This stunning 5500 SQ FT custom home is situated on 11 acres just outside the city limits of Arroyo Grande. Our home features a salt water heated pool, hot tub, full gym, basketball court, pickle ball court, outdoor area for corn hole, ping pong, and pure relaxation...a perfect retreat for family and friends! Located on the desirable Central Coast of California our home sits up high on the hills and has beautiful distant ocean views as well as endless valley views.
Situated just minutes from beaches, lakes, breathtaking hiking trails with spectacular ocean views, restaurants, world class wineries, water slide park, zip line and ropes course, as well as the beautiful Historic Village of Arroyo Grande. The Central Coast has become a desirable place for the most spectacular weddings and our home has become the perfect place to accommodate family and friends traveling here. A most memorable vacation destination!

Our home is 2 stories with two sets of staircases. The Master Bedroom is located on the first floor along with the family, room, living room, kitchen, and laundry room. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, loft, 800sf suite that sleeps 6 with full bathroom, library, pool table and gym. You will feel as if you are at a spa as you relax and experience the heated salt water pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, multiple fire tables, basketball court, pickle ball court, ping pong table, corn hole board and views for miles!
There is no AC...most homes on the Central Coast do not have them because the weather averages 70 degrees year round. It's what makes this area so desirable.
***Please note that the pool is heated. In late Spring, Summer, and Fall months the pool temperature stays consistently in the mid to high 80’s sometimes reaching 90 degrees. In the Winter and early Spring months however it is affected by outside temperatures. When temperatures drop to low degrees at night it can affect the overall pool temperature during the day and therefore can drop the pool temperature during the day to the mid to high 70’s. If temperatures heat up during the day the pool temperature will rise. The pool heater remains on but please be aware that outside temperatures can affect the pool temperature.
The basketball and pickle ball court has 25ft high outdoor lights for your use. Please turn them off when not using and do not leave them on overnight as they are very bright.
You will find a few doors, cabinets, closets, and garage locked. They are to remain locked so please do not try and access them. Armoires and cabinets are provided for your personal belongings.

This property is amazing! We were a group of 5 couples celebrating three "big" birthdays. There was ample space, lots to do, and every amenity you could think of available(hair ties!). The host was super responsive and gave us recommendations for a private chef, wine tours, and on site yoga. We had a blast!
The property is as described and frankly is more beautiful in person--the views are incredible. The pool, fire puts(multiple), yard games, outdoor furniture, and multiple "hang out" spots were used by us ALOT. It was easy to get transport to the AG Village and Pismo too. Perfect place for a birthday weekend.

This amazing home is on top of the mountain. There are views from every window.
The kitchen has everything you can possibly need to make a simple breakfast to an extravagant dinner.
The backyard views are spectacular. The pool was the perfect temperature and the jacuzzi was also heated perfectly.
I would highly recommended this home for a couple or a whole family reunion.

This home was an ideal setting for our annual family gathering. The host made us feel right at home. She was responsive to any questions we had and added special touches that made us feel so welcome. The outside spaces were perfect for teenagers and adults alike. The pool was amazing. The views are spectacular. The home is extremely clean, spacious and well stocked. It is clear that Patty and her family take great care to maintain the home and it's charm. There was plenty of room for us to spread out in the home or to be together. Thank you for a great experience!

This house was perfect for our 3 generational family getaway! The house had plenty of room for our family (7 adults and 4 teens). The kids loved the pool, spa, ping pong table and pool table! We all loved the pickle ball court and we ended up playing it every day! So much fun. This house has plenty of activities for the whole family. We cooked most of our meals at the house and loved the Blackstone grill and wood burning BBQ! Thank you to Patty and the family for an amazing stay!

Our extended family just stayed here for a long weekend and had such a wonderful time! The host, Patty, has thought of everything! The home is beautiful and there are so many fun activities in the house, particularly the pool, hot tub, and Pickleball were big hits with our multi-age group! You really don’t need to leave, but if you do, the beach is not far and the small towns nearby are quaint and seem inviting. The kitchen is so well stocked that we happily cooked every meal and enjoyed comfortable al fresco meals nightly utilizing the many dining and seating areas. Patty was also incredibly accessible and answered all questions very promptly and kindly. Would love to make visiting this lovely home an annual tradition!

We loved everything about this place. There were so many fun things to do. Also, the way every room was set up, made us feel like we were right at home. It was easy to tell that a lot of thought was put into making the place a perfect vacation home. Our three generations of families made a lot of happy memories, and we look forward to coming back.

I thoroughly recommend this Oasis. We spent the weekend here and didn't leave once. The heated pool was amazing and so was the pickleball court. The hosts have really thought of everything when it comes to activities.
I am very much looking forward to heading back there soon.

We loved our stay at this property. From the welcome snacks and goodies to the breathtaking views, this house was amazing. We made the best memories here and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We have planned this trip a year ago. We have all looked at the website numerous times to see the amazing things to come. Everything was exactly what was in the website. I have 7 adults and 4 kids and the adults played so hard we all took naps. The pool was the big highlight ..then Pickle ball new to all of us , best game out there. The night lights were great cause evenings were cooler. My grandchild love finding the wild life illinois didn’t have. They enjoyed ping pong with me ,grandma...I love that it was away from town. Sceneries were amazing. Can’t say enough about this place. Thanks so much Patti, the complimentary wine and bread were a wonderful bonus. Highly Recommend ❤️

Oasis is really a very accurate word to describe this property.
Every year, our family and 3 other families go on a trip together. This was the first year we booked something in the Central Coast and we're so glad we did.
This property is beautiful with amazing views and a lot of amenities. It is well maintained, very clean and charmingly decorated.
The pool is definitely a centerpiece of the property - we found ourselves not needing/wanting to go out because we all just wanted to hang around the pool and the house with all the different activities on-site. Everyone had fun playing pickle ball and basketball.
There are thoughtful touches throughout the property like having a seating area that faces the sunrise. There is an array of different outdoor cooking grills - a regular propane grill, a wood-fired grill, a pellet smoker and a flattop griddle.
Patricia, the host, is kind and very responsive. We had a lot of questions before we got up to the house and every time, she responded within an hour.
At the end of our time, several people in our group expressed that they wished they could stay longer which is the best endorsement that I can think of.

My family booked the home for graduation as we had several coming for graduation. It was an amazing retreat and place to hang out and relax. Everything is as advertised plus more.
We loved hanging by the fire pit, visiting and looking at the views.

This is one property and home where pictures cannot capture the true elegance and beauty of the property. Add the world class service provided by the owner and you have a can't miss opportunity for a great time in the Arroyo Grande/SLO/Pismo area. Were in town for our sons wedding. We housed 4 generations in this home. We were very busy with wedding events but still found time to play pickle ball, swim and enjoy ending each evening in the hot tube watching the stars and moon rise over the ridge to the east. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience from top to bottom at this beautiful property. Patty met us at check in to give us a property rundown, and we immediately felt her warmth and hospitality. The property was immaculately cared for, with every detail beautifully attended to. Our family especially enjoyed the pool area and all the games provided on the property.

Our stay here was perfect in every way, first the owner was a delight to work with she gave us recommendations for dinner, shopping, vineyards, farmer’s markets etc. The accommodations were super clean and plenty of everything! The kitchen is beyond well stocked, we ate in a lot and it was an absolute pleasure to cook not one thing we needed sharp knives too! I also asked the owner if she had a coffee bean grinder and milk frother she said no, but when we arrived it was there for us to have our morning coffees on front porch which has a views and beyond. The pool was wonderful jacuzzi as well,
and Patricia met us at the property and explained proper use for everything. The games from pickle ball, corn hole, ping pong. baci ball and billiards will have all occupied , we played so much pickle ball I can’t tell you! They have 3 types of grills smoker, wood fired and gas too. The surrounding area is so quiet you wake to stillness, so peaceful and the views take your breath away. My family of 11 stayed here while traveling for my nephew's wedding. We had the most amazing week!! This property exceeded our expectations in every way. There was more than enough space for everyone to gather, relax, work, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking a breeze. The pool and hot tub were our favorites and we spent a lot of time enjoying them. We also made good use of the ping pong, corn hole, basketball, pickle ball and pool table. The evenings were quite cool and breezy and we never felt like we needed A/C, even in July. Patty is an amazing host and very easy to communicate with. Every last detail was taken care of down to the fresh breads and treats when we arrived. We would absolutely stay here again and are already talking about planning another visit. This past weekend my extended family came together at Patty's beautiful home to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience! From start to finish, everything about the home exceeded our expectations and it's all thanks to the St. Denis Family for opening their beautiful home to us. Patty is an outstanding host, so kind, welcoming and excellent with communication. We can't thank you enough for helping us create beautiful memories that we will forever cherish!
As for this beautiful home, it's a little slice of paradise that has everything you need to have a blast...from the incredible pool and spa with endless views to all the fun games, corn hole, ping pong, pool table, basketball, pickle ball and plenty of board games we were thoroughly entertained! The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need for cooking and we enjoyed an evening bbq utilizing both the gas grill and wood burning grill.
Overall, we are beyond happy with our stay and so thankful to Patty and family for opening up their home to us. We are already planning when we can go back! Until next time! Thank you!!!

Oasis in Central California - something for everyone
Our family joined to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We canceled an Alaska cruise in 2020 (any guesses why?) and finally got on-board together for our 'land-cruise' in Arroyo Grande.
We had high expectations from the listing, but our experience exceeded these expectations. The house has something for all ages and everyone was entertained, including the warm pool, basketball court, and multiple grilling options. Patty is a great host and responsive to any questions - also provided great references for a local chef to host our anniversary meal.
We've stayed at many VRBO's, and this house is truly exceptional for the care and attention to details. Already looking forward to my parent's 60th anniversary - hope we'll have a chance to stay again soon.

We have stayed in many properties and this was our favorite one! The house was clean, exceptionally stocked, great size, fantastic pool and accessories, and breathtaking views. Owners are wonderful! Highly recommend!!

Idyllic setting with a great house
We were 11 50+ males who were friends in high school and stayed at Patty and Sean's place for the weekend. First off, Patty was incredibly quick at communicating and Sean met us when we arrived to show us how to work various items around the property. They left us some nibbles and drinks in the fridge, which was an appreciated and nice touch.
The house was just as desribed and depicted in the pictures. The view was incredible. The pool was beautiful and all the games (basketball, pickle ball, pool table, ping pong table) kept us busy all weekend. I can't say enough about their hospitality and how great the house and setting were. We are already talking about booking the place for another get together next year.

Excellent Stay
We planned a baby shower weekend and this was the perfect house for myself and my family. I was looking for something fun and intimate I could enjoy with my family. The house had everything we needed so that we didn't have to go anywhere. Patty did a great job staying in touch and meeting all of our needs and could have not asked for a better host. We will definitely be back and just wanted to Thank Patty again for everything.

Family Reunion
This is a great home! It is like a resort. We did not have to leave the property. The pool was wonderful. The basketball court and pickle ball court was so much fun. The owner, Patty, is so hospitable. She is wonderful. It was the best and plan to make this our annual reunion resort.

The panorama views of the mountains and ocean were breathtaking. We spent so much time in the backyard - pool, family dinner, games, and more.

Arroyo Grande Mansion
This house was amazing! The salt water pool, the hot tub, and the basketball court were all game changers. The views from the back yard are stunning and there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy with lots of fire places and heaters. The gym and game room were incredible as well. A few downsides include no closets in any of the bedrooms, some outdoor lights were not working (but are getting fixed), and the neighbors are very sensitive to outside noise and lights. These are all small issues, but do limit guests from fully utilizing the house and all of it's features especially at night. Overall, the house was incredible and we even got an awesome welcome package with wine, snacks, fresh cookies, zucchini bread, and candy. The host was incredibly nice and communicating with her was a breeze. We hope to be back one day soon!

Wonderful Stay
This is a beautiful and very well designed home with a fabulous pool and a breathtaking view. The owner is incredibly welcoming and seems to have thought of everything for her guests, from a basket of treats on arrival to piles of split oak for the Santa Maria BBQ and the fire pit. I look forward to returning.

The best property & host ever!
Just wow. Patty and this property are absolutely incredible!! We got so lucky with this amazing find and had the best time ever! From the welcome "congrats" cupcakes for my husband and I to the welcome snacks and wine...we were just blown away.
Patty is one of the most accommodating hosts I have ever had and literally went above and beyond for us. Before our stay I had just asked if there was lighting outside under to pergola so we could enjoy dinner there. Literally the night or two before her husband and her installed the most perfect lighting outside so we could enjoy dinner out there both nights. We could not get over this!! It was so beyond incredible paired with the best views and sunsets.
The house has everything you need and is very easy to get to. A huge plus was it was also SO clean! We had so much fun using the pool, corn hole and playing pool. There was plenty of space for our group of 10 adults to relax and hang out.
We hope to be back very soon as this was one of the most memorable trips ever :) Thank you Patty for being so sweet and easy to communicate with.

80 th birthday celebration with family
The host, Patty, was very welcoming! She supplied us with special cupcakes for my birthday, snacks and drinks...Wow.
My grandchildren ages 16 through 8 enjoyed every moment as did my 4 adult children...so much to keep us entertained. The pool and spa were amazing.

Beautiful house, wonderful amenities
This house was a true treasure! Such a beautiful and spacious house with so many wonderful amenities. Patty was a great communicator and we were delighted with all the special treats she left to welcome us to the home (including delicious cookies from a local bakery, lots of snacks and a very nice bottle of wine). The house was beautifully laid out with plenty of room to gather while also providing plenty of separate spaces for our family when winding down for the evening.
We loved the wonderful saltwater pool and hot tub and spent many hours just relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous view and sunny weather. A huge plus was the basketball court, cornhole and table tennis...as well as the very well appointed fitness room.
We really couldn't have found a better and more perfect location!!!! Would recommend this to everyone who is looking for a standout location that is high in the hills, a beautiful home and so many nice features and extras to enjoy during your stay.

My daughters graduation from Cal Poly
We rented this beautiful property to celebrate my daughters college graduation from Cal Poly. It was everything we hoped for and more! There are so many different seating areas to enjoy the amazing views. The pool, fire tables, fire pits, BBQ's and outdoor furniture are gorgeous! This property is well equipped with everything you need! So much to do at the house we only left it for the graduation ceremony and an ice run! Patty and her husband are wonderful hosts and made sure everything was perfect for us! They leave no detail undone! My family and I agree we will be coming back for another stay for sure!

Patty is the most amazing host! She was very prompt with her responses, transparent about the details of the property, and hospitable to myself and my guests. Patty really cares about her guests and makes sure the best memories are made at this home.The home is fully stocked for everything you need. We used the kitchen to cook most of our meals. Pots, pans, cutlery, spices, mixology tools, BBQ pit, etc. - this kitchen has it all. All of the appliances are top notch. Plenty of beds/places to sleep for larger groups.Activities are aplenty: Pool (with pool noodles and other floaties), hot tub, cornhole, ping pong, full gym, basketball, board games, multiple fire pits, chess, etc. We stayed at the house the entire weekend and did not get bored for one second.The location is immaculate! We stayed Friday to Monday in late May with the weather being perfect! The view and ambience is similar to a 5-star resort, if not better. There is plenty of parking in the front and the front patio is great to escape from all the noise that could occur in the backyard.There really is no better place to stay if you are planning a stay in central California. I would recommend this property to everyone from bigger groups like mine (15 male adults) to smaller groups that want their space. The property was amazing but Patty was so professional and made our stay so memorable. I will never forget the memories my group and I shared at this location! 10 out of 10!

The home is fully stocked for everything you need. We used the kitchen to cook most of our meals. Pots, pans, cutlery, spices, mixology tools, BBQ pit, etc. - this kitchen has it all. All of the appliances are top notch. Plenty of beds/places to sleep for larger groups.
Activities are aplenty: Pool (with pool noodles and other floaties), hot tub, cornhole, ping pong, full gym, basketball, board games, multiple fire pits, chess, etc. We stayed at the house the entire weekend and did not get bored for one second.
The location is immaculate! We stayed Friday to Monday in late May with the weather being perfect! The view and ambience is similar to a 5-star resort, if not better. There is plenty of parking in the front and the front patio is great to escape from all the noise that could occur in the backyard.
There really is no better place to stay if you are planning a stay in central California. I would recommend this property to everyone from bigger groups like mine (15 male adults) to smaller groups that want their space. The property was amazing but Patty was so professional and made our stay so memorable. I will never forget the memories my group and I shared at this location! 10 out of 10!

Family Wedding
We needed to house my family for a family wedding and the property could not be more perfect for the 8 of us! Communication with Patty was seamless and she always responded within a few minutes. It was a great place for us to gather and we will come back here again. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants perfect accommodations with an incredible view..

This house is filled with love and positive energy!!! We spent a weekend with our family there and enjoyed every minute of it. As soon as we entered the house, we felt were are at home. The house is extremely beautiful, well designed and above all CLEAN . I could tell they thought about everything that you may need during your stay from fully equipped kitchen to a nice cozy library ♥️. The owner was so accommodating/kind that when she found out we left some stuff at her house she immediately called and offered to mail them to us. Every single penny is well deserved. This house is not a typical rental; it has a character and we’ll definitely go back! Thanks!♥️

Amazing Property
This property is amazing! Pictures don't do it any justice! The views were amazing, checkin process was really easy. The owner of the property kept a great line of communication with providing information as needed. Definitely a must stay!! You will not regret it. My friends and family were mesmerized by the beauty of this place and its location. If I plan another stay in this area it will definitely be here for sure!!!
