Dead end street that is HIDDEN well, small parking for 2 cars but we made it work. 4 of us rented this place for 2 nights.Convenience all around! From Walgreens, walmart, stores, food, didnt have to travel far and that was great! Not a place for bigger ppl. Shower is small, and a little difficult. Master bed, makes noise, light sleepers may have an issue, that and i felt like i was gonna fall off the bed, im use to a cali king, i think this is a full? Some city noises to be heard, not terrible though, and im a light sleeper. Internet a bit slow/spotty. All in all, I would go again, im more aware of how small it is and can plan accordingly. Not a party location, but my associates and I had a lot of trash for the small trash cans there. Place was upkept and pleasant. Host communicated well, but my internet was spotty so my resonse times were slow. no biggy tho, I was busy anyways.

Our stay at this property was very relaxing it was conveniently located with many options within walking distance.
We would definitely stay here again if we need to come to the area. Cyndi was very responsive in all correspondence.

We came to town for the weekend to visit my aunt, this place was 1 block from her home so it was a perfect location to sit and visit. We had small dogs so the backporch area with yard was perfect. We will definitely check for this place when we come again.

It was a very cute little house that fit all of our needs. My mother and I stayed here together. The host is kind and responsive. Very easy check in and check out. There's a Walgreens close by also, which was quite convenient. I would stay here again.

Thank you very much to the host for sending the check-in instructions in a timely and clear manner. The house is as seen in the photos, we only have a few observations, the mattresses are not in good condition, the cleaning has details (dirty on the carpets, under the beds and blinds) and the house is a bit dark. However, it worked perfect for us, we needed the house to sleep, it is located close to many establishments. Thank you so much

For the price this place is “fine”. We didn’t spend much time here, pretty much just used it to sleep.
The couch is so low to the ground and the cushions are flat so it’s not comfortable at all. Had to use the extra pillows from the bedroom closet to add some comfort. When the coffee table is higher than the couch it’s time for a new couch. The bathroom deodorizer that is hanging in the toilet makes the entire house smell like moth balls. There was only 1 roll of TP and no Kleenex so we had to go buy more TP at Winn Dixie. The beds are not comfortable. The sheets on the master bed are pilled and the pillows are flat or misshapen. The comforter is so dark and heavy it doesn’t fit the beachy oasis vibe you’re going for. The comforter belongs on a bed in Alaska. Especially when you can’t turn the AC below 75, this comforter is way too hot. Lighting in the master bedroom is very dark. The closet in the master is so full of stuff it would be nice if there was some space to hang clothes. Daybed in 2nd bedroom sags in the middle. This place was clean and convenient for our stay in the area. We didn’t use the kitchen or the backyard space to comment on those things.

Amazing value for the money
Everything was great! The only thing I would change is the beds. The queen one was very squeaky and whenever my wife went to the bathroom I woke up and you also have to fight not to fall out of it lol. Once you figured that out though, it was good. Overall excellent deal and I would stay again.

Good location but difficult access
The little apartment is everything you need for a Tampa vacation. It’s 10 minutes from Madeira Beach. The day bed and trundle are not very comfortable, but the duplex is in a good place to get around Tampa/St. Pete. It may be hard to find, however, since it’s on a narrow dead end that can only be entered from one direction and lacks a house number.

Don't walk, run away from this place.
We arrived in Tampa at 2;00 with time to kill before the 4 pm. check-in. We tried to check-in through vrbo but, that wasn't enabled. We tried to contact the host but got no response. We headed to the location. The hosts sister was at the property and said that we could come in but, the place wasn't ready. It was 4;45. We came in ,washed up ,and went to dinner. When we came back, the bathroom floor was flooded and the toilet was running non stop. We cleaned it up and went out for the evening. I contacted the host about the problem. We wanted to stay in and watch some netflix. However, the internet singnal was very weak and all we got was buffering. I couldn't connect my Chromebook due to poor internet singnal, I contacted the host about the issues a second time and She said she would send someone to look into it. That never happened. I contacted the host again, about the problem. She replied that, the issues would be addressed After We Checked Out. The place was very dirty inside and out. The bushes were overgrown and the linai screens were filthy. The location was outstanding, but the cleanliness, bathroom issues and poor wifi made our stay very uncomfortable . The host was unresponsive and didn't care. This place is not ready for business.

Wonderful stay
There were a couple of small issues (toilet running and a leak in the sink) that were communicated before arrival and the handyman was out to fix it the next day. The owner was wonderful to communicate with. The house is on a very quiet street and convenient to numerous food and shopping options. This house is a 15 minute drive from the beach. Still convenient but not right in the middle of the tourist area.

Great potential
The house itself is cute and it is situated in a very central location. The house was not cleaned very well before we arrived. There were dead bugs everywhere. The beds were horrible!!! They both squeaked very badly, you literally could not make a move without waking up the entire house. The day bed has a trundle bed underneath and was not ideal for 3 adults but I could've just misread the description when I booked. The shower had mold growing in between the tiles and it was very small, so if you have a larger body frame I wouldn't recommend this house. The house has amazing potential if they were to get a better cleaning crew and replace the mattresses on the beds. The screened in porch was nice but it had not even been swept prior to our arrival. We didn't use the fire pit during our stay. They did have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need to prepare a meal and clean up. Plenty of towels and blankets but we did have to wash the blankets 1st because they had a odor to them. The washer and dryer worked well during our stay.
