Enjoy your morning coffee with a view in Estero Island Beach Villas! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, open concept condo is located on the popular northern tip of the island. Immediately walking through the front door, you will become mesmerized by the picturesque views coming from almost every angle of the Gulf waters, beach, and pool area! This second-level living has beautifully tiled floors throughout, which pave the way to many updated features and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has 2 double beds, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 6 people. This condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as covered parking to ensure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or grill out at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities!

The apartment was spacious, didn’t lack anything and it was in a great location as it had amazing views. The check in and out was easy. In the area are still present the damages that hurricane Ian left behind and this is the only negative note as going out and seeing drowned boats, destroyed property is not a sight for vacation.

This is a very nice end unit condo. The only negatives were the water pressure in the 2nd bathroom and no toilet paper holder in the master bathroom. Also, this condo will hold six people. We only had two, but if you have 4 or six there is not enough seating on the balcony. It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay here

The windows give a full view of the beach and location is great. You can walk to the main shopping area, and the beach is nice and wide. The furniture is very comfortable throughout except for the screen porch. The chairs are falling apart and missing a cushion. The kitchen had everything we needed except for the can opener, which was broken. We were able to borrow one from a neighbor. Overall, I recommend for a group of 5 or less. Plenty of room and the split plan gives privacy. We were very careful to close the curtains at night for the turtles, yet someone reported us for leaving a porch light on, which we did not even turn on. That was upsetting as we love turtles and would never want to harm them.

Great week

We had a great time while staying here. The beach is great for riding bikes or just taking a walk at sunset. The weather behaved for us every day and did not disappoint with rain. We did have a couple nights with a pretty good thunderstorms that came up after sunset. That was pretty cool since we seldom get those in Central Ca. We have already made plans to return in March next year. We will most likely stay here if it is available during the time we plan. We would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to be right on the beach.

Property was right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants but far enough away for quiet at night. Property could use additional 12-14 oz drinking glasses and brighter light bulbs in the lamps.

Perfect family vacation spot

We loved our stay at the Beach Villas! The view and the beachfront location can’t be beat. The heated pool was really nice and our kids loved it. Condo was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook meals in. We also appreciated the free trolley rides into the main part of town, made eating out simple! Only drawbacks were no parking options for a second rental car and only one beach chair and umbrella, we had to buy extra or rent ourselves. Overall an awesome place!! Thank you!

Squeaky clean, well maintained and good amenities My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much It is right on the beach and we were able to walk on the beach, watch dolphins, grey herons etc in addition to spectacular sunsets Would love to come back again

The property was really nice, worked for what we needed. It’s a little walk to the square, but not bad. The beach was nice and clean. Would recommend renting beach chairs, etc. There were none in the unit. Property owner sent plenty of information and suggestions for things to do in the area

First, the property is exactly as described and pictured. It was on the second floor, directly above the beach access and at the end of the building. This made it relatively quiet and very accessible with a good view. Everything needed was available and the rooms were comfortable. The fact that it was on the north end of the island, close enough to town, but away from the action, was a plus for us. We would consider this property again.

The property was perfect and was just as listed right on the beach. We had an issue with the key code to get into the place and got a answering machine at the office when I tried calling. Luckily the office was only a few minutes away. The staff was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. Glad they were still in the office at the time. Not sure what we would have done if they were not. That was the only downfall of our entire stay.

We absolutely loved our condo stay! Everything about this property was amazing, from our balcony view of the ocean, to our VERY short walk to the beach (go down two flights of stairs and you’re on the beach boardwalk!!!) to the fully stocked kitchen (we loved the Keurig coffee maker that you can either brew one pod or a full pot in) to the sound of the ocean waves (we opened our window at night to hear) to the closet space (they provided a few hangers which was really convenient to hang our nicer clothes up) to the books that were underneath the TV (I TOTALLY forgot to pack my beach read so I ended up borrowing one for the week. We loved the fact that we were on the north side of the island. A little further away from Times Square which made our beach quieter and not so much of the party scene, but yet close enough to Times Square that we still walked downtown every night!!! We rented chairs from Shaded beach rentals which was fine but our suggestion would be to have some for guests to use in the condo!!! I ended up packing our volleyball and we were able to play on the beach but maybe having some sports equipment (like football or volleyball) for guests to use would be a nice addition as well. The only other thing that we were kinda bummed about was that there was no hot tub. Would have been nice to relax in one of those after a long day on the beach! The checkout process was easy but we wished that we could have gotten in sooner. They charge 50$ for an early check in time. Which seems a bit crazy to me. If the condo was clean and no one was staying in it, they should let us in so we could have started unpacking and change into our suits to get down to the beach!!! Those are just suggestions, honestly our vacation was just perfect! We enjoyed so much sun, sand, margaritas, fresh seafood, dancing, walks on the beach, and relaxation time while staying in this condo. Would very much so recommend this condo stay to all those looking for a beach getaway!!!!

We loved the view!. Enjoyed having the slider door open in the evenings and morning to hear the wind and waves. The apartment was very nice, with a decent kitchen to cook our breakfast in. Also, liked the short distance into town, which had a great variety of shops and restaurants. No complaints!

Upon arrival, the condo was quite warm in temperature. We just assumed the air conditioner had recently been turned on. We barely slept the first night, the apartment was just too hot to be comfortable. It just so happens that the thermostat is permanently set to 72f. With the weather outside being over 90, the entire stay was very uncomfortable. I payed way too much money to stay in a hot place! Also they only issued us one parking permit, this is ridiculous. My son had to park his car in a parking garage which ended up costing him $200! I was very unsatisfied with our stay, will never go back!

Overall very pleased! We all used the main shower because there was very little water pressure in the master bath shower. It’s a great location, very private beach area located in close proximity to the public beaches if you like more activities. We would stay there again

Beautiful beach! Beautiful views! Nice pool! Great screened porch! Easy walk to great shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable accommodations. Fully equipped kitchen. 4 stars only because of slightly dated decor, but we were rarely in condo because the weather was so perfect.
