GREAT VALUE FOR LOCATION, Friendly staff

I loved the location!! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was quiet and still close to a lot of bars and restaurants. We didn’t spend too much time in the room and only needed it for sleeping. Great value for location!

It could have been cleaner and newer but honestly it was what I expected for the price.

Not worth the $

The only good thing about this property was location and staff.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. I had booked the Deluxe Room instead of the Standard Room because it was much bigger and it looked nicer, when I arrived a much smaller room was given to me, it did not look nothing like I had chosen on bookings.com, my wife started taking a look around and confirmed with me that’s not what we booked, she also swiped her fingers across the countertop and it was dustyyy, so I decided to go to the lobby and request the room we actually booked, staff tried to tell me there’s no description on the room we booked was but it clearly states on the booking Deluxe Room and NOT Standard Room, he was kind enough to put us in the right room and lead us there, when we got there everything looked nice and looked like that room we had booked, countertops weren’t dirty in this room, but there were a lot of places I did not expect to be dirty, to begin with, there was a huge spider web in the kitchen right where we eat, the TOILET appeared to be clean, but when we wiped the toilet seat, the toilet paper was black!!! And that wasn’t the only thing dirty, we had to use shoes inside the room or our feet would be BLACK from just walking around inside the room! There was also a big a** roach in the corner of the closet! I don’t know why they charge Cleaning Fee’s if the room IS OBVIOUSLY NOT CLEAN! This has got to be the BIGGEST SCAM! The apartment was in very poor condition.

The location was convenient to the ocean and other activities that we were perusing.

The room was in very poor condition. There were holes in the ceiling, stains on the sofa bed, a broken cooktop, a curtain rod hanging askew, the curtains did not cover the windows, no soap in the bathroom, etc...

Loved location the rooms lack more accommodations.

Location close to the beach.

Room didn’t come with enough towels or sheets for five of us asked for more towels never got them. Also the AC worked when it wanted too and leaked water in the bathrooms roof. Bathroom curtains were stains looked dirty. Also no hand soap or shampoo nothing.

The entire room was dirty. There was hair on every bed. We had one towel one rag in the bathroom. The shower curtain has stains on it. Has mold on the bottom of it like it hasn’t been clean since they got the room our tv have one remote control for both TVs the table was I guess broken because it was pretty much on the floor lamp was on the floor. The chairs were torn up. Ceiling leak fridge raider get cold air in the room was ice cold that’s a plus.

The staff are truly amazing. Both richard and Luis were very kind and generous. It’s a Credit to the establishment. The people are like that.

the location was nice that’s about it!

there was a roach crawling I killed as soon as I arrived. the sofa looked like it had dried snot on it. the air conditioner came on sporadically. when I checked it was done remotely, I thought it was a scam and I was going to leave. this is my worse hotel experience, there was no toilet paper and I couldn’t get towels or linens and when I searched for someone in the morning I got everything I needed then the next morning I asked for sheets she expected me to make the bed. I’m m sorry I’m all over the place but the point is do not stay here! I give honest reviews and please don’t waist your money!

Location here is absolutely perfect. Literally 1 block away from the beach and wonderful restaurants. Staff is super friendly and helpful (Especially Richard!) Bed was so comfortable I could've slept all day

This isn't my first time staying here and it def won't be the last. Only thing I'll say is because it's not a hotel but moreso all separate units you never know what space you're gonna get. The decor, the setup etc may not be like the picture on the booking. But the staff is very accommodating. The units and hallways have areas that could use some tlc but overall would def stay again

good location and in the quieter part of south beach, which was really good at night because other hotels in the busy areas have really loud music all night, so this was perfect at night.

we didn’t have room service check on the room at all during our stay, so we had to ask for towels daily.

Location was about the only thing good.

The list may be bit long- no signage to tell you where to go, no one there for entry, dark and dingy hallways, damaged equipment in the room, no toilet paper (so we had to hunt down a maid for help), no towels but the shower had broken floor tiles so we decided to wait until we flew home (it was a 1 night stay, otherwise we would have moved to a different hotel), stains on the sheets, couch, chair and ottoman, broken window (so we could hear everything all night long).
