Wonderful clean condo. Nice to have the elevator close to the condo. Makes move in and move out easy. Perfect location to enjoy the Pismo Car Show and everything else downtown Pismo has to offer. The bedroom is bright at night and a little noisy with cars. But that didn’t bother us. My boyfriend and I loved it!!

Beautiful, clean, amazing location! 2 block straight walk through downtown to Pismo Pier. Condo has everything needed and more. East check in/out. Property mngr was incredibly helpful/kind. Will absolutely come again!! Thank you from my whole family!!

Nice condo! Good size and exactly like pictures. 4 adults has plenty of room. Very accessible for the one adult with limited mobility. Only issue was carpet in main area was very stained, properly mgr very responsive when I reported it to them.

We were all over the place, mountain biking, wave skiing, horseback riding and checking out the sand dunes with sand rails: we brought four bikes, beach chairs and a wave ski, which all fit very nicely in a locked storage room adjacent to the parking space. Our car was in a gated open "garage", which felt very secure😊 As for the condo, there was plenty of room for me, my husband and our two teens! Two full baths, including bathtubs and showers ( very happy about that!), the kitchen had plenty of tools to prepare meals, nice dining area. We drove up at night from our home in south Orange County; unfortunately when we arrived at 12:45a.m., there ha pod been some sort of mix up, and the condo wasn't cleaned. I called the after hours emergency line ( more because I was tired and grumpy and grossed out, clearly a first world problem😬) just to leave a message about the condition of the condo. To my utter shock, my phone immediately rang back; a very sleepy woman named Billie apologized profusely and told me she'd have the cleaning crew over first thing in the morning. We came back after our first adventure that morning, and the condo was spotless. I received an email shortly after that apologizing once again for the condition it was in when we arrived, as well as informing us that we were being comped a night for the inconvenience. That was so sweet and a step above; we'd stay here again 😊 There have been comments in other reviews about the noise; yes, the trash trucks do come through early, but after the first night, we didn't hear it anymore. Sometimes once you know what a new noise is, you adjust as you sleep. Great location, away from party noise, two great coffee places around the corner (Central Roast, Honeymooners). Walk to the beach is convenient and fun, you get to see the main streets and people watch along the way. Also, really fun pool hall/air hockey arcade down the street- fun for families with young kids up! Prop Mgmt took great care of us!

This condo worked out very well for was clean and comfortable, and very roomy for 5 people. Only complaint was about the wireless internet access...thought there would be wireless, but upon arriving tried to connect and no go..upon calling prop mgmt, they said no wireless.

The place is very nice. The fact that the trash truck comes every morning right below the unit is disturbing if you like to sleep in. The door lock needs to be replaced as it sticks and it feels like you are going to be lock out or in sometimes. The biggest complaint is that the towels were moldy, it was horrible to dry off with a towel that smells like mildew. It is a very nice condo but take your own towels!!!

First of all the staff at CVR are extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. And very friendly too! The check-in and check-out processes were made very easy. The condo is in a great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is nestled right along Price Street where some of the best restaurants are established.Overall we had a great stay. The condo was generally clean and the furnishings were very nice. Two minor details prevent me from giving this a complete 5 star rating. First, the garbage pickup for this building and also adjacent businesses comes between 6:00 and 7:00am and is VERY noisy. Multiple pickups each morning definitely rattled us out of bed on several days. The other issue is the carpets in this unit. They weren't filthy but are definitely in need of a good cleaning. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this unit to others.

We stayed for 4 days during the Thanksgiving break. What a relaxing vacation. Was able to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner with no hiccups. Beds were so comfy. Entire unit was roomy. Location, location, location the best!!! Walking distance to everything. Even walked to see the butterfly monarch. Can't wait to do this again next year.

Unit 303 is beautiful. The decor is lovely, the beds comfortable, and it's very roomy. The kitchen is very well stocked! It had everything we needed. The unit is also located centrally, within walking distance of just about everything. The only drawback is the very early (6 a.m.) trash truck activity every morning (Tue - Thurs), and it is located close to the busy highway.
