M22 Rentals would like to welcome you to one of our premier vacation homes. This newly renovated Frankfort home includes 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, new appliances & furnishings for up to 14 guests to enjoy.

The tree lined residential streets provide a peaceful walk; Beach (1 block), Main street (4 blocks).

The large covered front porch provides a shady retreat to relax with friends and family, while the large backyard includes a deck, gas grill, & plenty of space to enjoy outdoor games.

Michigan Memories is a fantastic home located in the heart of Frankfort, steps from Lake Michigan beach. The 2800+ sq. ft., two-story home includes 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom on the main floor with an additional 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms on the second floor.

As of January 2020 major renovations were completed including new floors, kitchen, and bathrooms as well as new lighting, windows, doors and mechanicals.
Final spring 2020 projects completed included exterior improvements (landscaping, new deck, and installation of a new firepit in the back yard). We added finishing touches to ensure your guest experience is a positive one.

The first floor provides an open floor plan from front to back including the kitchen, the large great room and dining areas create a space perfect for gathering and entertaining with easy access to both the back deck and the front porch.

The great room has large windows, including a bay window keeping it bright and open. Furnishings include a large sectional sofa, and a large screen TV.

The dining area includes a large table with seating for up to 8 people. The table is perfect for dining as well as a great spot to enjoy games or puzzles. The French doors open directly to access the covered front porch.

The den area includes a sleeper sofa (Queen). Although it is open and accessible to the great room area, it provides an intimate space to sneak away for a quieter moment to enjoy a book or a quick nap.

Additionally, the first floor offers:
> Bedroom 1 (King)
> Full bathroom with walk in shower
> Open kitchen with island counter
> New appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, 2nd beverage refrigerator)
> First floor laundry (new stackable washer and dryer, iron/iron board)

The spacious second floor is bright with lots of windows, providing 4 additional large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Ceiling fans are included in all bedrooms except Bunk room (due to height of bunk and safety of younger guests).

Bedroom 2: (Queen) The bay window provides great views facing West.

Bedroom 3: (Queen)

Bedroom 4: (Bunk/Trundle Bed) The bunk/trundle bed includes a single bed on the top bunk, full bed on the bottom bunk, and single trundle, providing sleep accommodations for up to 4 guests. Perfect for keeping younger guests close while maintaining privacy. Please note that the railing on the top bunk is not extendable (height) and is not recommended for very young guests or active sleepers.

Bedroom 5: (King) The windows provide both east and west views.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 both provide direct access to a shared Jack and Jill style full bathroom (Bathroom 3).

The big backyard is perfect for outdoor games!! It has a large deck with a gas grill and picnic table. The firepit and Adirondack chairs are the perfect spot to end any vacation day!

The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay. Guests will be provided a 4-digit code prior to arrival which will be programmed for access during their stay; providing keyless entry in/out.

Additional Information/Guidelines:
From Labor Day thru Memorial Day: 4 night minimum stay is required.
From Memorial Day thru Labor Day: 7 night minimum stay is required (with Sunday check-in / check-out).

Check In: 4:00 p.m.
Check Out: 9:00 a.m.

Parking: The long, driveway is accessible on the North side of the house, providing the primary parking location (up to 4 cars), with easy access to both the front and back entries. Additional street parking is available on Michigan Avenue (with front access to house).

Garbage/Recycling: Weekly garbage service is provided curbside.
Recycling is available through a central recycle station located near the Frankfort City Boat Launch.

Pets: Pets are not permitted.

Smoking/Vaping not permitted on property.

No parties or special events permitted.

Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years of age

Fires: Open wood burning is only permitted in the outdoor firepit provided. Any violation of this regulation will incur a $500 penalty.

We require that all guests comply with the neighborhood guidelines established by the City of Frankfort as published in the Frankfort Good Neighbor Guide. A copy will be provided in the home.
