Good place to stay for family ski trip. The unit was comfortable and slept 3 kids without any fights (a huge victory as far as I'm concerned). Clubhouse with pool and hottub was great. Would definitely stay again.

The Condo was as advertised. Perfect for 2 couples and 1 child. Great communication. Loved Club Meadow Ridge with hot tubs. On the Lyft shuttle line. Will stay here again

We had a great weekend here. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, knives, etc. Sometimes that's really not the case. Only slightly negative comment to share is that this is a bottom floor unit and you can hear people walking in ski boots above you and on the stairs. So if you're a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs. But overall, I highly recommend staying here.

Hosts were super communicative and great. Unit was very nice, had great kitchen amenities and my kids enjoyed the toys. We were amazed by the huge outdoor hot tubs and pools (open even when snowing!). Great stay, would recommend

We had some delays due to the winter storm in March 2021 shutting down the Denver airport. The owner was willing to work with us to make our stay happen. We couldn't have been more thankful. The unit is ground floor and the neighbors were quiet and in a great location. It was located just a short distance to the grocery store and to the slopes. Plenty of space for a family of 4. There are laundry facilities, a pool, hot tub, gym and other amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

For the price, this place was just right for two adult couples to go skiing at Winter Park for the Weekend. I was skeptical of the hot tub situation, but the club house has two VERY large hot tubs and a heated pool which was able to help people spread out and not feel crowded. The property manager also was very communicative and allowed us to check in early. There's probably a few maintenance issues the property manager should check on. We had trouble shutting off the stovetop, had to have the dial turned just right. Also, the bathroom in the hall doesn't have much flushing power and the handle may need replaced. We were also told the ice maker was broken, but we flipped the handle down and it seemed to be working but didn't produce much. We had brought a bag of ice anyway and didn't use that ice.

We had a great stay at Stacey's condo. She made the whole stay so easy and she was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. The condo is very well maintained and extremely clean. The location was perfect for skiing and tubing in Winter Park. I loved the few tasteful seasonal decorations too. You can't go wrong with this property! We hope to stay here again!

Property was exactly what we expected. It was in a great location with easy access to all the activities around Fraser/Winter Park area. We played golf a lot and explored everywhere. My husband went fishing almost every day. Beds were comfy, linens and towels were good, kitchen was well supplied.

My two teenage daughters and I stayed at this property for a couple of days in February 2020. I found the rental to be exactly as explained on the app and according to the pictures. The unit was clean with ample space for the three of us. The kitchen was well stocked and the living and sleeping areas were updated and comfortable. The location of the unit made it easy to walk approximately 100 feet to catch the shuttle to the resort to ski and equally as easy to drive. Would definitely stay here again for our next trip!

The unit was clean and nice. The ski shuttle was right outside which was awesome. The hot tub is in the community center and a walk away but it is nice they have locker rooms, showers, towels etc there.

The property we stayed at in Winterpark Colorado was very nice. It was well cared for and decorated in Mt. Cabin style. Just right for the area. I am disappointed in one thing though. My husband has been very sick. Consequently, I am the one who did the grocery shopping, packed our clothes, and food, drove up to the mountains and unloaded the car. I was so looking forward to soaking in a hot tub of water. But..... what a disappointment! NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO! The price was reasonable but should have included soap and shampoo! We will return but please let your guests know about the soap situation! Sylvia May

Very nice condo and extremely clean! Attractive decor. Comfy beds, nice bedding and towels. Owners do a good job. Kitchen is nice but no vent hood means you are a bit limited in cooking things that might need ventilation. Could not sign in to netflix or other blueray box entertainment, and had to watch only cable - wifi signal is weak. Had a little noise problem from the unit upstairs after hours. but spoke to the family and they calmed it down somewhat. BUT Would definitely stay again.

The condo is very spacious and welcoming. I loved the layout and the 2 bathrooms came in handy. Everything was very clean and maintained. We enjoyed the working fireplace, and the wood was furnished. I was impressed on how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes, pot & pans, etc. We found everything we needed, and since we did most of our cooking, having the grocery store just down the road was very convenient. We also enjoyed the exercise room and pool at the clubhouse, which was only a short distance from the condo. It was nice that there were hiking paths close, and only a short ride to Winter Park Resort. We would definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends.

We had a lovely stay at this 2 bedroom condo in Fraser. It was very easy to get to, has great access to groceries/other shopping and is within 7 minutes of Winter Park and Mary Jane. The second bedroom has a nice bunk set up, so you can fit 3-4 kids in the second room if need be without having folks sleeping in the living room on a pull out. Great setup! The property is well stocked with utensils and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The owners even provided the nice touch of wine and chocolate for our arrival. There is also a clubhouse with a small workout area, steam room, hot tubs and a heated pool. We will definitely be staying here again.
