About this villa rental

1st floor villa is only 4 units back from oceanfront! It's about a three minute walk until your toes hit sand, and even closer to the pool. This is the perfect location for families since it's such a short walk with beach equipment to carry. With a queen bed, comfortable queen sleeper sofa, and twin captain's bunks, this property sleeps up to 6 people (children under 12 best for bunks. We have a brand new tiled tub/shower combo completed in 2023. We personally manage this, so no property management company to deal with!

This 1 bed, 1 bathroom unit is 590 square feet. It is a family-friendly villa includes free wifi. It's on the peaceful side of the resort with NO parking lot view, so no beeping cars and unloading luggage sounds at all hours. A secluded balcony gives you the restful time away you need. The white sand beach stretches for miles in both directions, perfect for an evening stroll, bike rides along the shore or jogging for exercise. This open and welcoming villa can be the restoring retreat you need and deserve.

Our condo was the perfect location. It was at the end nearest the large pool that we enjoyed everyday after coming up from the beach. The beach was a short easy walk. The only thing I could have asked for would be cleaning supplies available in the unit (Clorox wipes or all purpose cleaneretc.) they did provide dish soap but I would have liked to be able to wipe other things down just to clean up after my kids a little better! Aside from that it was awesome. Beds were all comfortable as was the couch!!! There is a free trolly that is a 30 minute ride to coligny so you don’t have to drive and worry about parking.

Everything in the listing was accurate! Things were clean and tidy and we had no issues with anything. Highly recommend! Unrelated to the unit itself: make sure you expect that laundry costs quite a bit. $12 for two loads.

We loved the location- close to the pool and the beach. Tennis courts in great shape and lighted by request also for cooler playing time in the evening. There are events by the pool - movie, karaoke, etc. Bar onsite had pretty good drinks but is pricey -that's to be expected. For our family of 5, it was definitely "cozy", sharing one bathroom and tight living space. The bunks were a little narrow for a teenager, but the little one loved it. Could use more than two butter knives and some microwavable dishes (only plastic currently) and a 9x13 pan, maybe a Keurig and a crock pot.

The owner or property manager that I spoke with was very helpful. Easy check in process and room is close to the beach. The room is small and it was tight with 2 adults and kids there. There were some cleanliness issues with the sheets and towels but the property manager handled it very well and I’m sure it won’t happen again. Very convenient to the beach and lots of beach necessities provided by the owner.

Leigh is an excellent host, she was very accommodating with all of our questions and quick to respond. The condo is clean, updated and the bedding is nice. The kitchen could have been stocked with a few random things we've always had in VRBOs, like wine glasses and trash bags. Check in/out process was a breeze. Our only negative issue with the house is that bikes are included, but they are not up to date, nor maintained. We had to get all of the tires pumped up by the rental group on property, and fix the chains on both bikes. If they aren't maintained, I wouldn't offer them to guests. Also, the beach chairs included are terribly rusty, old and mildewed. Our feeling was these are inexpensive items that could be replaced yearly for a nominal cost. These two features, if improved could make this beach getaway 10/10!

The location of this unit was excellent! The balcony faced the woods which we found more enjoyable than facing a parking lot. The unit was exactly as described in the listing & Leigh was great if we needed anything!! Definitely would stay again!

From the time of booking to the the time off check-out everything was seamless. The detailed information prior to checking-in was invaluable thanks to our host Leigh. The condo was beautifully appointed with a nautical theme. All of the things you will need for the beach are offered with the property so you can travel light. Even though there is a bike rental place on property, the host offers use of two bikes with your stay. The property is footsteps from the main boardwalk of this property. Parking is ample. It was conveniently located to nearby attractions as well.

This appears to be an older, but well-kept property. It is literally 2 rooms and a bathroom, but really did not seem crowded for 3 adults. The use of the beach chairs was nice, they are not in the best condition, but they served their purpose. The closeness of the beach, the pool and the places to eat puts this place on my list to rent again in the future.

Nice condo. We really enjoyed it. Easy check-in process. Location was great. Beach access very close. Just as described online. The only things I would request is more glasses and cookware. Wine glasses, sheet pans, etc. Not enough to cook a nice meal. Balcony and beach accessories could be hosed off. Otherwise everything was great! We would stay again.

The check in process was simple and the owner was very responsive to our emails. The unit is small - no dishwasher - but super close to beach and pool. Plenty of Tennis and pickle ball courts on site!

Overall, served it’s purpose and gave us a place to sleep, rest and rinse off. Our girls (2 and 4) had a blast. The beach is amazing, and we had a great family vacation! This place was a great value so close to the beach. However, I do feel I should be transparent about the condo, as the numerous 5 star reviews surprised me after arrival. Pros: - Location to the beach/pool is phenomenal. - Resort is large and has a convenient beach access to a very clean, large beach. - Food/drink right by pool/beach. - Plenty of towels, plates and silverware. - Nice decor, boards games for the family! (A nice touch) - Host is very responsive. - Hooks on the porch, in the entry way, and in bedroom for hanging suits/towels/purses. Very helpful and necessary since the condo is very tight. Especially for a family of 4. Cons: - Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Baseboards are grimy, and the bathroom is in desperate need of a update. Hand prints on doors and spill marks on walls. - Carpet on the balcony - Terrible water pressure. Not your usual beach pressure, this is a literal trickle. - No hand soap. Laundry pods and dishwasher pods provided… but no dishwasher or laundry in unit. - Community laundry is just fine, however you must purchase a card at the clubhouse for this. The card itself is $3, then it’s $3/wash and $3/dry.
