Everything we needed for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price

Extremely well priced for the amenities and location. Staff was responsive and provided everything we needed for our stay. We were given two sets of bath towels, as well as two more beach towels. And there was an extra comforter. Personal outside mini sitting area as well as a shared patio. Also a grill! We really appreciated having two big TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. For this location and it’s amenities, I think it was a great deal.

We could have used a few more kitchen supplies, but we made it work with what we had.

After password and everything was sorted by a very nice young man that came to care for property

no breakfast available

we had to stand out on the road for nearly and hour trying to contact the company to get a password to get in to the apt after sending many emails before we left NZ and on our way when we had wifi available to say when we arrived our New Zealand phones were not compatible in USA.SO that was frustrating experience also was very hot out on the driveway with no shade.

Overall, not a value for the price I was charged. I would stay here again only if price was reduced

No breakfast was in the offering. The location was great, although parking was bad and inadequate if you had guests.

The kitchen dishwasher was marked out of service!....should have been fixed! The sound proofing was terrible....could hear coughing from next door. as well as other noises from floor above and next door. The kitchen sink faucet was loose and hard to regulate hot & cold unless you used 2 hands. The air conditioner made a loud humming noise when it cut on. Before checkout, I was asked to empty my garbage!.....that should have been seen to by housekeeping.

It was centrally located near to everything i needed to do. Quiet. Great location.

There are some palm,trees in the front parking area, especially in slot 4 making parking a bit difficult especially if you're in a large vehicle.

Everything was very clean and comfortable, I felt all day safe and sure, the owner and was every day in contact and helped me .has everything for cook,skillets, plates ,fork glasses towels,iron and de area was near from bars and super markets and beaches.and camera out side Good AC perfect.

We would visit again.

Good location between the beach and shops. Small room that had everything you would expect to need. The outside patio space was also nice.

The WiFi would often cut out, making it difficult to watch movies at night.

It has a full kitchen and the location is great.

Older property than pictures depict. White tile floor was not clean. Front gate was near my unit and it is very loud, especially when guests slam it shut during overnight hours.

Good location for shops & beach

For my wife & I the location was perfect, close to friends we had come to visit & supermarket across the road. Please ensure the registration form is completed well before air arrival as we had to complete ours in the immigration queue at Miami airport (use of airport wifi) to obtain the access codes for the property before transportation could continue to property.

The management agents LOWKL were excellent & instantly responded to emails. The property was really clean & had everything we needed for our holiday/visit. However the nightly noise from residents in the above apartments was awful (Spring Break) well into the early hours There is no sound insulation between upper & lower floor levels. Perhaps another time of the year may have been a better time to visit.

Overall just an OK stay. Would I go again? Only, if I can’t find better options.

Basic equipped kitchen, with microwave and hob/oven. All doors/ gate work with a PIN code door lock which makes it a keyless place. The shower was specious and had good hot water and pressure. Little outside place behind the apartment but also in the front garden, to have a drink or meal. Parking right in front of the building is convenient. Very well located to Galleria mall and a quick 10min walk to the beach front. Starbucks/groceries just around the corner. Pricing ok but not a bargain.

The apartment looks better on the photos than in real. Also the photos are a mix of lots of apartments and doesn't show you necessarily the one you will be in. We stayed in a ground floor one. Very simplistic with some need of refurbishment e.g. the ceiling area of the air con. We did see some cockroaches despite there being information about pest control in place. The sofa bed did smell terribly of stinky feet that we didn’t even want to sit on it without putting a sheet on it. Bed mattress too soft for our like. Kitchen only lets you prepare some very basic meals as it is missing quite some tools and crockery. WIFI wasn’t consistent.

GOOD LOCATION....

HAD A KITCHEN BUT COULDN'T USE IT BECAUSE OF ROACHES....COULDN'T CLEAN DISHES BECAUSE THERE WAS NO DISHWASHER . NO FAN IN KITCHEN , 3 LEG CHAIR IN LIVING ROOM , 1 LEG MISSING. BED WAS POSITIONED THAT ONE HAD TO CLIMB OVER OTHER TO GET OUT OF BED.....THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANOTHER ROOM TO BE MOVED TO AND WOULDN'T GIVE ME A REFUND....... THEY LIED AS TO WHAT WAS OFFERED YOU DECIDE ........... I MADE THE WRONG MOVE............

I moved out, the unit was uninhabitable!

I have stayed at this property the past and it was great. I rebooked and got a different unit and everything was broken and there were cockroaches everywhere!

the entire unit was bad. Old, broken blinds and cockroaches everywhere!

The Location is amazing

Code for the door didn’t work The website clearly stated that they were pet friend when time to register the rules say otherwise. They accepted the pup as an exception beCause of their false advertising Couch when turn into bed is the most unconfortable thing No power outlets near the bed. Super annoying to charge. FYI nobody charges with regular USB anymore. It was dirty specially floors, tub and kitchen counter Hosts send to much messages it turns annoying
