About this cabin rental
Welcome to peace and quiet! This cabin sits on a little over an acre in a secluded area not far off the beaten path, in Cosby TN. Surrounded by trees with a section of yard that is fenced for safety of children and pets. Covered front porch offers outdoor seating, hot tub and is also gated for pets. Entering through the carport entrance you walk into an open concept kitchen/living room area. Large spacious kitchen with dining for 4. Living room has a wood burning fireplace, 55" television, dvd with library, family games and seating a plenty. Through the arch way to the right to master bedroom with king bed and full bath. To the left 2nd bedroom with queen bed and full bath. Off the kitchen a full laundry room with washer/dryer.
For those that enjoy outdoor adventure and hiking, you are just a few short miles to the Cosby, Greenbrier and Big Creek, NC entrances of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Notice: The National park has implemented the Park it Forward parking pass as of 3/1/23. All who wish to visit the park will have to buy a parking pass. Go to recreation.gov for more information.
For white water adventure you are 12 miles from Hartford TN. Hidden Haven is approximately 40 minutes to the attractions of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, TN. And for the sight seers you are 3 miles from the beautiful scenic overlooks of the mountains.
If it is your desire to be in a secluded peaceful, pet friendly cabin, then Hidden Haven is the place for you!

Janes cabin was beautiful. Loved all the decorations. It was just what we were looking for peaceful but close enough to drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Jane was so friendly. We would love to go back next year. Mary and Tom Illinois. June 2024.

This home was absolutely Beautiful, clean, comfy n cozy. The host was Amazing and very helpful with dining and activities in the area. Our weeks stay was peaceful, relaxing n very enjoyable from bean bags, hot tub, campfires n fro t porch relaxing. Definitely a MUST

Our stay at the Hidden Haven was PERFECT! Jane was a wonderful host and answered any question we had right away. It was in a great secluded location but not too far from what we had planned. The cabin was so clean and had everything we needed (towels, dishes, cookware, soap, blankets, etc.) Our dog loved the fenced in yard and spent a lot of time playing outside. We truly had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!

A great weekend away with my sons. Getting away with my boys so they could do nothing but enjoy momma’s cooking and conversation was wonderful! Only thing we didn’t enjoy was that there’s no streaming on the tv so we didn’t get to enjoy some tv we had thought we could binge watch together. Clean and comfortable.

What a wonderful, welcoming place to enjoy Christmas with our family. The home was very accommodating and comfortable, and as an added bonus it was decorated beautifully with all things Christmas! Jane is a great host, and we look forward to returning in the near future!

This trip was not only our annual anniversary trip to Gatlinburg area but also a last vacation for our 12 1/2 yo dachshund beagle mix. The cabin in Cosby was the perfect location and property for our specific needs. No stairs, quiet location, and fenced yard made Mojo’s stay much easier for all.

The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly. Our only negative was the rule for internet use that was posted on the refrigerator and not in the contract. WiFi was a requirement we listed when searching for a rental. WiFi was available, however, the info posted on the refrigerator said it could only be used for school or work due to the high cost. Everything else was wonderful.

The property and host were everything and more that visitors could ask for. The cabin was roomy, clean, and quiet and possessed all the amenities visitors need to enjoy their stay. The location is not too far from most things. The parkway is a beautiful drive which easily connects over to I-40. The host/owner was most gracious, kind and accommodating. We loved our stay and couldn't have asked for better. Thank you.

We enjoyed this stay in Cosby, TN. Jane's home was lovely and decorated for the season. My only suggestion would be a book with things to do and recommended places to eat in the Cosby area. It is pretty remote and would love some local suggestions.

The cabin was spotless and had everything we could need. The neighborhood was so scenic and right by our favorite sole orchard. This was the most pretty friendly cabin we have every stayed in with a fenced yard. The fire pit was in the fence area so our dogs could run and be off leash. Jane was so kind and helpful! Don't hesitate to book this one!

My family enjoys the mountains and checking off as many national parks that we can. Gatlinburg has always been on my bucket list, we finally made it happen this summer. We didn't want to stay too close to the strip, we prefer more quiet in the hopes of seeing more nature and wildlife (to our huge disappointment we didn't see any). At check-in Jane gave us some tips on hiking and other activities off the beaten path, she responded quickly to text messages and made sure the cabin was in mint condition for us. There were several things that we forgot to pack, lo and behold I found them all in her well stocked cabinets. It was clean and inviting, we truly felt at home and comfortable enough to just relax. The hot tub was a perfect end to the long days touring the nearby areas. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely use Jane's cabin. Thank you for a memorable trip to the Smokies!

Our time in Cosby was such a great getaway for our family. We took our two sons with us to “unplug” from our normal busy work weeks to enjoy a weekend as a family. This cabin lacked nothing! From s’mores, board games, family movie nights, and hot tub swims, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Jane’s attention to detail is unmatched. The property is beautifully well kept. The big yard was great for both play and peacefulness. We didn’t hear any neighbors or noise while there. We’re already talking about coming back again soon.

This property was beautifully and thoughtfully maintained. The furniture was comfortable, and there were instructions and notes for everything that we needed. My son and I enjoyed our down week thoroughly. The only caution I have is about the internet access - it is metered and there are warnings about additional fees for streaming.

The Hidden Haven was absolutely stunning what a wonderful getaway to recharge our batteries and enjoy the secluded spot in Cosby. Jane was a pleasure to deal with very helpful and her giftshop was very nice with everything from candles to souvenirs. She answered quickly with any questions i had and let me know everything that was in or around the area. The house stayed cool the entire stay i didnt have to adjust the AC at all beds comfortable and cozy while you had a firepit and fenced in backyard with lights ran off solar and switches such a beautiful set up. We definitely will be back and recommend to anyone whos looking for a quiet getaway.

Hidden Haven is absolutely a great place to stay. Very nice furnishings and well stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The fenced in backyard was a bonus for our retired Greyhound. Jane is wonderful and has a very nice shop. The hot tub was an added bonus at the end of the day. The neighborhood was peaceful and the morning walks was very nice. Easy travel to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Definitely will make this our place each time we visit Gatlinburg.

I’m immune compromised so I wanted a fireplace, comfort, and some place our pups would be ok, this hot all the check marks! We made one drive to Cherokee, but otherwise hung out with a fire going!! Really enjoyed the place, Jane was great to work with, and very helpful! We’ll be back for sure!

The house was fantastic! Jane, the owner is awesome! She was there for whatever we needed and responded quickly to any messages we sent her. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. The fenced yard was great for our pups to run around. The ad does not do the place justice. The hot tub was very relaxing and just what we needed after a day of walking around the shops in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed and then some, We appreciated the amount of towels provided in the kitchen and bathroom plus those for the hot tub. It was a short drive to Gatlinburg to see the Christmas lights. The Christmas decorations in the cabin was a nice touch also that made it feel like home. We were glad we were able to bring our little yorkie with us but we couldn’t let him run loose in the backyard (supervised of course) as I had planned on because there was a space at the bottom of the gate where he could squeeze through. (The only this that I was disappointed about). The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of firewood for the fireplace. Jane was very good to work with and we will definitely stay here again in the future if she will have us.

This was our first time visiting the Smokey Mountains and the cabin we chose was perfect, large enough and quiet enough and absolutely beautiful, We brought our puppy Hank with us and the super large fenced in yard really appealed to us, add a beautiful fall evening and a campfire and it was perfect. We were very impressed with the condiments and food amenities that were available if needed. That was a first for us in any vrbo we stayed in. Jane even left us a bottle of bubbly, some champagne glasses along with chocolates and swan towels on bed because we were celebrating 20 years. The time of year and weather was perfect and we will definitely be returning. Thanks Jane for everything!

I've been coming to the GSM for years and this is the first time we ventured out of the local area to Cosby. It's a quaint little town and this property is incredible, already decorated for the Fall season. It has a rather large front covered deck which we drank coffee on every morning. Many evenings were spent in the back yard with the fire pit (firewood included) playing corn hole. I read the reviews before visiting so I was aware the homeowner pretty much had everything you could want and they were correct. We brought our Dobie and she absolutely loved the property.

This property was amazing!!! This home was very clean and inviting. the decor was amazing as it was decorated for fall. We had taken our fur babies with us and they enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The backyard also had a fire pit which we enjoyed. The drive from this home to Gatlinburg gave you amazing views of the Smokey Mountains. Jane, the host, was very accommodating and was very nice to talk to. And, you have to visit her shop!!! I would give this home a 100/ 10. We are looking forward to our next visit.
