The views were beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the facilities all worked really well. Everywhere was clean and there were plenty of good quality towels etc. The parking space was very close to the building which was also a bonus. There was a fab little pizza place a 2 minute walk from the property too which was great when we’d had a busy day and felt like a treat.
We found the sofas uncomfortable (obvs that’s our personal opinion). The frustrating thing was that there was very little storage in the bedrooms: the wardrobe only had approximately 4 coat hangers in and is used to store items such as room fans, a heater and a small clothes dryering rack. There was nowhere to put our suitcases other than on the floor and no drawers to put things in, so, we literally had to live out of our cases for the time we were there.
It was also annoying that fairly early in the mornings there were large vans/small lorries arriving to deliver things or collect rubbish etc , the reversing beeping noise woke us up on more than one occasion.
There are no curtains at the window only black blinds which left open gave very little privacy and closed it was very dark.

With 6 of us travelling together, we had a few bags with. Staysouth was so generous to let us check in way earlier than we were supposed to. The apartment had everything a family of 6 travelling with mobility restrictions can think of. Very well thought and put in place. Keep it up.
My mum and aunt were travelling with us who has limited English. There are Rubbish bins put outside in a shed, they had empty coffee cups and a piece of bread that without realising they were putting in the glass bin, a man from level 1 on the same building as we were staying in started shouting at them to put it in the correct bin. I totally understand the importance of rubbish going in the correct bins, and understand that he needed to correct them, but not by yelling at them and embarrassing them. There were other people that were watching. I believe that he could have said it in a much nicer and politer way then he did. I ended up intervening and saying they didn’t know.
After all we were Staysouth’s customers.

Loved the apartment, modern, clean, all amenities including washer and dryer. Location was great too, close to food and bowling for kids. Staff were super accomodating and friendly as well, prompt replies and recommendations on activities even babysitters!
Only recommendation is a coat rack or hooks to hang up your jackets etc

Hands down, the nicest place my family has stayed at in Queenstown. We often travel to Ranfurly to see family and every now and again we stay a few extra days in Queenstown. It was a secluded area away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstowns main town centre, all shopping districts are a close drive, scenery is spectacular and apartment is beautiful.
Forgot coffee pods for the espresso machine. But had plunger coffee which is the next best thing!

For what we were looking for, this property exceeded expectations...you get what you pay for...pricey
Like most things, price does factor, and if there was one thing, this would be it...this aside, this was an excellent property and experience...we would, and have already, highly recommended this property...we will return, price dependent...

Every arrangements were really good and perfect.
Only thing I have a suggestion is that the water in the bathing area in the bathroom is coming out and it can be improved.

The two bedrooms with two full bathrooms, terrific full kitchen, washing machine and dryer and lounge with balcony had everything needed. Very clean. Plenty of towels, dishwashing tablets for dishwasher, washing powder for washing machine etc. All kitchen equipment supplied. Wooden chopping board Good knives, Quiet. Very warm. Great sized dining table. Good dining chairs and table on deck. Beds comfortable. Great water pressure. Lovely towels. Heated floor in bathroom if you can work out how it goes.
The only thing was the couch and lounge chair were uncomfortable to sit on. Really nice to look at but surprisingly uncomfortable. There is only enough space for three people to sit on the lounge furniture so if you have 4 or more people - that gets awkward. Lighting to read in lounge is dim.

It is very clean comfortable accomodation. All appliances are relatively new. Fitting are modern.
They only sent the key box code the day we arrive. I did not have access to SMS on my Australian phone. Luckily, I have bought a local SIM and be able to call them to get the code. It is good if they can send the code few days in advance.

The apartment was very nice and clean, fully equipped and supplies. Good to two couples to stay.
The Location to town center was not very close.
It doesn’t have nice view from apartment.
The price was a little high.

Loved the ease of access and how easy it was to feel at home. Felt a real sense of freedom, making it easier to relax.
Keys were sometimes annoying, maybe use of key cards? Not possible to plug in HDMI to the tv in living room due to the mounting of the tv - but there’s so much entertainment in the views and location that I doesn’t really matter

Beautiful spacious apartment with a lovely view of the Shotover River. Had everything you could need to cook and wash laundry. Good quality appliances and crockery.
Located at Arthur's Point, so bit out of town from Queenstown. We had a car, so we could still get around everywhere easily.

Nothing - everything was great!

location was very unique, and the views are million dollar in all directions
maybe if there was net curtains for privacy, but i think the glass was tinted so not such a privacy issue

Clean and well presented. Kitchen had everything we needed to self cater. Also good spot with food options close by and not as crowded. Car parking was great and nice views of the river.
Great location between Queenstown, Arrowtown, Frankton however not close enough to walk so either had to drive or bus.

Wonderful stay here at StaySouth. The property was gorgeous and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds and sofa etc were all supremely comfortable, and the general amenities were all lovely. Great location too, nice and quiet at night and still within a stones throw from everything you need within Queenstown, and all the experiences nearby.
