Latitude Adjustment is an open, airy pet-friendly home situated just a short walk across the street from the beach access (less than 300 steps!) This property has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people. Newly renovated bathrooms (2). You will be able to completely relax in the large, screened porch overlooking the private heated pool (fees apply for pool heating). A perfect setting for those beautiful Florida evenings, when you just wish to stay in and appreciate the tranquil setting. Take a dip in the private pool on those sunny days or lounge in one of the secluded outdoor seating areas.
Ground Floor: This floor has laminate wood plank flooring in the common areas and tile floors in the bathrooms. Large open living room with high ceilings is outfitted with two sofas, 2 plush side chairs, coffee table, bench, side tables and 2 lamps, 52” LED SmarTV, Blu-ray, Sonos stereo system and sofa table. Small selection of movies and puzzles for your enjoyment. Wireless internet. The dining table seats up to eight when all chairs are pulled in. Open kitchen has quartz countertops, ample cabinets, a pantry and breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. The appliances include a side by side fridge with door ice / water dispenser, dishwasher, glass top range, microwave and double sink. Laundry room is in closet off kitchen and has stackable washer / dryer. French doors off the kitchen lead to the huge screened porch which overlooks the pool. King master bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, chaise lounge, wall mounted LCD TV, large closet with chest of drawers and a private bath with vanity sink, walk-in shower and second sink in the water closet. Convenient powder room off living area.
Second Floor: Entire second floor has new laminate wood flooring. Large queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, sofa with lounger section and queen sleeper, lamp, wall mounted LCD TV, DVD player, ottoman, dressing area with chest of drawers and sink – very convenient when the hall bath is occupied. Hall bath has a vanity sink and a tub / shower. French door off the queen bedroom leads to a private balcony outfitted with two chairs overlooking the pool area below. Bunk bedroom is open (no door) and has 2 built-in bunks (4 twins each with its own reading light), bench seating area, hooks on wall for clothing and wet suits and a chest of drawers. Large collection of children’s books.
Outside: Large screened porch overlooking the pool area. Like a second living room, this porch has a love seat, 2 cushioned side chairs, rocker and coffee table. There is also an outdoor dining table with 4 chairs and a bench. The 9x21 private heated pool is in secluded setting surrounded by pavers. (Fees apply for pool heating.) Furnishings poolside include 2 loungers and 2 Adirondacks. The backyard also includes a fire pit--great for outdoor relaxing in the evenings. Gas grill. Cold outside shower at pool entrance for beach clean-up. Adirondacks in the front of home offer a cool place to read in the shade. Parking for about 3 cars end to end in the driveway and another on the parking pad at the end of driveway.

This location is just right if you love being on the beach everyday and only a few steps to the house. It's close enough to the chaos of Seaside, but far enough away to be quite and isolated. Pool is major bonus.

The rental is only 1/2 block off of 30A, but you wouldn't know it since it's on a very quiet, dead-end street. It's exactly one mile down the road from the bustling center of Seaside where there are lots of restaurants and shops. The house was well-equipped. Over the course of the month I was there, I had family and friends each for a week at a time. Everyone loved the home - it's vibe and how comfortable it was. Both the master bedroom bath and the queen bedroom bath have new walk-in showers with dual shower heads. Very nice! A previous reviewer mentioned that an outdoor light by the grill would be nice, and I agree. Also, I would have appreciated a handrail for first section of the stairs to the second floor since a few of my guests were seniors.

We had a very nice stay at this location. It is a bit of a walk to food and shopping, so I would recommend renting a golf cart for the stay as parking cars was also difficult in some of the nearby food locations. We had one plumbing issue while there with the sewer backing up and the contact was extremely responsive and a plumber was sent out immediately to remedy the situation. Other than that issue, the site was perfect, everything was in great working order and very clean. The pool was heated to a nice temperature and very enjoyable and the fire pit was nice to use as well (I purchased some logs from the nearby Publix). A great stay that I would recommend.

We. The property was in a perfect location. Nice and quiet other than some construction goin in which wasn’t bad at all! It was an easy walk to the beach and very close to Seaside and many restaurants. The pool was nice and the home met our needs. Thanks for allowing us to stay in a nice home away from home!!

Privacy and easy access

Amazing beach rental
This rental was great for our family of 4. Exactly as it was described and even better. It had everything we needed in all the rooms, bathrooms, and in kitchen for cooking all meals. The location was awesome, directly across from the beach access and a mile from the Seaside Amphitheater. The Pool was amazing. We had it heated and it was perfectly warm and enjoyable. We swam 2-3 times a day, relaxed on the comfy furniture of the screened patio, spent hours at the beach, and even enjoyed a fire at the fire pit one night. Lots of games for the family, great living room for relaxing, and indoor and outdoor dining tables. And a big perk was being able to bring our dog along with us (they even had dog bowls!). It was glorious. Excited to return next year.

Repeat Beach Retreat
This was our second stay here because it is such a great little oasis on 30A. Quintessential beach house in a great location, Sea Grove is so convenient to all things 30A, the beach access is super close across the street, we love hanging on the screened porch and private heated pool. Our small fur kids are also grateful for the time to vacation with us! The home is comfortable and well appointed. It was a nice place to relax, recharge and ring in the new year. We will be back!

Loved the convenience of a private pool and screened porch. It was great with our infant and preschooler to just step out of the house onto the porch and pool.
The only negative is the beach access is several sets of stairs which is hard to pull the wagon loaded with beach gear.

Best beach house for pets and kids
This is our second time staying at Latitude. I am always impressed how clean the home is each time we've checked in. The pool is perfect and you can't beat the access to the beach. Plus, there are puzzles, books, bikes, chairs and beach toys already there for your use. Plenty of things in the kitchen--we cooked for ourselves the whole time. Makes the 14 hour drive from IL worth it each time. I'm sure we'll be back.

Our second stay and not our last! We love this home!
This is the second time in 3 years we have been able to stay at Latitude Adjustment and we were so happy to stay in a beautiful familiar place. Our family of 4 plus a friend stayed for a week in August and it was such a wonderful time. The home just feels like 'home' should feel. The location is perfect with the beach a short walk away and the pool was such a hit with our whole family. It was our 2nd stay here and it won't be our last, we plan to return again next summer! Thank you for letting us stay at such a relaxing and wonderful home!

Perfect location and a great house
This house was really perfect for us. It is a short and easy walk to the beach. We loved having a private pool! We even got to bring the dogs along! The house was clean, check in was a breeze, and the property manager promptly responded when needed. We’ll be back, hopefully!

Enjoyed this little oasis in the heart of Seagrove!
Great getaway, especially for two couples with private upstairs and downstairs bedroom suites. We enjoyed hosting other family members who were staying elsewhere at “our house” during the week for a few dinners, the open and spacious living/dining/kitchen layout worked really well, and we especially enjoyed hanging on the screened porch and the private pool! There was a gaggle of partying, sorority girls staying next door most of the week and construction noise from the house on the other side, but the waterfalls in the pool helped buffer the extra noise and the fenced yard and lush landscape gave us privacy. Perfect location if you can’t be right on the beach, super easy access across the street. We appreciated being able to bring our 4-legged children, too!! We will definitely be back!

A perfect socially-distant Christmas with kids
My husband and I have been WFH since the pandemic started with our two boys under 4 years old. And we were very much looking forward to a break from the midwest cold. It was everything we hoped for. We were outside in the heated pool everyday--even when the temperature was in the 40s. Very close to the beach and lots of privacy. With Covid, we were also glad that the house was immaculate. I felt comfortable having my 10 month old crawl on the floor. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were updated. I think we may come back in a few months.

Review and maintenance items
Enjoyed the property. Good location and proximity to the beach. We did find the garbage disposal not work. We cleaned it out and found 3 objects in it (baby bottle nipple, metal tab and measuring spoon). It’s also very rusted. The front door handle came off. Also several cabinet door handles were loose. One other note is that the first floor shower is leaking (solid panel not the door). Fire pit is rusted through the bottom which is a bit of a safety hazard.
These things did not keep us from enjoying the property! Couches are very cozy. Would love to know where they were purchases.

Cute home with a great location
This property is in a great location directly across from the beach. The outside screened in porch and pool are what really makes this house great !
A couple of things that need to be noted in the property description though as we had a little one and this set up did not work perfectly for us:
- the third “bunk room” is not a true room. It is a little book at the end of the hallway with a curtain used as the door. We wanted to set up a crib in there but could not as there was no room and a curtain isn’t sufficient for keeping noise out
- the queen suite does not have a closet
- the upstairs is VERY hard to cool as there is only one AC unit which is located downstairs
- we signed up to bring dogs and we’re not charged a pet fee til later ... minor thing but would probably prefer to be charged up front
- they did call us to notify us that the cable and internet had been cut in the street the day before we arrived which was on a Saturday. They told us it would be fixed by Monday. It was never fixed and while we were compensated, I think they could have done a little better with how that was handled
Overall - great house, great location, my biggest complaint would be the description of the bunk room and the cooling of the upstairs - the outside of the house is absolutely beautiful
