Its not a bad spot but considering it being in Sunriver I would expect the Air Conditioning to work better then it does. It tells you in the book that it will not go below 72 degrees or the coils will freeze and be inoperable. So they know it has issues. How about getting it fixed so it works properly. Also the refrigerator is on the fritz which is also stated in the book. The oven does not work properly as well. Overall it was OK not great but not bad. If your ok with being Hot inside the house when it's Hot outside then you will be ok with this place.

This home was terrific for our 3 day trip to Sunriver with 3 families. The yard space was excellent for games, and the kids loved the bunk room. Highly recommended.

The property was, old and worn down and not well equipped. Pullout couch in living area looked like it was found on side of road. Carpet was stained and extremely dirty. Blankets for pullout beds were dirty. Primary bed had no mattress cover. Kitchen and bathrooms were all vintage 1970's. Outdoor furniture was cheap. For a group of adults this property was not ideal but might be for a family with young children. Regarless it needs a deep cleaning before renting again.

We were in Sunriver when smoke levels were high. Was very nice having air conditioning. The house is in need of some basic maintenance, but was overall very comfortable and laid out well for our group (a family get together).

Check in was HORRIBLE! House booked through VRBO but managed by VACASA. Got there and keypad wouldn't work! It was in the low 30's with snow outside and had two cars full of people, kids and dogs. I almost peed myself. Sat on hold forever!!!! Then lockbox with physical key didn't work either!!!! After several attempts they temporarily changed keypad code. But it only worked 1 day then reset. Property management sent a guy out fairly quickly who gave us physical key. So we had 1 key for the whole week. They never reset code. The layout of house was nice. Beds were comfortable. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner here & house fairly well equipped. Do suggest mixing bowls and more serving bowls. Hot tub was awesome. It was hot and clean with good strong jets. Tvs were a tad confusing with 7 remotes. I slept downstairs master and we never figured out how to use it all week. My kids enjoyed the Nintendo wii. Lots of books/games/puzzles. Fireplace was nice but pilot light went out twice and had to have maintenance come fix it. (We have gas fireplace at home and this was a strange set up)
Shower curtains need to be replaced-mold spots). Upstairs hall bathroom water drips constantly. Stains on carpeting but it is a dog house so understandable. Overall the house was very cozy and suited us well. Having sharc passes was nice even though their open swim hours are bizarre. Minus horrendous check in process I would recommend this house. It's in a good location close to sharc and mall. Would be a good summer house as it has nice decks/bikes & a large grassy yard.

…while staying at the beautiful 22 Quelah house! We did notice that several latches or locks on bathroom doors were not operational. Other than that, everything was great.

Beautiful spaces and every room clean and fresh. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and plates, etc. Loved the open great room and dining/kitchen area. And the location is great - close to trails, marina and stables, and SHARC!

First off, we travel a lot, and stay in a lot of vacation homes, this one was by far the worst and I am not a complainer. This home had every kitchen gadget imaginable… and that’s where to good ends. We showed up and there was no extra toilet paper with no warning from vacasa saying anything, their excuse was that they hadn’t received their shipment when i asked them about it. Then we went to make up extra beds and there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couches or the 3rd twin in the bunk room. I called the next morning asking for both and they only ever brought sheets. The coffee maker doesn’t work and the toilet handle in the master was broken so I had to tie a string to it so that we didn’t have to reach into the tank each time to flush the toilet. I told them of all these issues and they never offered to fix anything during our stay. I’m sure the cleaners knew the toilet handle was broken when they cleaned it but again, nobody said anything.
This house needs some serious TLC.

Great home
We loved this house - it’s a perfect space for 3 families - plenty of space and lots of bathrooms. The layout is great - we didn’t feel too crowded. Loved having the hot tub. The kitchen was well-stocked with both spices and pans/cookware. Tons of bikes (and bike locks) available and close enough to the SHARC, Nature Center and village to ride bikes and avoid driving. The only downside (which is more a Vacasa issue I suspect) is the extremely early 10am checkout. Even just an hour later would have been appreciated. Regardless, we definitely want to come back!

Beautifully cared for home with great floor plan for multiple families
We loved this home while there. Plenty of space for multiple families to enjoy and a great layout where everyone has their space. Big yard ideal for playing with kids and convenient location near the Sunriver store and other amenities in the area.

Great Location, could be 5 star with some maintenance
House is in great location and overall could be a great house with a small amount of effort and money. Carpets were very dirty, red couch in tv room was worn with stuffing coming out the arms, thermostat was locked so could not control AC or heat until many calls to get corrected, Peeling paint in master bath and other paint touch-ups needed. Realize it is end of season but not an excuse to let things go.

Quelah house
The house is in a good location, in a quiet neighborhood, safe for small kids to play in and ride their bikes. It comfortably slept our group of 11.

Great house!
This was a great house for our stay in Sunriver. They had bikes, helmets, a ping pong table, life jackets and lots of room for people to spread out. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

Great location
Good sized house with lots of games, bikes, and a real yard. It’s a dog friendly house, so carpets have wear. If you’re traveling with kids, it’s a good choice. Too bad we couldn’t get into the SHARC even though we were ready to reserve at 8:00am each morning. The kids were disappointed.

22 Quelah was an awesome place for our getaway! Well-built home with plenty of space for 8 people, a fully stocked kitchen and lots of stuff to do. The location was also great… a 10 minute bike ride to the Village and marina.
NOTE: There are lots of bikes, but if your group has more than 4 adults, you will have to bring your own or rent them in the Village.

Great layout in a great area of Sunriver
We had a great time at this house. There was lots of space for everyone to spread out and big enough spaces for us to gather as well. Hot tub was great and the kitchen was well stocked. Only thing we noticed was two of the adult bikes needed new brakes. Would happily stay here again.

Great layout, needs a little TLC
The layout of this property is great and it is wonderfully stocked with kitchen items, toys, games, bikes, cornhole, TP, table tennis, paper towels, dishwashing and clothes detergent. It is very cozy and our group was comfortable. The hot tub was very clean and the perfect temperature. The sun shines perfectly on the backyard in the afternoon. And the landscaping in the front was perfect for an Easter Egg Hunt! Our biggest recommendation is a deep clean of the property, dusty blinds, carpets, dust bunnies in closets, cobwebs, and some TLC such as stain on the decking. Check in was very easy! Communication was okay. I asked about internet because we had a college student and a remote worker and it took awhile to get back to us. But was informative when we finally got a response. The location was great. Close to the SHARC and bike trails and the village. Enjoyed our trip very much.

Great home for a large family
We had a mini family reunion, and the house was perfect. There was plenty of room, with private bedrooms for the married couples and lots of alternative beds for the kids (bunk beds, sofa beds, and window-seat beds). The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, serving utensils and bakeware, as well as enough dishes for multiple meals, lots of dishwasher detergent tabs, paper towels and toilet paper. We did not run out of supplies. There were tons of books, puzzles and games for the kids, lots of bikes to choose from, and all the TVs and electronics worked throughout the house except for the TV in the queen suite. The house was clean and there were plenty of towels. The only thing I would like to make note of was that of the lack of bedding for the sofa beds and trundle bed, which others noted in their reviews. We would stay again and would recommend this vacation house to others.

The location & neighborhood were very nice, however much of the inside left a lot to be desired. No extra sheets/pillowcases for the pull out beds, dirty furniture/floors/dishes/under-stocked kitchen. ping pong table with no ping pong balls (we found two lost behind the furnace). Fridge water light would flash and strobe when used, and fridge door was not functioning correctly. A few simple fixes would probably make this a very pleasant stay, but that was not our experience.

Nice Place, well postioned
The entire family enjoyed the house. It was clean, well kept and situated nice in Sunriver. The deck is a nice feature as were the ping pong tale and the bikes. Certainly a well kept bike for any age and size. We did notice there are some small things that need fixing such as many of the windows on the main floor don't open / close and the downstairs bathroom faucet leaks.

SunRiver escape with all your needs!
We had a blast, the house had lots of room and had 10 bikes, bag toss, badminton, and ping pong. Everyone loved having a jucuzzi. The air worked great. This house is a close bike ride to everything. Every morning having our coffee we watched the deer come and eat in the back yard and surrounding area. They do have to replace some of the recreational equipment.

Great family vacation in Sunriver
We had a wonderful time in Sunriver. 22 Quelah was just perfect for our family. The house had all the essentials needed plus lots of games, bikes and outdoor activities.

Great house, great location
22 Quelah was a perfect fit for us and we could have easily had four more with us, it was very roomy. Everything was there that we needed including an extra large boiling pot for a seafood feed my daughter made. It does have a Keurig and not an espresso maker. Also it would be advisable to bring extra paper towels or napkins and dishwashing pods. The house only comes with one paper towel and one dishwasher pod.
The backyard was great, plush grass for playing in and the morning deer set a nice tone for the days Sunriver activities. Just over one mile walk to the village was also a plus.
Shower pressure was great, WiFi was a bit spotty but nothing that a few moments of patience didn’t fix. :)
