Unit Layout
You will stay in a spacious 5-room house spanning 150 square meters across two levels. The property boasts a beautiful and cozy interior design. The living and dining area features a veranda with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a hi-fi system and a DVD player available. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a TV. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor.
Amenities Included
The vacation rental comes with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include a washing machine, a dryer, a children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge. Outdoor amenities consist of a terrace with furniture, a barbecue area, deck chairs, and a box-room. The property allows a maximum of two pets or dogs.
Other Information
The upper floor features two rooms with sloping ceilings, each equipped with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a TV. There is also another room with a sloping ceiling, containing a bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Upstairs, you will find a shower room with a toilet. The house is heated by a gas system, and the floors are made of parquet. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and a smoke alarm is installed. The maximum capacity is seven guests, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms available.
