About this house rental
Come and stay at this incredible 4/4 BEACHFRONT home which has something for everyone! Great for family vacation or romantic getaways. Wide, CLEAN, private beaches for long walks and building sandcastles. This house has it all...spectacular views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the two large covered balconies, new flooring throughout, remodeled bathrooms including a claw foot tub in the Master, 3 king size beds, open concept into the living room with 55' flat screen TV. Three bedrooms are located on the top floor; with one bedroom located on the main floor. All upstairs bedrooms have TV's. House has a charcoal grill, beach chairs, beach towels, toys, wagon, etc. The dune walkover is 2 minutes from the house and Pointe West Beach Club is a 3 min drive. Summer only requires a 4 night minimum stay and will release 2 and 3 night stays if available during the summer. 2 night minimums in off-peak season with the exception of some holidays. Come and enjoy Island Time!
This Pointe West, Galveston, vacation has the best of both worlds - resort living with the privacy of a home! With a quiet, regularly cleaned, private beach and no vehicles permitted, you will have unspoiled views of the ocean and endless sandy coastline. Families will enjoy the open spaces of the Pointe West resort with miles of hike and bike trails along and clean coastline for running or jogging. Kids will love to ride their bikes or play ball in a kid friendly, safe environment. Guests will have access to the exclusive Pointe West Beach Club* which offers a pool and spa, lazy river (heated - coming soon), kids/teens game room, locker room, gym, restaurant, licensed bar - a great place to relax, swim and enjoy looking out onto the Gulf from the infinity pool.
This house is ideal for romantic getaways and family gatherings. It is very child friendly (crib/high-chair/stair gate/toys/play kitchen) and works well with multiple families. Short drive into Galveston for some family entertainment and dining.

- Fantastic Galveston Location - Walk a few steps to the private beach and Pointe West Resort. Within a half an hour drive from downtown Galveston, water parks, and a wide variety of water activities, shopping, and dining.
Please note this is a pet free and smoke free property and this is strictly enforced.
Ground Level: Parking for 2 Vehicles on property and street parking for 2 more , entertainment area, grill and outdoor shower. No Garage Access.
