I was under the impression there was air conditioning in the unit, but there is not. It was only hot the first night and cooled off sufficiently after. There were three fans in the room which were appreciated. Considered sleeping on the sofa bed by the windows, but the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Would also recommend demo for the bathroom sink and tub as they are slow draining. The location was great and overall, we were happy with our stay.

The location is excellent. The room was exactly as shown in pictures; it was clean and basic. One side of the stove burner/elements (left side) didn't work, and I made dinner at the place, so it just took a little longer.

While the proximity to the slopes is good, this unit needs some work and the cleaning crew needs training.

Needs an air purifier and vent cleaning. A few years of dust on bathroom vent. Hard to breath at night. We all agreed on this. Also had some dirty pots and pans we had to clean out before using. Carpet was ok. Everything else was great. Hot tubs and grill was very nice and proximity to chairlifts was great. So was parking. Also theres 2 locks for the keys for 8592 so that was very confusing finding our keys

The couch was all torn up. Hope I don’t get blamed for it.

This was the perfect house close enough to the mountain but also far enough where it wasn’t loud or anything. Super clean and perfect size for our trip! Thanks so much Vacasa!

Can’t beat location. Great service by hosts. Condo outdated but was as expected. Needs upgrading but to use as a place to spend the evening without luxury it did the trick.

Wonderful stay, located beautifully.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable so I tried to use the pull out couch in which I found a pair of boys shorts inside as well as the bed itself falling apart. Very old, and honestly, gross. Needless to say I did not sleep on that either. Definitely needs updating! The cushions on the couch have major holes in it as well.

The pros - the place was nice / cute / cozy, very clean, spacious for 2 people, great location and great amenities.
The cons about the unit - fireplace doesn't work (we called and asked them to fix it and they said we
needed a key which we didn't have), the window shade in the bedroom is broken (stuck down - better
than being stuck up!), the bed/pillows are not very comfortable, and the furniture is dated.
The awful check-in process – we arrived at 415pm to check in and could not get the lock box to open with the code provided. We called the 1-800 number and they couldn’t verify the code to use and said they would send someone to help us ASAP (no time committed). We checked through the emails and texts again and found another code for the lockbox, we tried, and it worked to open the lockbox EXCEPT
the lockbox was empty – no keys! We called the 1-800 number again, no answer after 20 minutes. We
called the 1-800 number again and got connected with someone, we explained the situation and got disconnected mid-way through the call with no call back. We called a 4th time and got connected with someone who said this was the first document of the complaint. They said they would send someone ASAP but no time was committed. Finally, 2 hours and 45 minutes after our initial attempt we got into the building.
In addition to the issues getting into the building we also were not able to find the parking pass in the unit that was required to park in the garage (normally this is placed in plain sight with other key items). We called the 1-800 number and were told to look on the kitchen counter (obvious) and inside the ski
locker (not sure why it would be there but it wasn’t). It was 10pm when we called and they said there was nothing they could do about it at that time but they would come ASAP. They never followed up.

Convenience to the event we attended.

Check in was not as smooth as I’d like trying to locate where the garage was and that I would need a parking permit that I was aware of for a while. To have a coffee maker but no filters doesn’t make a lot of sense. If you have no filters, at least have a French press

I enjoyed my stay despite some hiccup. The location is pretty good, right in the middle of the village and a short walk to the Riverrun Gondola. The kitchen has a nice complement of dinner ware and cookware although the salt & pepper ran out. The room was very cozy but it can get cold sometimes and I was unable to turn on the fireplace for additional heat. Otherwise it was a great place to spend my week in Keystone and Summit County

I picked this place due to the proximity to the Keystone stores, restaurants, etc. The check in process was easier than expected, the place was clean and generally it's a nice place. The negative is that the bed is uncomfortable and the couch is really outdated. I'd stay there again but would recommend that the owners get this furniture updated.

The place was exactly like the pictures and as described. It was walking distance to the lifts which was great. Everything was very clean and would recommend staying there. Could use a couple of more wine glasses.

Winter stay
Everything was great, only draw back would be the limited cooking equipment. Just a few more pieces would have made it better.

RM 8395 was nearly perfect for us!
I enjoyed the stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and the place was clean. It's a tight fit for 4, I imagine, as with myself and two young children it was remarkably close to being too small. The unit is no smoking (we don't smoke) but we had whiffs of cigarette smoke often, even with the windows and doors closed. I'm not sure entirely what to make of that. The Vacasa staff was mediocre - the key pickup was strange in that it's an open "lock" box with the lock code stamped on the front. The keys didn't work at first, and there was considerable confusion as to who was responsible and in the end, it required calling the national 800 number, which was less than satisfying considering there is a local office (where the keys were picked up) roughly 1/4 mile from the property. I would make arrangements for next year at the same price if we were to return to Keystone.
