Great location but pool is NOT open year round and neighbors are loud

The location is great! Right on the beach and close to the active area of Carolina Beach. It was great to be on the first floor and the condo was just the right size.

The residents in the condo above are very loud and the walls/floors are too thin so there is a lot of noise late into the night. Wouldn't recommend this place to families because of the noise. I never heard back from the host after she initially answered. The biggest disappointment was that the pool was not open despite being listed in the description provided. Other similar locations specifically mention that their pool is seasonal but this location did not and a pool was a huge selling point for me.

It was a wonderful stay!

The key code to the gate at the beach didn’t work every time and we had to walk down to the next gate.

Terrific location!!

Sweet building, beach was lovely here and so many great places were easily walkable. Parked with ease!

Needed some space in the closet, a little more space and new cushions on the porch.

Home away from home.

My husband and I were very pleased with the apartment as a whole. It had everything we needed and was so comfortable. You can't beat the location!

Our only complaint is the fact that the facilities pool isn't heated. That really has nothing to do with the apartment itself though.

Awesome

The apartment was wonderful. Well stocked...I didn't need any of the extras I brought. Everything was there...linens, paper towels, dishes, detergent, even salt and pepper! Games, books, 3 tvs. It was super clean. Convenient to the beach and restaurants.

There was nothing I didn't like. It exceeded my expectations.

i think this my favorite place I have stayed at Carolina beach

access to the beach was great, there was a washer and dryer, a kurig machine and a washer and dryer, all kinds of amenities. you never know what to expect when you turn up at a new rental and I was pleasantly surprised, okay I was impressed. i had to call because I couldn’t figure out the door lock (touch pad, should have touched it, it was actually pretty simple lol) and Trish answered promptly and was super pleasant to talk to.

the only thing negative I could say was the pillows were a bit worn flat. i kinda think it’s a silly thing to even complain about. even the mattress was super comfortable. I’ll stay there again next year if it’s available.

our visit would have been better tropical storm Colin. over all our stay was nice. I would consider staying again.

location from the beach. condo was comfortable.

the ceiling fan in the living area blades were so loose to the point of falling out. we fixed that. a dining room chair was ver unstable. we didn’t sit in it. no extra trash bags. towels were not very good quality.

Beautiful condo great location

The condo is located just a short walk to beach. Great location restaurant close. It was beautiful decorated great view from balcony.

So close to beach. Beautiful area.and so quiet.

Over head fans in bedrooms didn't work.and light in small bedroom didnt work. Thats it and AC is plenty to keep you cool so fans wernt really needed i just like sleeping with a fan blowing on me.

Nice beach front condo

Very organized place with everything we needed in the kitchen. Right on the beach with easy access and a place to shower off. Good parking location.

The floors were really dirty. Pools were closed. There were no linens for the pull out couch.

I overpaid for what I got.

The proximity to the beach and good restaurants nearby.

The view of the parking lot; the condo was dark due to it's position in the complex; all 3 beds squeaked terribly; my husband had to sleep in the recliner!
