Could've been better considering the 8.4k price tag.

The food is great. No doubt about that. The water pressure is great. The room is super huge. The room had all the facilities that you would need for a good stay experience. The beds are super comfy. Great for some good times.

Firstly, we took the executive suite room (which has a bathtub out on the balcony). To maintain privacy on the balcony, they covered the surrounding walls with a fake grass-like layer. To my disappointment, they had workers (most likely painters) who were just behind the surrounding walls of the balcony and were working. So, privacy on the balcony was not at all experienced. In fact, once we even caught 2 workers trying to peep and look inside our balcony with the bathtub. Secondly, the room is great but nothing in the rooms is well finished. There is water leaking from the sink's pipe in the bathroom. It made the whole bathroom wet. There is another sink inside the bedroom and water leaks from it too (and makes the carpet soaked in water). Insect eggs are growing on the curtains. The fridge smelled of stale food. The bathtub was not cleaned properly. There was lizard poop laying around in places. The cupboards were dirty and had sand inside, making them unable to keep any clothes on them. We had to hang all our stuff. Both the bedside lamps did not work. There was a half-empty opened water bottle in the fridge. Thirdly, the balcony with the seating area should have a fan because it gets pretty hot during the daytime and makes it unpleasant to sit outside. Overall, it's a good suite but not very well maintained. It could've been top-notch with the facilities that it already has available.

Everything was nice. Especially the inside and outside decoration. Every staff was cooperative and well behaved.

There was no lift. For 2nd floor lift is very essential. Swimming pool was also not working. Inside the room light is not sufficient. Management should take care of these problems.

Very good

Location, overall facilities were good. The ambience was good. Rooms are large and clean. A mini fridge in the room is a plus.

1. The room service menu seemed a bit too over priced. 2. The rooms do not have a bolt on the doors. Apart from the door knob based lock, there are no alternatives to locking the door from inside. Privacy is an issue. 3. The restaurant does not open before 7.30 am so anyone going for an early morning outing will not get breakfast. 4. Early morning check outs are a problem. Everyone sleeps. No one is there in the reception to take the key handover. 5. The swimming pool seemed to be unclean and not cleaned since long. 6. They charge Rs. 50 for a repeat of tea or coffee kits in the room. A normal cup of tea from the room service menu is charged at almost Rs. 75.

Far from the madding crowd

Far from the madding crowd, absolutely not a soul to be seen around, totally secluded location. But everything is arranged perfectly inside the hotel, and very artistic decoration all around.

Kitchen food could be better, for lunch and dinner, but breakfast is good.

Weekend gateway to relax

I wonder from where should I start Firstly, the ambience of the resort is really beautiful. Every area is utilised so well that u will have something or the other to explore and see. From Swimming Pool to sitting arrangement made to outside was really good. Secondly, the hospitality was really good. Well trained staffs and warm welcome and room services provided was really good. Lastly, the food. It was really tasty. Be it the complementary breakfast or the ala carte orders. The dishes were really yummy 😋. Overall, it was a grt weekend experience for us. It's worth the penny spent.

Though it's a 2 storey, I feel if lift was available for people who are pregnant or for old people who may have issues in climbing up the staircase.

It was just an ‘ Okay ’ stay for us but definitely Not worth the money that we had spend.

There was a beautiful collection of Sculptures and decorative vases in the property.

The hotel is not Sound proof as we could clearly hear the guest in the other room snoring. We pay money and go there to relax but we were denied from going outside the property for a walk by the Security Guard after 10pm.

Make better for the future

Ambience was good and location of property is also good..

The bed of the superior chalet was not so comfortable as up to the high industry standards. The food was expensive in comparison to the taste and moreover the fish served was BASA fish, and the hotel management charged a lot in respect to basic foods which they should not.. liquor charges ar very high at least it is not a five star rating property and overall the management have made high prices but they should also try to improve the quality and taste of food as per the price they are charging..
