Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes Start mornings with breakfast on one of two private balconies looking out towards the gulf. We enjoyed our weekend getaway to the beach. I love how this property is RIGHT off the beach plus has a pool and 2 hot tubs). Parking is also near the beach so we could leave beach stuff in the car. We didn't have issues with parking and the location is less than 10 min away from WM/food restaurants/strand area. Shared toys from the owners were great so the kids could build a sand castle and I didn't have to travel home with a bag of sandy beach toys! A/C was great, beds were great, and, even though we were a large group, we were still able to play some games at a table when it rained. Enjoyed using the Keurig since we don't have one at home. My own wish is that there were additional places to hang wet towels/clothes for my large group :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect since it wasn’t crowded and only a short drive to the Seawall area. Also - the view of the beach was wonderful from our balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

The property and owner were wonderful. My son accidentally took the welcome book for the unit as a souvenir and didn’t realize it was not his and the owner was amazing about it. The unit was amazing and the location is perfect. Thanks for a great getaway from Colorado!

Cute little condo, had everything we needed and steps away from the beach! We appreciated the extra beach towels provided as we were a larger group. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were super comfortable. It was a crowded space for 6, more so in the main areas of the living room and kitchen, but we had a fun time, excellent beach view and the onsite pool and multiple hot tubs on this property are great (one was even 21 and up only). Only recommendation I’d say is adding some kind of towel hook option outside on the balcony wall side or something (we noticed some other condos has this) as we’re not allowed to hang towels on the railing, and there are only a couple chairs to sit in and not a lot of other spots to put something to dry (condos are not equipped with a washer/dryer in the unit). Thanks for a good stay, would return.

Unfortunately our family stay was cut short due to Beryl - and our resulting decision to leave Galveston before it hit. However, the 6 hours we spent at Jessica’s condo were so wonderful! It is beautifully decorated and homey, and has clear views of the ocean right outside. We were so grateful to get to soak in a bit of the beach, and had actually settled in to play a game that was provided when the Hurricane alerts were going off. Jessica was so gracious and understanding of our situation and we are going to try again in the spring to stay for a full visit! We were so sad to leave, but now can’t wait to return!

This was the second time we've stayed at this condo and it was just as nice as the first time (several years ago)! Love the layout, cleanliness, quick and easy access to the beach, and quick communication with the property manager Jessica. There was a great view of the beach and grilling/gazebo area. There is a locked supply closet in the building that is just for Jessica's condos so you don't have to pack chairs which was very nice when you're packing tons of stuff for 3 kids already. It's not a public beach and cars cannot drive on it so it wasn't too crowded at all. We did have very loud neighbors our 1st night, (blaring not so nice music while we were trying to sleep) but Jessica and the onsite security guard talked to them and solved our problem. We had a great time and really enjoyed this condo, we will definitely come again.

Needed a mental refresh and this getaway was exactly what was needed! The only stipulation was being on the beach and having balcony face the ocean. All the boxes were checked! Just a short walk and we were on the beach and could wake up and see and hear the ocean from both balconies. Very easy access to town, restaurants, etc. Great weekend retreat!

If you are looking for a great place that is close to the beach, this is where you should stay. Very convenient and close the the sea wall area as well as the Strand. Property is clean and has everything that you could possible need!

Cozy, clean and comfortable! Well suited for our family of 4, with sleeping space to spare. Kitchen essentials and starter bathroom supplies- including towels were appreciated. Since we traveled by plane, we were especially thankful for the beach towels, chairs and toys that were provided . Our family loved the heated pool and hot tub. The view of the beach and gulf was breathtaking. Close to Galveston activities but far enough for added privacy and quiet. We highly suggest this rental.

This property worked for us in that it is right on the beach, so no need to cross the highway. The pool is heated, which is a great thing in early spring. Our grandson stayed in the pool 7 hours on his second day there. Lots of families with kids. The condo is clean, and large enough for four of us but maybe a tight fit with more. I was housebound, and the furniture is all pretty hard, but it you are out and about, it's fine. There is a nice ocean view, so that's true to the photos and was important for us. If you are small, like me, bring your own deck chairs. High top tables and bar chairs are tough on shorter people. The property manager, Jessica, was very timely in her response to all my numerous questions. My husband and I haven't been on any kind of trip since 2020. We did this for our grandson and daughter, and it was a good choice for them.

The condo is as described. It was very clean and fresh and a short walk to the beach. Very nice pool and hot tubs on the property. Beautiful view of the sunrise each morning. Would definitely stay here again. Located close to a lot of restaurants. We stayed at this same location last year in another one of Jessica's properties, however, it was booked for the dates we needed this year. She is great to work with and was very flexible when we had to make a schedule change.

The property is spotlessly clean. There are nice touches like many towels, cute kitchen, appliances that all function, and clear instructions from the owner. It is right at the end of the seawall, so it doesn't take long to get into town. The pool is heated, and there are two spas--one for adults only. It is clear that the owner knows how to please guests.

This is a quaint corner unit with 2 balcony views. The home had nice furniture and the bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable as well. I will definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Jessica was prompt in responding and that was an added plus

The property was great, they did a really good job keeping the pool clean. The condo was a little small but comfortable and updated. The king mattress was not comfortable, needs to be replaced, and while both balconies had great views of the gulf, only 1 had chairs on it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Overall this place was a wonderful place to stay. The view is incredible and the location really can’t be beat. We really enjoyed the roominess and layout of the condo, especially it have to two showers. The kitchen was stocked well and it even had a crockpot which was very helpful. Our Con would be the cleanliness. There were no bugs and it was clean enough to feel comfortable sleeping, however the whole place could use a deep sanitation. The floors were icky, especially around the trim and between the stove and counters had lots of filth. Also didn’t appear that the top bedding was washed but maybe that’s a common thing? We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. Just would be nice if it had a good cleaning!

The property has been updated. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Furniture was dusty, kitchen counters were dirty, refrigerator smelled of fish, dishes in Cabinet were dirty, there were crumbs in silverware tray, baseboards were dirty and floors were not vacuumed. Property owner only supplied one trash bag. They need to disclose this so renters know to bring extra.

The owner of this property cares a lot about guest satisfaction. You can see it in all the details at this property. Everything is neat and clean and attractive.
