Spring Bank Cottage is a wonderful mid-terrace resting within the village of Hayfield in the High Peak borough of Derbyshire. The dwelling hosts four bedrooms which include a double with a Juliet balcony, a further double, a twin and a second-floor king-size with an en-suite shower room, sleeping a total of eight guests. There is also a cloakroom, bathroom, kitchen/diner, lower-ground-floor utility, living/dining room with an open fire and a balcony and a lower-ground-floor snug. Outside you can find roadside parking and a rear enclosed garden with a patio and lawn, holding furniture and a barbecue. Spring Break is the ultimate abode for a getaway with friends and family in close reach of the Peak District.
Amenities: Gas central heating with open fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. 2 x TV, WiFi and a selection of books. Cot, highchair and 2x stairgates available on request. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Rear patio and lawned area with furniture and barbecue. One well-behaved pet welcome, please keep pets to the lower two floors of the property. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles.
