3 nights to attend the Chris Stapleton shows. So convenient and liked sitting out on the balcony, sipping coffee in the am and enjoying a view of the lake and mountains. The unit was very clean and met our needs perfectly!

The place was very clean and a short walk to the lake where they provided beach chairs and picnic tables. The place itself is a little outdated but we weren’t in there much anyways.

Very convenient location.

We stayed over memorial weekend and it was dead, basically had a private beach! We spent little to no time at the apartment outside of breakfast, coffee and sleeping, and it was exactly what we needed. Couldn’t beat the price for a clear shot of the lake. They just started construction across the street the day we left (5/29), so that will probably be loud for a few weeks.

Girls on the front desk were wonderful!

The condo is extremely out of date with broken appliances and a non working TV that the pixels are broken. Dishwasher is also broken.
They should extremely discount this room or be honest of what you are getting

Apt was clean, but had issues. Towels were either dirty or stained. Had issues with the tv and it took a day for someone to get back to us. Was not what we consider lake view, was across the street from the lake.Very few electrical outlets and no bed side tables. My wife has sleep apnea and was unable to use her CPAC machine. Also no bathroom counter and underneath sink area was not clean to store anything.

We’ve stayed at musty harbor for the last 13 years first time going through vacasa went smooth room in need of a couple of small repairs. Toilet got stuck a few times and 1 light in living room not working. Room was clean and plenty of supplies were there. We had a great stay.

Great location if attending a concert. Nice condo, beautiful view of the lake. Could use some updating, but that wouldn’t stop me from coming back.

Lovely view right from our deck. Nice clean beach. Don’t even need to bring chairs. Room was as clean as can be. Would definitely stay again.

This condo is perfect for a night if you're going to concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion. The condo is definitely outdated and could use some TLC but it works for a night or 2. The facilities at Misty Harbor, specifically the pool areas, aren't in the best shape. We were disappointed that the indoor facilities that were advertised in the listing were closed due to major structural issues and the the building being condemned. The upside is the Lake is across the street and the beach is gorgeous, so you cant go wrong there!

Location is perfect if you are attending a show at the Bank of NH Pavilion. Unit could use some updating. Little bit of a smell upon entering. Was ok for the weekend.

Nice view
Condo is close to restaurants, shops, lake and hiking trails. Nice view of the lake. Clean, well-equipped, bed and couch are pretty comfortable. But the shower runs out of hot water VERY quickly! The second person showers half cold. And very limited light in kitchen.

Small rental space, across road from beach.
It was significantly smaller than presented online. We had to close the Murphy Bed and the fold out couch in order to have room to walk around. No dining table - kitchen island was very small. Only 3 chairs provided for group of 4 -- meals were difficult.

Great location especially if you are going to a concert at Back of NH Pavillion.
The property is a less than 5 minute walk to the concert venue. Quiet location and an easy 10 minute drive to Weirs Beach. Kitchen has all you need to enjoy a meal at home. I take long showers so hot water ran out but I didn't stay in as long next time. Love the view of Lake Winnipesaukee from the balcony. The decorations, curtains and couch could use some updating (some out if the 1980's) but that doesn't change the 5 start review. Vacasa was very helpful!

Everything one would need for a relaxing stay
Very clean, with nice view of the lake. All the glasses, plates, pots, pans and silverware needed to make a nice dinner. The oven was tricky, but we eventually got it to work. Friendly seamless check-in with friendly person who simply handed me a parking pass and answered some questions. Lock-box check-in was great.

Terrible…never again!
Old and depreciating furnishings, balcony railing wobbly, no Batman on tile floor in bathroom, basic housewares missing or very poor quality. For the price I expected much better…will NEVER repeat this experience!

Lake Getaway
The condo was immaculate. We had a nice view of Lake Winnipesaukee, and a private beach. Very convenient!

The condo is in a great location. The beach is perfect for the kids. Although it was very clean. The condo itself could use an upgrade. In spite of that we would probably rent this condo again.

Great location
We loved the location of this property. The place was comfortable and just what we needed for our week vacation. Both pools and the hot tub and the beach across the street were awesome. the front porch was really relaxing looking at the lake. Meet the neighbor who was amazing. Very nice place. We would definitely rent there again.

Pros:Great location (beaches, the pavilion, stores and amenities all within a 5-min drive)Clean and well-lit for the most part (kitchen stove the only exception)Quiet (off peak stay ... mid-April)Cons:Kitchen sink plumbing sounds like someone is hitting the pipes with a hammerBarely enough hot water for two people to take a shower in the morning Minimal lighting directly over the stove made for sub-optimal conditions for cooking in the evening hoursWe didn’t use the pools or sauna so I cannot leave an accurate review for those.Overall, I would recommend as long as you’re not expecting a red carpet upon arrival or room service once you’re settled in.

Give the right information
It was horrible the furniture looked like you got it from a salvation army dump. The electric plugs weren't even useable as our cell phone chargers just fell out of them. There was very little hot water to use for showers. Your customer relations group sent me the wrong address to the place. (You sent me 116 weirs rd when it should have been 117 weirs rd

Great location, clean, but could use some TLC
Clean condo, great location, beautiful view of the lake. Close to hiking, shopping and many fun things to do. The queen bed was comfy, but the pull out couch/bed sagged so bad that my son was unable to sleep on it and opted for the floor instead. Also, we were only able to take one 10 minute shower before the hot water ran out. The kitchen was clean and stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, dish towel, dish detergent and dishwasher detergent, but if you plan on cooking, I would recommend bringing everything else, including salt and pepper. Overall, a decent stay, but the place could use a little TLC.

Cute little spot
Nice spot, perfect for just two people. You can walk across the street to the beach and a public boat launch. Great place to stay.

Did the job!
Had a nice view! That why I chose it. Very close to a busy road, very noisy...had to run the AC at night to drown it out...no headboard on non working Murphy bed..pillow fell behind...really dirty rug back there..rest of the condo had a nice clean newer carpet....toilet seat was tight but crooked...pretty funny...stove burners were touchy and had trouble getting all of them to work, dishwasher worked but kept turning back on after finished. We enjoyed the area and for the price we paid was satisfactory, not a busy time of year, very few neighbors. It was quiet.
We enjoyed our stay.
