All staff were friendly and made stay enjoyable.

Disappointed but you get what you pay for

The staff was very helpful

Bathroom was below standards. No exhaust fan, no stopper in tub, towels undersized, and toilet paper was very low quality. Also the bedroom had a bug issue!

I would not recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely nothing.

The front desk staff were very unprofessional. The staff were cooking curry on every floor and it smelled so bad. Staff were very loud past midnight in hallway. Got very little sleep.

Nice hotel in Bluffton, clean, comfortable with a very pleasant staff.

staff very helpful and pleasant always, breakfast nice, rooms clean and comfortable. In room coffee nice service. Parking lot easy to get in an out. Access off 278 was easy with traffic lights which makes crossing lanes safer.

We had a family emergency and needed to change dates at the last minute. The hotel never even replied to the request just charged us. We did not want a refund just to book on a different day which according to our search the hotel was only half full on the alternate day and only had one room left on the original day.

It was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

There was a moldy smell. I sanitized the room. The room appeared clean but that smell overbearing especially if you have allergies. The air conditioner was not cold enough to help.

Peaceful gem; despite the breakfast, the stay was great. The beds were perfect!

This is our new favorite place to stay in Hilton Head. We had an amazing stay, other than the breakfast(bland at best), everything was perfect.

Breakfast. There was no taste of the waffles, eggs, sausage, or bagels. No salt, seasoning, sugar, just nothing. It made me question my tastebuds but after eating somewhere else, it wasn’t me.

Breakfast was good, clean room

The last night I was there, the room next to me was blaring their music all night. I complained twice. Maintenance knocked on the door to turn it down once, and the 2nd time, the front desk attendant said she would call. I'm not sure she actually called. Nothing helped. It was a miserable night. Needless to say, I got no sleep and had to drive home 11 hours, which was very unsafe.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. location was convenient to freeway and in an area that felt safe for parking our car.

Facility was very dated. Interior looked like it should have been refreshed several years ago.

The carpet was dirty everywhere, coming up from the floor in rolls and out of date. All out of date

Breakfast was the same every day, Make yourself waffle, fruit, hard bagels, scrambled or folded egg looked preprocessed. Nothing had any flavor. All plain. It was the same every day for 6 days. Never any changed up or maybe pancakes instead of waffles or maybe biscuit and gravy instead of eggs and sausage. I realize it's free but if it's going to draw customers, it needs to be appealing. The wifi was unsecured. I was dealing with sensitive information and anyone that was staying in the parking lot could get onto the wifi. If it's going to be secure, at least there should be a password. I won't be staying there again because of the condition of the hotel. The people were very friendly and helpful but it's not their fault no money is being spent on the upkeep of the hotel and everything is outdated from the 80's, and not in a good 80's way either.

When we got to the hotel the front door was shut, we rang the after-hours bell and we also called but no one answered. We had to get another hotel after waiting for 30 minutes
