The manager and his wife were very nice people.
Even if we had any trouble, they responded immediately and it was a good trip thanks to them.
There was a kitchen and a washing machine, so it was a very useful stay.
Thank you very much.
The building is a little old, but it doesn't bother me.

Everything about my stay here was wonderful. From the very beginning communication all through the end. Jack is incredibly kind and helpful. When the internet had an odd hiccup, he had it fixed the same day, which was huge for me as I work remote and rely on the internet to be consistent. Which it was the rest of the time I was there. He made sure I had backups as well.
The place was super quiet, even during the day, which is when I was sleeping due to my work schedule. It's close enough to downtown you can be away from the noise and crowd while close enough to still do all the things.
The bed was comfy, the place clean enough (its an island... it has island bugs you cant do anything about), the kitchen had all the essentials, and the AC units kept the place so cold I had them set to 78.
The price was very reasonable, and I would absolutely stay there again.
Not even a complaint, just a suggestion. The gap under the front door let a lot of bugs, critters, and dirt in. Easily fixed by shoving a towel in front of it, but might be worth a new door seal.

Everything about the unit was nice and clean - just makes you feel comfortable and at home for some place temporary.
During this time Guam was just going through recovery from the storm and because I have kids, I needed all utilities and wifi, but not all were available. Water was extremely slow and power was fluctuating, internet services were not yet attended to by outsourcing company. Overall, it was just a place to be thankful to have if you needed that comfort in that time.

We were very happy to stay here for 4 nights and enjoyed cooking everyday with good kitchen tools and local fresh veges! Easy access to beach in South.
Impressed how well managed by Jack and Dina who were willing to support and made sure their guests to have the best stay. We appreciate their hospitality :)

Jack was helpful when needed.
We were not able to stay at our reserved location the first day. The location that we stayed at had a very bad, sour, putrid smell. It gave my wife a headache. Additionally, the shower did not work properly. Starting on day #2 we stayed at Casa de Pedro unit #1. As per my booking.com confirmation paper, there were many discrepancies. Place was not as advertised!
• Free toiletries (Only 1 set) Per Jack only 1 set is provided.
• Balcony/Terrace (Not accessible. It is closed off)
• Washing Machine/Dryer (Not in unit. Reading the Booking.com listing it sounds like the Washing Machine/Dryer are within the unit. They are outside, (Not in a lit area, shared by 7 other units and you have to pay for the Dryer)
• There was a large ant infestation in the kitchen. We did find a can of ant spray out back. Definitely this is a known problem.
• Every morning we were woken up by barking dogs or roosters. This really affected my children.
• Kitchenware was very limited.
• Shower had very little water pressure.

Comfortable with large spaces, two rooms and one bathroom. The clerk was very kind and helpful. He was responding for our needs swiftly. We surely recommend visit to this house for family travelers. With rental cars, it was easy to get to the tourist spots.

My trip to Guam totaled seven nights and eight days.
I made a reservation for 5 nights and 6 days at the Casa de Pedro accommodation and I made a reservation for the remaining 2 nights and 3 days at Lotte Hotel. Suddenly, on the day of the trip, she texted me at 9:30 a.m. to inform me that she would give me another room because I had another guest in my room. I couldn't even ask booking.com because my flight schedule was at 10 a.m., so I had to get on the plane and go to the changed accommodation, and I asked for a refund for one night, so I said I would rent 5 nights and 6 days for the rest of the schedule Even though Lotte Hotel is scheduled for the next schedule, I received money from other customers and received money from me, but I told them to stay one more day, but in this case, shouldn't I give a refund? The owner is not giving me a refund even though I had a bad schedule, slept in a bad accommodation for one night, and moved to the accommodation. This owner is a really bad lady. Travelers, look, I hope you don't mind my inconvenience and book a good accommodation in town

The apartment is clean with lots of space. There is plenty of parking for guest and visitors.
The fridgerator is old and lights do not work.

I liked having 2 bedrooms for my traveling companion and I. I liked the off-street parking. I liked having laundry facilities available. I liked that it was on a quiet side street, not a main highway.
We were surprised with the roosters crowing so early (3:30 am when the sun doesn't come up until 6:30). We had not seen that in any reviews. My friend was a little less impressed with the kitchen garbage can being dirty, something on the living room ceiling, and the side of the fridge didn't look real clean, and several lamps not working (no light bulbs). BTW - the kitchen light burned out right before we left. I thought the dumpster was in a poor spot. Thought it should be moved further back onto the grass so cars can back out easier. And $3.00 to dry clothes seemed a little high. (Would have preferred to be able to adjust the amount of time since we were doing small loads.) And, for short-term rentals I think paper and plastic supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.) should be supplied. We did appreciate being given a couple extra rolls of TP. I can understand that for longer term rentals (1+ month), that may not be warranted.

Everything! The beds were comfortable, there were kitchen utensils, pots, and pans for us to cook, the shower and rooms were clean, the a/c was cold, and Mr. Jack and Ms. Dina were very accommodating and kind!
The long couch was a bit worn out and sunk in a little too much, but other than that we enjoyed the unit!
